Prime location. Surrounded by lot of restaurants. It is not easy to enter the room with just one card like other hotels. We need to enter password as well as use key. Security is great. Owner is very friendly. Room is neat. They provided 4 pair of chappals. Coffee maker is there . Inside bathroom there is a cloth line. Room and bathroom are very tiny. Ladies market is very close. Bed is very comfortable . Nice experience. If you are looking for hotels with reasonable price, you can go to this guest house.

Affordable motel with reasonable price. The room is clean and tidy. The motel personnel are friendly and very helpful. The location of the motel is also very nice, you can find a lot of local food just between walking distance. You can reach here from Airport simply take A21 bus and arrive at opposite street. And go to Airport also with A21 bus.

My room was fine, the aircon worked which I found the most important thing ;-). My room had the shower above the toilet but that is what you can expect in Hong Kong where space is such a premium. The rooms maintained by the guest house are nice, the staff are friendly and responsive and the security seems tight. However, the guest house only has a few rooms in a multistory building. The rest of the building seems a bit run down and unclean.

The staff are so helpful and accommodating. It's a clean, affordable hotel with free WiFi. It's location is near to all public transportation stations, shopping areas in Kowloon. Thanks Ms. Joey Luk! :-)

The rooms are good and maintained. The owner is a very good person. There was an issue with our booking we were two of us and there was only one single bed. The owner upgraded the room without any charge and allocated us with another room. He also guided us with direction. I even lost the deposit card he still returned my deposit. He is an excellent person. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a relatively less price with a good location then you can book this place without hesitation. Very compact room with shower room tighter still but it can clean and you feel safe. For very budget conscious traveler a good way to spend 2 or 3 nights in the middle of busy kowloon.

Our stay was great they were happy to acomadate our early check in and check out. The room is basic as expected but was fine for our short stay providing everything we needed.

Location is strategic, near ladies market. Owner's so friendly and good service. Room was celaning and hot water work well.

Perfect guesthouse for this price range. Room is clean, water is hot, service is great, can store luggage, location is as central as you can get.
