    Met with an accident and claimed an insurance. After a week or so, this is how I received my bike (rust all over the place). They keep our vehicle outside all day, as it comes under accidental/ insurance. Whether it is an insurance or service, you're getting paid for the same. Why is that makes a difference in the service you provide? When we raise the complaint, the response from Royal Enfield team is like, "you have to ask the certain team, not me/us" When I ask the certain team, they simply say this is how we do for all the accidental vehicles. The only request I have asked for is to clear the rust before they deliver. They're keeping quiet and not even apologised or had a thought of cleaning it. They simply stand like they don't care.

    Please don't visit this service centre The mechanic are not well trained. I giving my accident bike. They are taking all charges but when I taking bike delivery i can't check properly beacuse of the service centre will be closed. But when I checked bike in my home there are many problems such as front wheel washer miss, drain hose miss, canister hose miss, scratchs, handle bar washer miss, routine wrong, also they change my exshust pipe there was a huge dent, many problems but when I complaint they taking my complaint but now it's 15days passed still now they are not taking action. Very Bad service by Royal Enfield.

    Whatever services they perform, they are all worst. They simply want to deliver the bike. They dont hear what you say they do what they want to. That too worst. If you love your bike and want it to be good condition avoid this service center. I thought company owned service center will be better. But no it is even worse.. If you dont believe, try it and if you feel the same please review so that other wont suffer..

    Gave my vehicle on the 13th. Pathetic service center. Didn't even wash the bike properly. Haven't lubed all the parts. Had told them the battery side screw is tight, and need a fix for that. Also while approaching the service center for delivery, enquired whether that was done. Manikandaboopathi (my service advisor), told it was done. Came home and checked it, it's still tight. Recommended 1 yr back. Would not recommend to anyone now.

    They just do water wash for new vehicles, if you mention any issues in vehicle then they will ask to leave vehicle for minimum 3days. I just visited this service because of company authorised, but reality is different. For tappet adjustment which is 1 hour work. They asked me to leave vehicle for 4 days. Which is not worth. I took appointment 5 days, but on the day i visited front office manager is showing 221 vehicles still waiting to get service. If they are too many pending vehicles why are you accepting new vehicles?? You keep all vehicles in sunlight and dust for 4days?? Useless management. RE should seriously think this about ground reality of customers struggle. Customers hard earned money is getting rusted here in this service centre. Single star in also not worth. I rate ZERO star.

    Totally disappointed I won't be doing service next time And regarding water wash which is very very bad I informed and they took second time for wash and still not satisfied the Main reason for the service is clutch hardness Pickup guy dint convey it to the mechanic and I also informed to the garage person to.change the clutch cable ..he s saying I dint inform him ...though I booked for pickup and drop on sat itself .they dint give back the vehicle on sat and them I went Sunday i only picked up.the vehicle .i was informed tat 12 pm tat my .vechicle is ready bt i took the vehicle by 2.30 pm ..same day pickup and drop i booked and gave the bike to pickup person @9 am. Bt at 3 pm only they are investigating about the complaints ..no proper execution and no delivery at planed timings Totally unsatisfied with this service . I won't recommend or suggest to anyone And also A screw in my back tyre .after service again i took back to another garage.

    Been servicing here for 2 yrs now, every 3 months. Simply the best service in town. Service is always completed within a day for non major and non-Engine related issues. If you're regular you ll even befriend their employees which is an added benefit! They're always clear in what they do. 🔥

    Worst experience! 0/5 rating 1. No proper response 2. No on time delivery / only fake promises 3. If any complaint you raise they simply says that the parts to be changed newly 4. No clear knowledge about the complaint 5. Do not have many stocks of the spare parts Suggestions to the customer: 1. It is advisable to visit this service station only for free services 2. Try to find the few best mechanics nearby your locality itself 3. Don't waste your money here 🙏🏻Alert alert alert 🙏🏻

    Hello fellow riders !! Today I visited the Royal Enfield Service centre OMR, Chennai for getting the 2nd free service done for my bike Hunter 350. I clearly gave instructions to the person assigned for my service to not use pressure wash on the Oil Tank as i’ve got Matte PPF installed which is a bit expensive. I conveyed this message nearly 10 times before leaving the bike to them but they didn’t even care, finally when i came to collect my bike in the evening then I could see a number of small bubbles trapped inside the PPF finish edges which would come only when pressure wash is being used. This really made me upset and at the same time disappointed at the Royal Enfield Service centre. Please don’t just blindly trust them and feel rest assured that your requests would be considered. Huge Disappointment !!!

    Very worst experience with the RE service team. Waited for more than 1 hour to prepare job card. Later waited for more than 1 and half hour to make my vehicle move from parking lot to water wash area... asked the service person to check why vehicle is still in parking zone even after job card prepared the reason was a white chalk mark 'W' wasn't marked in the seat by security as he forgot to mark that - W means waiting for service which makes water service person to pull the vehicle to wash area🤦‍♂️ - silly reasons made to wait for 2&1/2 hr. After all these again the waiting cycle started - vehicle ready but final job card summary preparation took for 45 minutes- reason system slow bro. They committed to provide vehicle delivery by some time and haven't aligned with that. Provided 2 stars only for service action. 0 for customer satisfication.

    Very very worst service centre and bad experience Dropped my vehicle for general service by 23 Jun 2023 11.00 am Even after 45 minutes,they are not attending job card and I left the bike in service centre insisting the security to call me while attending my bike Even after 2hrs,there is no update on bike After many calls and follow up, they called and attended job card They strongly stick to deliver bike by next day and not ready to deliver in the same day after many requests After confirmation from delivery person,that everything is ok and bike is ready for delivery I came to service centre to pick my vehicle and still waited for an hour to see my vehicle. After a while,i spotted my back wheel with no air and it is punctured with big nails . First puncture of my vehicle Very very worst handling of vehicle

    Royal Enfield is good bike for buying and driving. But when it comes to service pray to God that you find one good service place near your house. Worst experience in almost every service center. If you find a fault in you bike if you are lucky it will get fixed in 1 or 3 times you visiting service centre. Or else accept the fault and driver the bike for rest of your life. Visiting RE service centre is just waste of time. Some times they fix it rst of time they don't. I seriously don't know why that is. Telling this from my heart felt experience and going and coming back to service centre number of times. As for calling the number in Google good luck they won't most time respond Better call your service advisor

    But now I haven't found any cooperation from them, They first denied towing my bike, and then when I towed my bike myself to them, they told me that now we are not accepting any bike, but I tried to convince them, and they agreed to accept, on accepting they are telling the serving will cost arround rupees 1,40,000 because my bike has been submerged in flood water, they didn't even check what's the fault and all, they directly said these all parts need to be changed.

    Visited first time last weekend for service. While booking the service CRM comitted 2-3 hour delivery but the service advisor while taking the bike in was commented they cant deliver in 3 hours. I had a wobble issue as well, they took some time to solve that and delivered it after 6 hours. The work was done neatly and all issues solved. So It's great experience. Reduced 1 star for the delay in delivery or service advisors initial attitude.

    Royal Enfield this showroom is actually very big compared to other showroom of other companies. You have to take an appointment. Search in GMap and call from there. Customer lounge is having 15 customer capacity which is at 1st floor. I have shared some photos of it. Over all its good.

    My Thunderbird 350 was in a very bad condition... I trusted Google reviews of bullet junctions and gave my bike to them for the service... They seriously made it awesome.. i am so impressed with their services and the price. Worth the price for service.

    Don't get your bike serviced here. See the condition of my bike AFTER SERVICE and READY TO DELIVER. They told me to take deliver of this bike in this condition. They had my bike for full 1 month and see the condition. Better to go to some other service centre.

    Only of the best service center in the city. I have been going to another centre for a long time, for a change I left my bike for a service here and from then on I have changed the place of service for my bike. I specifically ask for MANIKANDAN E who is good at what he does and does the best for the bike. One of my friend on seeing my bike after their service have shifted here.

The technicians are well trained and have got the necessary skills to service the new gen Royal Enfield motorcycles.And the workers were so polite and they had understood our problems and situation and finish the work when we ask 🫴🏼💗

    I have been visiting this service centre from 2018. Initially they were good and service advisors hears feedback from us and work done also good. But now it has become very worst. I have Scheduled Appointment for General service on Monday(23-Oct-2023) for the date Thursday(26-Oct-2023). I left my bike at service centre on Wednesday. 1.Service consultant there noted all the feedback & Complaints in sheet of paper. If i ask why they are noting in Paper instead of System they simply say Server is down. 2.Till Friday I haven't got any communication from service advisor assigned to me. Even if I call, he simply not answering any of my calls. 3.On Friday evening I visited the service centre and still they haven't started work on my bike. It was simply parked outside in open place. When I asked person in Billing, they called Service advisor assigned to me and then he promised on call thatthey will start working on Saturday and will deliver bike on Saturday. 4.I waited Saturday still no call and on Sunday tried calling Service advisor. Still he didnt pick up my calls. Finally Sunday visited Service centre again. They are no one hear my compliant and they are lethargic to hear my problem. Finally I spoke to work manager and he assured me that Work will be started by Monday and they will deliver my bike to Home as a compensation. I too belived absurd lie they are feeding me and went Home. 5. Monday again my service advisor called and informed me on parts that needs to be changed. When i asked my about when my bike would be ready he said he will confirm later. 6.Again Tuesday (31/10/2023) I called him multiple times still he didnt pick up phone. I dont know what parts are changed and what is status of my Bike. For a simple General service my bike is in Service centre for past 7 days. There is no proper response from Service Advisor or if I reach service centre no one is ready to hear my grievance. Lastly I visited Service centre in Dec 2022 where I complained about Bike stalling when riding slowly. They changed Spark plugs, Carburettor and other parts which costed 5k. Still stalling problem was not resolved and after few days my bike stopped suddenly in middle of road. A roadside shop mechanic found out there is any is wiring problem and he solved within 5 mins. After that my Bike was good to go. These service centre don't have complete idea on what they are working and incapable of solving the issues raised by Customers. Still they charge us premium. I will never ever visit this service centre again and Advice all of them to Stay away from this.

    Hi My bike is dull after service Water wash need to improve They have use cutting oil to polish and wash the bike After riding bike is looking dull due to dust accumulated due to cutting oil Please wash only with water and shampoo. Dont use cutting oil after water wash .

    I've consistently encountered issues with the washing and chain lubrication services during both my initial and subsequent visits for maintenance. Despite highlighting these concerns during the second service, the problems persist. According to the service center, the subpar service during the second visit was attributed to the unavailability of necessary polish and chain lubrication for a week. What adds to the frustration is that this service center is the main service centre. It's disconcerting that fundamental services like washing and chain lubrication aren't efficiently executed, especially given the prominence of this service center. Their proposed solution involves bringing the bike back for rectification. However, this involves a 50km round trip and an additional time commitment. To address the inconvenience, I'm considering alternative options, such as using an outside water wash shop. In light of these ongoing challenges, there are growing concerns about the overall quality of service and customer satisfaction provided by the service center. The repeated assurances and explanations for the issues raise doubts about the effectiveness and reliability of their commitments.

    I recently encountered a disheartening experience with Royal Enfield’s customer service that compelled me to share my ordeal. I had high hopes for their service but was left utterly disappointed. My interaction began on Dec 31 2023 when I approached them regarding part replacement. The representatives were initially responsive but lacked clarity in explaining why they have changed because old part are working fine example chain changed on previous service three month before only 1000km have run now also they have changed, that was the quality of the chain. Throughout the process, communication was severely lacking, leaving me puzzled and dissatisfied. Despite my inquiries, the rationale behind a steep bill of ₹20,000 remained unexplained, making me question the transparency and fairness of their charges. What dismayed me the most was the evident lack of accountability and proper resolution. Despite expressing my concerns, I received no adequate response or effort to rectify the situation. I appreciate a company’s commitment to rectify mistakes and offer solutions, but unfortunately, Royal Enfield fell short in this aspect. The lack of a satisfactory resolution and the feeling of being unheard left me deeply dissatisfied. I sincerely hope that Royal Enfield takes heed of such feedback to improve their customer service, enhance transparency in their procedures, and prioritize effective communication for future customers’ benefit. In conclusion, I regret to say that my experience with Royal Enfield’s customer service was far from satisfactory. It’s essential for companies to value their customers’ trust and ensure accountability in their service delivery, which, regrettably, was missing in this case.

    Have received good support every time. Their customer lounge is really good where we can spend time doing office work conveniently while they ready our bikes. Friendly staff, good WiFi, water bottles kept on all tables in lounge makes the hours together long wait easy.

    This is called sheer after-sales experience. Royal Enfield service center has come up a long way to give value for money experience to its customers from the new launch till quality service. I can bet you no motorcycle service brand can give you such a quality customer longue experience, clean and comfortable place to handle your work when your ride partner get equipped.     Service was satisfactory. Many of my friends told me that it is one of the best service center in Chennai. I travelled from Ambattur to Perungudi (almost 25km) for getting the best service for my Meteor 350.

    Best service experience. Mr.Partheepan, service engineer assinged for my case is extremely supportive and made sure all my queries were addressed to my satisfaction. The overall experience has been excellent. Though this service center is almost 15 kms away from my residence, will be going there for service in future. The only challenge was finding the place. Google maps is not accurate .would suggest RE to have a name board in the OMR main road to help navigate to this service center

    Very cooperative and adjustable. Work is also done by in time they have specified. Today I had been there for a small repair (Sound in the front portion) One Mr Manikandan, technically sound brother, spotted the mistake correctly and rectified. As usual work is done in time. All the staffs in waiting room are also very friendly. Thank you RE

    At first, I thought that this place will also be like other service centers and will not deliver the vehicle at the said time and even if they do, there'll be some kind of a problem. But I was astonished by their on-time delivery not once, but thrice and complete repair of all faults and problems that I told then few things that I did not even mention. Almost as soon as I entered the center, a person came to attend me and noticed all the problems externally and listened clearly to what I had to say and gave me an estimate immediately. He also advised me of how the systems work and how to maintain the vehicle. They also taught me how to lube, clean and maintain my vehicle as soon as I asked them without any distressed face. They are committed to what they do and they do what they are committed to. They also don't give any paper invoices, they send it directly to your mail id which is helpful for me to maintain my personal accounts without fault. Their service quality is also so good that I don't want to give my vehicle elsewhere and can't trust any other centers like them.

    I have given the vehicle for the 30000 km service my vehicle no is tn04ax7751 And I have paid 3637.90. They not even washed my vehicle properly and gave the vehicle and taken two days to deliver and I was totally not satisfied with the service it’s the waste of. Money u have to take the action and the vehicle is not smooth to drive

    I have serviced my bike here twice. Both of the time it was nice experience. Especially the issue (petrol 😂 ) i had faced with other service center is not experienced here. They listened to all my services related questions and responded responsibly. Charging very reasonably.

    Good Royal Enfield Service Center in Chennai comparing with all other service center. I gave my Himalayan Service for Handle bar Change. After service I had issue with that so I mailed. After the next day the Showroom Manager ( Vignesh ) Called me and he Rectified My Issue. Response was very good. Pros. 1.Response was very good. 2.Service Parts availability is good. 3.Good location for IT Employees. 4.Higher level management is good. 5.Spares Management is so good. Cons. Employees especially the guys who booking our service need to change their attitude. They mainly focusing on Rating. That is literally Annoying. After Service even not able to check bike properly due to this Rating thing. Water Wash Availablity is low if you are going for small changes rather than Complete Service. Need to Improve that.. If they improve that then I can the best Service Center in Chennai. Besides this Comparatively good service centre in Chennai

    I'm living in Porur but I want to get my Vehicle service done only at this Company service center OMR even it is 22 kms away from my home. Very polite and Humble responce by Staffs for service.. We'll experienced staffs for serving the vehicle. Even the road site assistance team supported well for rectifying the problems on time.. TOTALLY WORTH WAITING FOR APPOINTMENT TO GET VEHICLE SERVICE DONE HERE!!!..

    I opted for Door step services, This is the first time I heard about this service and opted for it, water wash will not be part of the service, as the mechanic comes to our place, so we need to water wash in the service center for free any time before the service as after the service it might wash the chain lubrication and you need to re lubricate the chain, better you can complete the water wash near by your place before service, the mechanic has great knowledge and completed the service with full satisfaction. Those who like your bike and want to be Serviced in front of you opt for door step service. Excellent Service from the RE authorized company service center. Great work.

    Worst Service. Took 4days for a general service. They don’t even do water wash. Even though I booked for service, it took an hour for them to create job card for my bike. WORST Giving 5 star so that they see this review otherwise 0/5
