This
is
to
express
my
total
disappointment
of
my
stay
with
the
Hotel.
I
have
visited
the
Lounge
for
quite
a
few
times
before
and
brought
a
few
new
customers
to
the
Hotel.
But
the
stay
this
time
is
far
from
satisfying
and
I
doubt
if
I
would
visit
the
Hotel
again.
1.
I
have
mentioned
this
is
a
birthday
pre-celebration.
From
the
email
conversation
with
the
Hotel,
I
would
expect
something
special
from
the
Hotel.
But
only
during
my
stay,
I
came
to
realize
your
Hotel
has
a
policy
for
birthday
celebration
that
is
within
7
days
of
birth
day.
This
is
of
my
surprise
since
from
above
conversation,
your
staff
FAIL
to
address
this
clearly
and
false
hope
is
given
to
me
which
ultimately
upset
your
guest
because
of
unclear
communication
2.
Your
staff
are
so
not
well
trained
and
unprofessional,
if
we
are
talking
about
a
5-star
hotel
standard
as
you
claim.
We
have
come
across
quite
a
few
of
your
staff
from
front
desk
to
housekeeping.
All
of
them
FAIL
to
provide
satisfying
customer
experience:
2.1
The
check-in
staff
failed
to
look
at
the
reservation
details
and
only
after
I
reminded
her
this
is
to
celebrate
my
birthday,
she
gave
me
2
Lindor
chocolates.
Well
done
Hotel.
2.2
After
reading
through
all
the
negative
comments
about
Sangano,
we
asked
if
we
could
switch
to
Tao
Li
instead.
The
answer
is
a
straight
NO.
2.3
We
failed
to
open
the
door
with
the
access
card
and
have
been
trying
like
a
thousand
times.
Only
with
the
help
of
a
housekeeping
guy
nearby,
we
were
able
to
get
in.
The
housekeeping
guy
did
not
follow
up
with
our
case.
We
had
to
call
the
front
desk
to
follow
up
directly.
And
surprisingly,
your
front
desk
staff
REQUESTED
us
to
get
down
for
our
enquiries.
But
then
your
staff
ended
up
coming
up
with
us
and
tried
to
open
the
door
again.
Both
Nelson
and
I
cannot
get
through
it
again,
which
was
frustrating.
Your
staff
failed
to
arrange
another
room
for
us.
Instead,
they
taught
us
to
push
the
door
handle
up
to
ensure
we
would
open
the
door
every
time.
2.4
We
asked
housekeeping
to
send
us
iPhone
USB
and
A4
paper
which
the
requests
have
been
forgotten
2.5
Since
the
food
at
Sangano
is
SO
BAD.
We
ended
up
calling
Foodpanda.
Due
to
security
reasons,
I
would
not
disclose
which
room
we
were
staying
with
the
Foodpanda
delivery
guy.
Your
frontdesk
people
was
super
unwelcoming
and
rude
that
he
said
no
takeaway
would
be
accepted
at
the
lobby
and
no
housekeeping
guy
would
send
the
food
to
us.
This
is
not
our
first
time
staying
at
a
hotel,
like
Mandarin
Oriental,
their
staff
is
super
helpful.
3.
The
food
at
Sangano
is
TERRIBLE.
The
tempura
rice
is
SUPER
OILY
and
uneatable
whereas
the
stewed
pork
and
grilled
chicken
is
SO
TOUGH
and
HARD.
The
sour
scallop
is
questionable
too.
I
am
really
doubtful
the
restaurant
of
such
price
range
would
offer
food
like
this.
The
portion
is
so
small
and
we
end
up
having
another
meals
after
this.
I
would
just
pose
this
honest
comment
on
Openrice
directly.
Even
if
we
were
just
paying
the
staycation
package,
please
understand
your
Hotel
claims
itself
as
a
5-star
hotel
and
the
price
is
not
cheap
at
all
when
compared
to
like
Ocean
Park
Marriott
and
Hyatt
Regency.
The
overall
guest
experience
and
dining
experience
is
so
POOR
that
the
HKD
2,300
is
not
WORTH
IT
at
all.
