Don't go there on a weekend, it's so crowded one needs to queue in order to take the escalator (the building is poorly designed, there is only one set of escalators). When the escalator is under service and repair, the management company posts a notice to shoppers to use other escalator. But the fact is, there is only one set of escalator. The pop up stores crowding in the already narrow corridor make the shopping experience an unpleasant one. The urinals are perpetually under repairs, needless to say there are always long queue outside the female toilets. People have to queue for long time in the narrow corridor outside the toilets. The garbage bins overflow. The sensor of the octopus/card sensor at the entrance of the carpark was very slow/insensitive. The winding path leading to the carpark at level B4 was so narrow and winding that it required great skills to meander around it. Drivers of the big cars are advised to stay away from this carpark.

A very decent shopping mall with various good dining places to choose. Unlike other boring malls in the town, this place serves as a cultural hub as well, of which you could enjoy some art exhibitions for some modern arts, which enrich your life and enlarge your dummy with good food.

Beautiful place. Clean. Good stores quite affordable (not saying it’s cheap 😂) elevator can get confusing. The pop up stands have the best things! Not so expensive at all them! Also ate at G bar very good! Fast service and nice food.

There was an art gallery. Very nice sculptures! To get into the sculpture room you just need to like the Facebook page. No need to pay any fees.

Great little mall, it is about 4 floors but easy to walk around! They have plenty stores that are not overly expensive such as the K11 mall right in front of the harbour, but no food selection. Still worth popping into just to experience it. I feel like when in Hong Kong it is cool to see many different malls, as it is very much part of the city!

Make sure you go outside and see the sculptures on the 6th floor. Easy to miss, not all elevators go there. Amazing place for kids of all ages! Things to do at the mall include, Legoland, Swim school, indoor ski/snowboard, vr games, go cart, fine dining, upscale grocery store, little kid play area and is course amazing artwork. If your visiting Shenyang, a must do!

The theme of the mall was art. It could be directly accessed from the subway underground. The escalators were installed in the middle, but the roof of the mall was not transparent. Some special shops were operating here, including an electronic game hall. The ground floor was quite opened with some sitting facilities for visitors.

I don’t think the mall at its current state still reflects their theme of being an “art mall”. A lot of their exhibitions spaces are now converted to shops. The new K11 musea is a lot more spacious, which is probably the better option for the display and exhibition of art pieces. However, this mall is still a good place to shop because it makes an effort to introduce new brands, some of the shops here can’t be found in other places.

K11 opened in 2009 in the heart of the TST district of Hong Kong. It is small art concept mall that blends traditional retail shopping and dining with a bit of artist flare. Here you'll find seven floors and 340K sq. ft. of mall space with a handful of semi permanent installation and art fixtures as well as revolving temporary exhibitions which are changed out 2-3 times a year. Mall shops and restaurants are generally open from from 10am to 10pm daily. Shops here are not the luxury and high-end brand name retail shops that flood the floors of many of Hong Kong's malls. Instead you'll find more mid-range retail, accessories, lifestyle and others with the slightly quirky product lines. Like other malls in this area of TST, K11 is mostly frequented by a slightly younger adult crowd. There has been a steady change of restaurants at K11 since the early days. The Agnes b cafe has managed to stick around. As has the Butcher Club burger joint and the Smile Yoghurt shop on the ground floor in the open air atrium area. There is also a Jason's Marketplace and La Création de Güte bakery that isn't bad. Accessible directly from the underground MTR walkway is the Chi K11 Art Space gallery which usually has some form of an exhibition. Presently there is a Let's Pop art show displaying works by international and local Pop artists and nterestingly featuring an interactive mobile app, allowing the creation of Pop comic like characters that float the mall, which you can see with your mobile phone. It is a good bit of fun, especially for those with kids. Note, last year K11 opened up the significantly larger K11 Musea nearby on the TST Promenade. This is a much more impressive venue with similar blended art-retail concept. It is worth checking out first if you have limited time in TST. Then pass by the original K11 Art Concept Mall if time allows.

*Worth a visit* This mall is smaller than K11 Musea, but still worth a visit. It is around 10-15 mins walk from K11 MUSEA to K11 Art Mall. There are more restaurants here (there are in basements), however, many other shops are also high end and luxury brands, which are relatively expensive. There are many dessert shops here too so its perfect for dessert lovers. The smell in this mall is really good. The mall is direct connected to MTR (exit D if i am correct)

it has a very nice aesthetic, basically a modern style mixed with art. it also has a supermarket and different varieties of shops, including restaurants, snack shops, and merchandise. the people at the koncierge are nice and helpful, and the exhibitions are very beautiful and thought-provoking. i would totally recommend this place to modern art enthusiasts, tourists, or just people looking to get their groceries.

< chi K11 art space > It is the art gallery space which is on level B2 of the mall. You can access it via the D-Mop clothing area. Found this space because of the current exhibition: OUTSIDE IN Will definitely be on the lookout for future exhibitions here.

Hong Kong offers a plethora of shopping options, but K11 is cooler and more modern than most. Great resource for those with a more contemporary aesthetic in search of something they haven't seen -- clothing, jewelry, shoes, fragrance, beauty fashion accessories, and some great home furnishings are on offer, along with some nice places for food and refreshment. Be sure check out K11 Select shops for great small producer products.

Quite unlike the K11 Musea, this K11 is more of a shopping mall. Lots of brands have shops here. There is a vanilla scent in the ambiance which is delighting. Stylish design and decor coupled with the vanilla flavor renders people an remarkable experience.

This Guinness Promotion is free for K11 members. Good to have a free draught in such hot summer. Guinness Dark Beer uses nitrogen for the foam and makes it fine and tasty.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

There are many interesting stores and little cafes. It’s connected with TST and TST East MTR stations. Super convenient and accessible! The photos shared are taken at our lunch at Ricky’s Kitchen. Food was delicious and the price reasonable. Afternoon tea sets were bargain. Don’t miss it!

Another Mall in downtown Kowloon linked to the MTR. The escalators to street level alleviates the need to haul baggage up n down steps.

Pretty good shopping centre. The rows of small business owners/sellers makes it feel like a market which is nice. But unfortunately makes the narrow corridors even narrower. Also there isn’t enough toilets. Women’s toilets had very long queues.
