my
New
Virtus
delivery
experience::
I
had
great
expectations
before
deciding
to
own
a
German
product.
There
were
totally
4
brands
that
were
in
my
considerations.
Firstly,
Kun
OMR
was
very
proactive
in
every
phase
until
the
car
number
plate
was
delivered.
Right
from
the
day1
when
I
called
their
number
to
enquire
about
Virtus,
everything
was
fast
paced.
Test
drive
was
arranged
on
time
with
zero
follow
ups
from
my
end.
Then
comes
this
person,
Mr.Arun,
who
explained
all
the
features
and
offered
a
good
test
drive.
I
was
totally
blown
by
this
car.
By
then
I
did
not
give
any
hope
or
commitment
to
Mr.Arun
but
yet
he
tried
patiently
hearing
to
me
and
then
he
gave
good
suggestions
that
fits
my
budget.
Though
he
was
asking
me
to
buy
TopLine,
finally
after
learning
about
my
expectations
he
gave
pros
of
Highline
too.
This
is
very
impressive
from
customer
point
of
view
and
I
was
clear
with
the
choice
of
Highline.
As
per
the
initial
commitment
on
the
color,
offer
and
availability
there
was
no
delay
or
deviation
in
it.
Everything
went
as
per
the
plan
and
no
disappointments
at
all.
Everything
was
on
the
paper!
Mr.Arun
and
team
have
supported
me
in
all
aspects
so
far
and
this
is
definitely
a
great
purchase
experience
that
I
had.
Everytime
I
visit
this
showroom
the
hospitality
was
top
notch
with
smiling
faces.
Which
is
really
good.
I
am
not
sure
about
other
reviews
but
definitely
this
review
is
out
of
my
own
recent
experience.
They
have
lived
upto
German
standards
like
their
product.
The
other
brands
apart
from
Maruti
were
no
where
near
to
these
guys
hospitality
and
responsiveness.
Kudos
to
the
entire
team
for
making
my
car
purchase
much
special.
Yes,
happiness
was
delivered
here!
Hope
this
would
continue
with
service
relationship
too
😊🥳
