I am writing this review following several meetings at your hotel, Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel. Your hotel is providing a poor level of customer service with high customer dissatisfaction. Right from the time of arrival, my experience had been the worst ever. The doorman address my husband (who fetched me to the hotel) disrespectfully and knocked on my car window. Your website portrays a completely different picture compared to reality. You claim to provide a lot many facilities but they are not consumer-centric. Spotlighting is killing the speaker's eyes and never spotted the right place. Connection cables are messy and not long enough to connect to the speaker podium. Your technical support team is not professional and discourteous. To the height of irresponsibility, the banquet team is unaware of the broken glass placed on my table, and the staff took it away after my complaint without any apology. In short, you have shattered our meeting standard every time. Your property and services are below average in such a 5-star claiming property.

We have just finished staying 11 nights at the Sheraton Towers establishment, and we enjoyed our time for the most part. Unfortunately, we were let down by guests rather than the hotel itself. Every night 10-11pm and 2-3am our friendly guests in the next room to us would scream, laugh and yell loudly at eachother in mandarin. This would usually last 40 minutes or so and include 3-4 openings and closings of the heavy and loud wooden room door. We genuinely struggled to sleep most nights because of this. We also returned to our "clean" room one evening and found that the housekeeper had left a disgustingly smelly green liquid bowel movement all inside our toilet. No flushing, no cleaning. Absolutely ruined our evening. What I can say, however, is that the cafe staff were all lovely and the reception staff were very accommodating and helpful. There is a damp mildew type smell that permeates the room and hallways. It is likely caused by the leaky bath screen that causes water to pool over the floor from the shower. If myself or any of my contacts were to stay at this hotel again, we would definitely need some assurance that we wouldn't run into the same problems.

I had my 21-day quarantine at Sheraton and I had no complaint. The food was great and the bed was Simmons. Internet was fast and the staff also responded to my needs promptly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to quarantine. I lived in a room with no view but highly suggest you to upgrade to a sea view room if you have the budget.

We had a corner suite, 801, which is huge. Much of the hotel is under construction, though. There's currently no pool, the member lounge is truncated and relocated, there's no gym, some of the buffet is closed, etc. And I think we had a room on the highest floor not under construction (8th floor) but our view is burlap and bamboo outside the window. Worth it if discounted, otherwise stay somewhere else for a few months until the construction is finished. Staff was nice. Location is good, very near a subway stop and lots of shopping.

Even though the rooms are refurbished, you can hear a lot of noise from the hallways. The breakfast is terrible, in a very dark room with most things not particularly fresh. The water at breakfast is tasting of chlorine so must be from the tap. The club lounge is also very poor, an area without any light and a very limited offering. It also closes very early at 6.30pm. Location is good but still wouldn't stay again.

Highly recommend this hotel. It looks modern now after the renovation and the location is also pretty good - provides good view of the harbour. The staff are friendly and professional. It gives good recognition of Marriott Bonvoy Elite membership’s benefits.

bad experience, The Air conditioner would turn off randomly and we even moved rooms and yet still the Air conditioner turns off often, and as for the service I'll say it's a 2 star because when I went to the cafe the water was finished and not only that when I tried to ask a staff for water they pretended like they couldn't hear me the staff was in front of me and yet still can't hear me. As for the location it's very nice, just walk a little bit and your in a bunch of restaurants and malls.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support this hotel has provided us. We had booked the hotel for our layover in January 2024, but unfortunately our flight has been completely rerouted from Hong Kong with no option to be able to make it at all. The hotel asked for proof of this cancellation yet still refused to even consider refunding us. This is extremely poor form on the hotel as this situation is completely out of our hands and instead of them being helpful they are thinking only of the money. If we ever get to return to Hong Kong in the future we won’t be staying here.

Long stayed here. I won’t recommend this place. After staying here, I realized that staying in a room without a view or a view of many other windows in front of you for an extensive amount of days, would definitely kill your spirit. One of the worse attitude of front desk services you can encounter. And people don’t line up here for service. Like many of them. But then maybe the lobby was too dimmed so they can’t see? Not sure. Most importantly the front desk peeps just take care whoever roaches the counter first. And also didn’t see the line. Maybe the lobby is too dimmed? Again… I don’t recommend this for lodging idea. Again, sadly, Marriott name again. It’s not worth to put all hotels w the brand (IN THIS REGION) if they are not doing what the brand stands for.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, the check in and check out process took forever, and the hotel did not meet the Bonvoy standards. the service staff were very noisy and loud, and there was no appreciation for elite members. When I expressed my issues to the manager, he offered me a food and beverage credit on my next stay, which will for sure never happen.

The Absolute Best Welcome and Comfort. I Lived in The Sheraton for long periods of time and returned based on my workload location. Always very friendly, kind, and helpful to my outgoing personality. I had the slightly larger Room on the upper floors so my view was so relaxing every night. Never did I close the curtains. Rather I pulled them back as far as I could. Impressive Business Center, everything I could ask for and more... Roof Top Pool and Open to the sky Spa Pools, very nice touch! 12 years I utilized this Hotel again and again. Very Clean, much respect from the staff, always.

Afternoon tea at the Sky Lounge was a lovely place to relax and chill out. The view is spectacular, afternoon tea was delicious, however…… they don’t serve you with clotted cream to accompany the scones, so kind of whipped cream which was NOT nice! The jam is also questionable….. Very easy to get to from the MTR.

The hotel is very well located on Nathan Road, close to the Victoria Harbour, you can walk to metro station easily, to Canton Road, there are all facilities nearby. The service is excellent and the room very comfortable. The employees are very nice and willing to help.

Five star hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui area. Good location which closed to subway station and easy to come from the airport by airport express and transfer at Kowloon station. Located at the victoria bay area so you can see the Hong Kong island from your room and also the light show at 8.00 pm. Room are clean and full equipped. Water pressure are good. Everything feel new to me and it might be renovated recently. Breakfast are really good, international with some local. They have fruit bar and salad which are fresh and good quality. Taste good and healthy. They also have club lounge if your member status qualify. Really good hotel I recommended and will be back there again for sure.

💜Good view for sky lounge and walk-in available. Can search for discount via Openrice, klook, kkday platforms. Credit card discount offer too. Good for afternoon tea to chill out and relax 👎🏾not recommend standard room with cityview , no view at all 👎🏾poor instruction to 18/F 視佳廊 from Openrice is actually Sky lounge next to Zen lounge, no details on google map. Soso food quality, nothing surprised.

Just attended the meeting for next vote Indonesian President 2024. We have gathered together and share some information, nice ballroom and sound systems. Easy to get here, very near to East Tsim Tsa Tsui MTR exit L1. Lobby also nice and smells good.

We arrived here at 5pm, knowing check-in was at 3pm. The employee told us that the room they had reserved for us wasn't ready, so they were moving us to a room by the elevator that was very noisy. We were surprised that this was how she chose to sell us the new room, which would clearly not be a good fit as we have a baby who would benefit from a quiet space. At this point, she got another staff member to help, who was very kind and gave us a different room on the top floor. We brought all our stuff to the elevator, multiple bags and our stroller, and went up. Upon opening the door, we realized it was occupied as it was full of baggage and clearly was in use. We hauled everything back down and asked for a new room. A staff member then walked us up to our new room. At this point, it had been close to one hour since we entered in the hotel to check-in and after a long flight, our baby was well overtired. We had requested a crib in our room, which of course was not there since there was quite the chaos getting a room. It took an addition 25 minutes for a crib to be delivered. The staff were friendly helping us, but it is clear the check-in system needs to be improved.

Stayed in Sheraton for 5 days during my business trip, and was rather disappointed. The rooms are nice but missing many common items like bottle opener, and some basics like tea. The breakfast is 300hkd but the taste is rather disappointing for this price - just regular taste, sometimes even worse. The variety is not very nice, and the service is bad (missed my coffee order 3 times and brought something I didn't ask once). Check-in and checkout was not very smooth as the staff could not tell if my travel agent already paid for the stay or I have to pay with my personal credit card (being asked three times in total).

Newly renovated room with great view of the Harbour, reminds you of the beautiful of Hong Kong. Clean environment. Room service could work with some improvements. Overall a very pleasant experience. Do note that some renovations are ongoing. Looking forward to returning Sheraton again.

The hotel is under renovation, a little bit noisy. However, those renovated rooms are very beautiful. The view of the Oyster & wine bar at 17/F is good.

Worst experience in HK. Had to change the room 4times during 6nights stay. The hotel is under construction currently, some of rooms have water issue. (Didn’t know this when I booked) But the hotel constantly assigned me at the wrong room. Service mind of staffs is poor, they didn’t seem sorry for my inconvenience at all. Didn’t even inform me the water issue, I had to ask first when I couldn’t flush the toilet. They said “yes your room has an issue. Do you want to use toilet in the other room?” After I spent a night in the third room, they slid a piece paper ‘your room water pipe is out of service’! LOL They never upgraded my room or compensate me for the inconvenience during the 4times of room change. Felt they don’t value the customers. Staffs are completely unprofessional, didn’t want to spend a penny more in this hotel. Been stayed in several nice hotels in HK, Won’t choose Sheraton HK again.. very disappointing. Oh the harbor view is great though.

Stayed here for birthday celebration with my significant other and we greatly enjoyed our stay! I was lucky to be able to get a room earlier than check in time to start our day. Huge thanks to Mr. Johnny Ng at the reception for making this surprise stay happened! He even went extra mile to prepare a surprise cake with a handwritten card. Such impeccable hospitality definitely worth the praise xx

Sheraton Hotel in TST is currently undergoing a major overhaul north interior and exterior. So be expected to have construction noise during weekday working hours. Harbour view rooms and and other city view rooms are being blocked by scaffoldings . Expect the major haul would bring a refreshment to the brand !

The hotel is under renovation but the staff is helpful, friendly and nice. A special mention to Johnson at the Lounge who is so professional and with an amazing sense of humour.

service had dropped significantly. staffs were no longer as passionate as before. Breakfast ends at 10:30hr, at 10:31hr, they refused to serve food although noodle counter still have ingredient and soup. They rather throw away than to accede with patrons' request. At 10:34hr, serving counters were all cleared and cleaned. room does not comes with USB socket

Love a hotel which doesn't need a key card to go upstairs. Super helpful staff. Eva at the café. Johnny at the lounge. And all the rest. Super clean. Love they leave you a razor at the amenities

Currently on a Staycation in this hotel over the weekend. The hotel is under renovation and there is not much of a view. Had buffet lunch at the Cafe and the food is excellent. I love the seafood corner which Alaskan crab legs, Boston lobster claws, dungeouness crab claws and fresh oysters. Customer service is excellent. Room is neat, clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in the shopping district and it's a very good hotel if you are here on a shopping spree!

I was given a voucher for this hotel in a prior stay and was told I only need to use the code on the voucher on their website for a discount on my next stay. So I booked a stay at a premium room thinking I was getting a discount. Turns out in the smallest print possible on the paper voucher I am supposed to present the physical voucher on check in. Nobody emailed me or on 3 previous calls with the staff, reminded me to bring the voucher. So when I showed up I couldn't get the discount even though I USED THE CODE THAT THEY GAVE TO ME, and was liable for the full room amount. I don't care if this voucher is technically legal. Making small print items hidden from the customer is not a good business practice. I feel cheated out of my money and I will never stay at a Sheraton ever again. This is the kind of cheating I expect from a mainland business. But to happen in Hong Kong at an international hotel chain, I just simply cannot believe it. I advise anyone to never trust a single thing this staff says and if you absolutely have to stay here, then take as much time as possible to read the fine print for cheats.

Excellent service & meals, fantastic views of the HK beautiful harbor. Highly recommended place for quarantine/ stay. It has great location. It is close to nice restaurants and attractions. It will stay here even after the mandatory quarantine when the pandemic is over.
