Nov 2023 updated : Festival Walk's Christmas decoration is always one of the best in HK malls. This is one of the biggest and popular shopping mall on Kowloon side. There are many brand names chains stores and all different kinds of restaurants, a very big supermarket and some cake shops. Also, there's a Grand Cinema , the Glacier Skating Rink and a big food court . This is a place that you can spend a whole day there by doing different kinds of activities. It is at the exit of the Kowloon Tong MTR Station , easy to reach by taking the East Rail line.

A spacious mall, which is quite rare in Hong Kong. Even though there are a lot of people shopping in there most of the time, it’s still quite comfortable. Many shops but not enough restaurants. Super convenient location.

Regular big mall in HK with mostly high-end shops and restaurants. There is a food court with affordable dining options but it's often crowded. Nice ice-skating rink.

Getting there is more convenient using the green line, in the rush hour the blue line is crazy. The store is fine, the consierge is helpful in finding the store I needed quickly. A bit hard to get to since it's far from Central, but otherwise a good place.

I went to Festival Walk shopping center, which is a suitable place for tourists to eat, shop and relax during their travels. I looks so luxurious, I'm overwhelmed by the metal stairs

Very big shopping mall, with almost everything to buy from electronic appliances to clothes to books and even supermarkets. There is place for ice skating and also a food court with different options. It might crowded on the weekends at peak hr. But it’s a good place to hang around.

Friendly walkway topped up with the city’s latest goodies supported by local and international brands, franc franc and Taste are two favourite place I would go, not to skip their lovely indoor ice skating facility. Love the experience❣️

Poorly maintained facility (from a driver's perspective) with rude security guards, difficult-to-access restaurants...and it is confusing. I remember when I was a student at CityU (which is connected by tunnel) and we had to walk 1200 m just to get a coffee....the community's needs and giving back to the community are the LAST THING on the mind of this mall's management....and when will they fix their road surfaces?

I love to have tea or dinner with my friend here. We choose salads, beef and noodles for share. The food is yummy at that price and the sauce also nice. The dining place in Festival Walk also nice and good for gathering with ice- skating activities nearby.....

Very nice place, a little bit far if you are living in corner of Hongkong. Lots of branded items and foods. Every season has color decorations with band singing happily. Must to visit, also has kid favorite store, ToyRus.

A relative large and full-range mall for both daily needs and more durable items at the heart of urban Kowloon. Spacious and well-lighted.

Great mall with lots of designer brands, good restaurants, cinema and ice rink. A bit of a maze when you first walk in but lots of information kiosks where you can search by brand or category and it shows you how to get around. Accessible straight out of Kowloon Tong MTR station.

Festival walk is big, too big. Too many floors and shops, but it’s a good thing. Anything you need can be found here, restaurants, food court, even a Apple Store with the most store inventory in HK. Festival walk is also incredibly convenient as it’s right connected to Kowloon tong MTR station

  • 4/5 Michael L. 2 years ago on Google
Designed like an elaborate maze, this mall has an upper class feel to it but also caters to all. The rink and cinema are great entertainment venues and there are many restaurants to choose from
