This is the worst hotel experience I have ever endured. First we were given a tiny room that was literally a bed and a toilet, tatty decor, dirty and not even fit for one person. We demanded a change of room when we returned to a room full of cockroaches! The room we were moved to had a few extra square feet of space, just enough for our 2 night stay we thought. After returning to the room after our day out, we found it had not been cleaned and serviced. When I informed the landlady she could not care less. Not a word of apology, just rolling eyes and sighs. I strongly suggest you avoid as I will certainly not be staying here again. Poorly managed, shabby disgrace of a hotel.

The hotel reception was in a different location from the room which was weird. The room was also really small and had just enough space for one bed. The shower is in the same space as the toilet so it'll become all wet after the shower. It's really cramped. Luckily, I only stayed a few days.

Got their at 3am to be told that l had canceled the reservation, they were fully booked out.while this was going on someone else was on the phone having the same problem...what a joke l thought of Faulty Towers at the time and was waiting for Manuel to appear..if you want a great experience go elsewhere and give this place a big wide berth..

Small hotel rooms with convenient location, located at 5th floor of a building, close to train station, shopping and dinning, but it is very difficult to find, outside of building no clear sign.

I loved it, cozy rooms and management was quick to switch our rooms when the a/c was not working properly.

As a Hungarian, I drilled a bit about the smells and the loud street that flooded the room, but I can get used to it. Excellent accommodation with nice staff. Many are close to the accommodation. Great location. Room is just right for a tourist, not big but not small. Next time I go to Hong Kong, I would definitely choose this accommodation again.

Terribly basic hotel, spread across several buildings in a street. Good price can't compensate for beds that are hard as plywood with just a blanket on top. Bathroom, toilet and shower was compressed into 70 by 90 cm. It worked, but were uncomfortable. Since the room was internal (no windows) there was no ventilation apart from the aircon. Since it made so much noise that we couldn't sleep in there, we tried turning it off but within 30 minutes we were completely wet from sweat so we had to turn it back on. Terrible night and we were awakened by a BANG when the cleaning personell dropped a long ladder flat on the floor. Not my worst hotel experience, but I would never recommend this to anyone.
