Dont buy a car virtus why so my friend was given his two services and it was completed now it was problematic with clutch plate but now they where saying that it was not our problem how ? Review for my New Virtus delivery experience:: I had great expectations before deciding to own a German product. There were totally 4 brands that were in my considerations. Firstly, Kun OMR was very proactive in every phase until the car number plate was delivered. Right from the day1 when I called their number to enquire about Virtus, everything was fast paced. Test drive was arranged on time with zero follow ups from my end. Then comes this person, Mr.Arun, who explained all the features and offered a good test drive. I was totally blown by this car. By then I did not give any hope or commitment to Mr.Arun but yet he tried patiently hearing to me and then he gave good suggestions that fits my budget. Though he was asking me to buy TopLine, finally after learning about my expectations he gave pros of Highline too. This is very impressive from customer point of view and I was clear with the choice of Highline. As per the initial commitment on the color, offer and availability there was no delay or deviation in it. Everything went as per the plan and no disappointments at all. Everything was on the paper! Mr.Arun and team have supported me in all aspects so far and this is definitely a great purchase experience that I had. Everytime I visit this showroom the hospitality was top notch with smiling faces. Which is really good. I am not sure about other reviews but definitely this review is out of my own recent experience. They have lived upto German standards like their product. The other brands apart from Maruti were no where near to these guys hospitality and responsiveness. Kudos to the entire team for making my car purchase much special. Visited the showroom to do test drive of Taigun. The staffs were very friendly and they explained all the features of the vehicle. The showroom is located in the first floor of the building. It is located in the OMR itself and easily accessible. The test drive process was also smooth, even during the test drive the person explained every features in the car. Volkswagen had a an off road experience and I was invited by a friend to off-road Tiguan. Azar’s hospitality was really nice. We were debriefed about the car and how to’s. I did not have any idea about this car. This car has a 2 litre diesel engine but the drive was very smooth. This is a soft off-roader and it does justice to the all wheel drive it has.But not sure if it justifies for the price range it is in.

Ambiance was good there , suprised they have all the test drive cars I requested and staffs over there was so friendly. Vw Taigun and virtus ,I have tried both 1L tsi and 1.5L tsi was very excited being a Honda City driver for almost 10 years .I strongly suggest this showroom if anyone planning for car purchase .

HI All! Kindly avoid going to this OMR Dealership for buying a car. I had a complete Bad experience with the entire Sales Team. The Sales Team MR.Azar gave false commitments until the booking amount was paid and when the delivery was scheduled the committed things were never given and they told its out of stock. I have taken delivery of the vehicle and its been more than 2 months and there is no proper response yet. Even after raising multiple times to the sales head they do not bother on the customers concern. Also kindly avoid sending your vehicle to the service using Valet Driver as they rash drive the car badly. The Attitude of the sales person and other team members such as Niyaz ( Loan Processor ) An Pathetic Experience of buying a Second German Car from this OMR BRANCH with poor attitutde sales team. Kindly Avoid going to this branch.
