Nurses here are very unprofessional. Being extremely rude and refuse to help. There are heaps of them sitting in the reception to do nothing. Do not come to this clinic or you will pay for rudeness.

The clinic has poor infection control, refuse to provide gloves to patients for urine test, some of the staff did not wear masks but enter the consultation rooms and other clinical areas. Also, the x ray gown they use it again and again and don't give a new one to each patient. The service is very bad, and the staff just don't even try to control the child running around the clinical area.

10th Floor front receptionists are an absolute joke! Talking so loudly I thought I was at the market. They are suppose to make a scan appointment for me but they told me to make the appointment myself. WTAF? Am I paid your salary??!?!?! VERY RUDE! I hope the owner have a good look at everyone's review and do something about those dogs!

Front desk Nurses are unprofessional and being rude to patient. Chitchat with colleagues is understandable, but I never expect they even keep chitchat while patient has asked them for information.

Long waits to be seen by a doctor. And when they see you, they spend very little time. Once I came in with a head injury. The doctor briefly looked at my head and I was told to take paracetamol. I went home and developed debilitating headaches the next day. It turned out to be a serious concussion and I had to spend two days in the hospital. I urge other people to avoid this practice. Totally useless.

Nurses were nice and helpful - called me before appointment to remind me. Doctor was not very useful - basically a waste of time.

Super professional, very clean. I highly recommend. Came here for my 5th dose of the Verorab rabies vaccine after getting bit by a dog in Vietnam and I felt so comfortable at this office. The doctor spoke perfect English and knew exactly what he was talking about. Office was equivalent to a doctors office in the USA. The vaccine+consultation did cost a bit, $106US/$855HKD, but you definitely at ease here and trust them(which is way more than I can say for the doctors offices I went to in Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand).
