You get what you pay. Good place for budget stay in Hong Kong but don't expect much space here. Also bathroom is poor, clean but really small. Rooms are cleaning every day, so that's a plus. Overall I recommend this place for a short stay.

The Guest house is about 40min-1 hour away from the airport and located inside a building. The elevator was very small and the room was too, but very clean. Outside there are lots of shops and restaurants/bars and it’s close to the subway. The staff are very nice and know English, it’s a basic hotel but I think great for the price and location (close to Victoria harbor).

Situated right in the middle of TST, the entrance on the way up is a bit disconcerting especially the old lift. But once inside the reception area, it smelled of clean linen, it is well lit, the staff were very friendly and showed us right to our room and the facilities. Our room was clean,carpeted, and has very basic amenities. Wifi was fast.They clean our room everyday and change the linens upon request. Overall our stay was worth the price we saved on higher end hotels in the area.

The location of Lee Garden is really great. It was quite easy to travel most anywhere from here or get here from the airport. The room is in the smaller side but that should be expected for Hong Kong. It is an older building and while we were here the elevator was broken all but one time on our 4 day stay. My partner seemed to get sick from staying here so if you have respiratory issues I'd suggest finding another place to stay.

They are located in the prime location of tsim sha tsui. This means everything is close to them including the MTR free shuttle (approx 400 mtrs walk). As it is a very low cost hotel compared with the others, do not except big rooms (if you have 02 big luggage then it will be a space problem). The amenities are basic including 02 towels (given every day), tooth brush and paste. The have a fixed disposer for shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Cleaning is done everyday and the rooms are pretty neat and clean for their prices. Bed is comfortable and WiFi is good. They give water bottles kept in the reception area in the fridge (only green ones are for the guests, but when they do not have green ones you can get the other ones without any charge). IMP: They require HKD 100 deposit at the time of check in which ofcourse is refunded back at the time of check out.

Very convenient location, 3mins walk from Metro, lots of restaurant and bar nearby but not on the doorstep. Lovely friendly staff, and most importantly it's clean. As with all HK small hotel the rooms are very small but they now all have good pressure shower etc. Has free wifi. Book early to avoid disappointment

The staff are so friendly. They give the information, adaptor (even in the mid night ) and drinking water (hot/cold) etc. The receptionist also allowed me to keep my luggage there in a room (a space) after checking out on my last day till the evening when i can catch a bus for airport ... The location is perfect.. Very nearer (200m) and a straight way from MTR of TST. No cons, if you know all the hotel rooms are small in hong kong. Just go for it, if your budget matches..

Strategic place to stay in Hongkong, close to MTR station. for spacious rooms it is not too wide but for backpackers it is very comfortable. the room is clean and the more important the receptionist is very helpfull. and what you need to know is that the receptionist is an Indonesian so it's highly recommended for Indonesian travelers. and if you want to go to the mosque just walk and close to KFC, MCD and Yoshinoya
