The block where it is located is deep in the mansion, it has a lot of people from different country walking around the mansion. There are people who always come near you to recommend accommodation or transportation which is kinda scary. The staff of this guest house is pure rude, he just can't accept any negative comment and is easily irritated. The room is not cleaned well. There is a bunch of hair on the refrigerator. It is better to spend a little more money for a better service with better rooms.

Dont stay here!! It's a shady place run by highly untrained and uneducated people. Dirty and Filthy place. It was a nightmare dealing with them and they kept threatening us in a foreign land.

Don't go!!! They kicked us out of the room just because someone booked at higher price..... kicked out during we were sleeping and not to move in other room but just to ask to move out and we planned to stay other 4 days..... quite a nightmare ....they tend to have many names just don't go in this big mansion that contains at least 400 small hotels with 4000 rooms. .... maybe some is decent but all of them cost less then 25 USD, go only where are Chinese..... don't go to Pakistani.....I'm not racist please but has been horrible and I travel from 18 months on a budget and this was the most horrible place.

The actual room, bed etc are alight. When I arrived I was warmly greeted. But after that the staff were cold. They try to push customers into their restaurant which was overpriced.

A perfect place to be, you won't be disappointed. Stayed in Deluxe double room. Enjoyed the stay. The staff, Farhan and Paul are kind and helpful.

Stayed in their single room double bed for four days and had a very comfy stay. The room is so clean and even smells nice.Thank you Jojo for helping us all the time. You are the best manager! Exemplary costumer service! The place is at the centre of Nathan road so everything is just a walking distance. The price is so affordable! I highly recommend this hotel.

I booked in here thru AGODA (2 rooms for 1 night) this coming February 17-18, 2020. I knew that when i booked the property, i was availing the no amendments, non-refundable, no changing of dates. But HONGKONG declared a n-CoV virus emergency and our flights cancelled already. How come this hotel won't allow us to cancell our bookings. As per staff of AGODA.. they tried negotiating the manager here but they won't refund.

Rooms are very small. Ideal for people who just want a place to rest and shower--those who are outside most of the time.

A nice place to stay for a night and so convenient for the stops and mtr station. Good staff and a walk away distance to many.
