Don't book this hotel. In booking website they will mention like they will have so many amenities like AC, TV, Wifi etc. But in that property they didn't offer anything. They don't have the proper mobile no. Updated on either google or in that website. Oyo rooms were far better than this resort. The water is very yellowish. In midnight suddenly water stopped in the room. They serving cold food during breakfast & mineral water bottels as complimentary. Swimming pool is fine. The rooms were not clean. It is smelly & not clean.

Rooms and washroom were not clean and not well maintained. No lift available. 2 floors are there. To reach the resort, you would have to park your vehicle at Hotel Sea rock and then walk on foot for 400 m. Food was so so. Muddy and hot water coming out of the tap.

Spent one nights with friends. It was wonderful experience. The rooms were neat , tidy and spacious. Service and staff were very good. food was excellent and service too. But food little bit costly. They are having only beer but its also costly. Surely would like to come back. Next time need to select same room, as anyways we were spending more time on beach. Try if possible to get room no 401 and 402. If you coming in offseason price is less, if you are coming in season price may vary.

Budget friendly family resort .Rooms are good neat and clean . Balcony overlooking the beach is cherry on top !! Definitely will stay here more than once

Never direction Google map showing wrong route search kovalam parking then walk beach bank. Clean and neat place. Customer friendly service available here. Booking available here.

Good: Property is at a walkable distance to beach, very nice and polite staff. Bad: No lift facility available. My mother used to exhaust while going down and coming back to room. Washrooms are not at all hygiene. Water leaks 24/7. No running hot water in bathrooms. My baby got infection after using the washrooms for bathing. No kettle was provided to have drinking hot water for kids. But if asked the staff brought us hot water once. We should about 5 min from the vehicle parking to resort. Vehicles cannot go till the resort. An iron carrier is used to carry the luggage from parking to resort. Due to the unavailability of the carrier we have to wait for almost an hour for our luggage to be carried to our vehicle while vacating. Overall not so pleasant experience during our stay.

The location of the resort is very nice and mind-blowing. Very pleased with the breakfast. We had tried the fresh fish during lunch from the Restaurant, which was spicy, testy, and nicely cooked. I really appreciate the Jeevan Beach Resort team members, who were very helpful and supportive. Good place to spend a day.

Jeevan Beach Resort is a full service holiday lodging facility, located at the seaside, with access to beach. The scenic beauty from the resort is just awesome. Main attractions are the beach view, sea food dishes were amazing, very supportive staffs. I went there with my friends and the owner himself came down to check the facilities and he is a nice guy. Highly recommended to those who love to stay with a beach view and like sea food.

We, Dr. Arindam Ray and Ms. Sarmishtha Ray, stayed on October 6th and 7th, 2022. Room 214 was where we stayed. The view from the room was just awesome. The location of the resort is very nice and mind-blowing, exclusively by balcony. I had the complimentary breakfast on the 1st floor of the restaurant, which was very impressive in terms of theme, restaurant position, and healthy food. We were very pleased with the breakfast. We had tried the fresh fish during lunch from Jeevan Beach Restaurant, which was spicy, testy, and nicely cooked. I really appreciate the Jeevan Beach Resort team members, who were very helpful and supportive. On October 8th, 2022, we checked out early at around 2 AM (midnight) due to an early morning flight. We got a nicely packed breakfast. And the resort attendant helped carry luggage to the car. We have identified some improvements that are required in the room, like 1) cleanliness needs to improve, 2) electric kettle, 3) toiletries with tooth brash, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, use and a shaving razor in a kit pack, 4) The television must be in working order, and 5) the telephone intercom must always be operational. Overall, the experience was great. It is highly recommended to stay in Jeevan Beach Resort, Kovalam, Kerala with a couple, family, friend, or solo. Thanks to the team for such nice hospitality.

Location wise this hotel is perfect, but do not expect anything else. 1) Hot Water:- Only from morning 5-8, this is pathetic 2) service quality of staff is worst. very lazy 3) Washrooms not cleaned properly, no lock and handle in the washroom door. 4) Grooming of staff not appropriate 5) AC does not work, no cooling at all. So i would not recommend this hotel unless and until owner changes the staff and management.

Location is nice on the beach but don't expect anything except this. Worst food and service.all positive reviews are most probably paid reviews.seeing which I went to the restaurant. I really regret it now.

The location is extremely cool, and the ambience is awesome.... But the rooms are a bit cozy, and maintenance going on... Maybe we visited on very busy days of Christmas vacation.... Overall, its a good pick on the sea side ...

We spent the afternoon in the Restaurant. Service from the waiter was great and the beers were lovely and cold and reasonably priced. We ordered food a fresh fish to be cooked from scratch We specifically requested not spiced with garlic and butter, we also ordered calamari again no spice and boiled vegetables with butter. We love spice but due to health reasons it was not agreeing with one of our party. The fish arrived covered in spice and fried thoroughly leaving the flesh dry, the calamari was cut into the thinnest rings also spiced and fried dry served with raw onion rings and the vegetables were tasteless with no butter. All in all a really disappointing meal with none of our requests honoured in fact they gave us what they wanted to give us. It is a shame as we enjoyed the drinks and the ambience on the beach front. Wouldn't recommend

Only tried the restaurant in the resort. Bad service. Food and drinks were good. And you can enjoy a nice view of the beach. Prices might be a bit on the high end, especially drinks(close to double the MRP).

It's too bad experience in Jeevan...Some of points are...1) Toilet door not close fully so can't lock also..How we go for toilet/ shower... 2) No Avaibility of Hot water for shower... 3) No Drinking water provision except paid bottle..1 bottle provided per day between 4 persons..It's not enough.. 4) No any coffee/tea bags/Water cattle/ cups/ Glass in room 5) Hand wash not available.. 6) Room was not cleaned on 2nd day... 7) No availability of intercom phone.. Reception/ Room service contacts no.are always switched off.. All above complaints were informed to reception (he was Room service man)...No action taken ...Even at the time of checkout i ask him for suggestion / complain book..But he simply said Not available...It's really poor poor Resort..Very Bad experience..

Absolutely loved my experience at Jeevan beach! The food was exquisite, served with a smile, and the view was simply breathtaking. A perfect spot to unwind and savor delicious dishes by the sea. Can't wait to return!

Jeevan Beach Resort at Hawa Beach is a nice place to relax which is in front of the sea at Kovalam, and experienced a good dining with lot of items and the only Beer Parlour in the sea side. Strongly recommended to all my friends and relatives

Welcome to the most pathetic hotel with great location. The strategic location & accessibility is the only thing good about this hotel. No hot water. Staff says hot water is available from 5-8AM. We worked up at 6 & had to chase the staff to switch on central geyser for one hour. Power cut happens too often, A.C does not work, TV is broken, hot water kettle, glass & cups are missing. The bathroom fixtures are rusted & the most funny thing room nos. are missing on the door.

Pro: 1. Good location 2. The room was big enough and did have a beach view from the balcony. 3. T.V. in our room was working and the wifi connectivity was good, though during check in another guest was asked to stand on the balcony to get the wifi network by the receptionist. Cons: 1. No parking near the resort. We had to park our car at the main entrance and walk approx 800 m. Although our luggage was carried by the hotel staff both times. 2. Old furniture, needs maintenance. 3. Water seepage from AC Pipe and the bathroom is very slippery. 4. Hot water was not available in the bathroom. 5. Shower is clogged. 6. No kettle available. 7. Even though Google says 3-star, their board has only 2-stars. Hope the management works on these issues.

Pathetic customer service.Arrogant and poor service attitude.Never go here l, it's a caution. Me and my family, a group of 5 went to this place(restaurant) yesterday around 8 pm and while we were checking for a place to sit, the cashier or the manager i dont know who he was, came to us and rudely said those seats are reserved. So While moving out my brother gently asked the guy if you could arrange for us by adjoining other tables. The guy was so rude and arrogant, he simply snapped at my brother and very rudely said I can't do all that for you guys. It was like saying get lost. We had 2 small kids and they were very upset with his behaviour and attitude. We left the place and went to another restaurant called Crow's Nest Cafe that welcomed us gently and without even telling them anything adjoined 2 tables and made us sit facing the beautiful beach. And of course our 2 small ones were very happy and enjoyed the evening. So "Never ever choose Jeevan Beach Resort for anything as they will simply snap at you and say get lost". They have an indifferent attitude towards families and groups. Other nationalities and fellow Indians please "Beware" They are utmost disrespectful.

The only thing working for this resort is the location. The rooms are outdated. Service is questionable. No running hot water all day. No basic necessities in the room like hanging hooks in bathroom, tv, hot water kettle etc. the buffet was not that great.

Totally worst experience about this hotal team, expecily about staff and manager , his attitude like.. he is thinking he is working in Burj Khalifa , this hotel like a normal lodge facility only ,wash room totally smelly.. rooms at night fully mosquitoes... can't sleep , kindly don't visit this hotel!!

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. The worst experience ever. Made a huge mistake of choosing the hotel's restaurant after roaming on the beach. My elderly parents were pushed and abused by the restaurant waiters as they were forcing my mother to pay a sum of Rs 1000 after using the washroom. The waiter also broke a empty beer bottle on my relative's head. This is how you treat guests, this is the service you provide, this is how you treat tourists who go to Kerala to enjoy. Such a shame. Please do not go this hotel or restaurant. The staff cannot be trusted. More money does buy you a better experience, as such places would never run a background check, and employee anybody as staff. DO NOT GO AT THIS PLACE.

About resort- it's in really good location which is in front of kovalam beach, rooms are ok, balcony has nice view. And hot water Available at morning. Pool is ok for kids and non swimmers (upto 6f deep) over all for the price I paid it's good . Now resturant- the quantity of the food not upto mark even the taste . It's okok. In my experience just be careful while giving bill do cross check the items in list i ate there with my friends 3 times everytime they added extra items and at last I scolded them. They said it's by mistake. About dishes you won't get all mentioned in menu over all 2 start for resturant and 4 stars for resort.

It's a lazy evening by the beach where you crack jokes and gossips with your friends with a glass of barley and some spicy food and you feel good. Food gets slightly late if you're ordering sides. Didn't find anyone by the pool, maybe because it was late evening or maybe many felt it really should be somewhere else as every visitor can see the pool. In case of ambience, can get better.

Did not experience a good time here dining. We ordered chilly chicken and chicken noodles. Chilly chicken was too sweet instead of spicy.

⚠️Caution ⚠️ Worst stay ever, a clear discrimination for north indians. I would recommend everyone to stay away from these fraudsters who only speak lies. Very very rude staff with only aim extract more money from you with very poor service. If you are a north indian please look for differet hotel & restaurant.

Very bad resort. I dint have good experience with the room, the water was muddy water , no hot water also. But the view from balcony was good, sea view and also food was good.

The room and way to room was not clean and they have not properly maintained it. After 6.00pm there are no room services. TV was not working. No facilities like electric kettle, etc what they have told in the cleartrip advertisement The view to the beach was nice.

***Must avoid the restaurant Cafe De Le Mar that belong to this resort***Worst restaurant & a big bully😡😤👊 cashier**. Be careful if you visit this restaurant, the cashier is a big bully and will try to bully the customers & try to loot you. When we asked for upi or card he denied & when we insisted, he gave an invalid upi QR & tried to bully us saying no money in our account. He is definitely looting by doing fraud with the owner with cash transaction. Be careful & better avoid visiting this place

The worst service...they won't clean the room once the previous guest checks out. Location is good but the resort people should maintain cleanliness.
