I am really sorry.. To say this publicly.. If someone if suffering from stroke or associated symptoms don't prefer this hospital.. . Stroke patients should get immediate care and treatment as an medical emergency.. Time is very important in stroke patients and for their recovery...if they are not able to take proper decision.. Kindly refer to other institutions timely.. This is a kind request..

This hospital is very nice, simple not business minded. The ortho department Dr.jayakrishnan is one of the best doctors that I have ever seen. And the ENT department dr.selena is also very skilled and humble. The PRO meenu is really talented and she helped us a lot.thanks to all the staff especially the nurses.

We've recently been to the craniofacial department for a follow up surgery and were offered the best of the services required. Everyone from the cleaning staffs to nurses to doctors and the PRO were very pleasant and always ready to help in times of need.

Good Hospital excellent service

From my past experiences from the last 10 or 15 years, the present hospital treatments are below average. It was good before some years but now things are not like before. You can prefer this hospital in cases of simple issues like a normal cold. If you get admitted here then expect a huge bill during your discharge. ENT is the only department which is keeping high standards.

All of the doctors are highly skilled and supportive of their patients. For an operation, I had gone there. I'd already sought treatment at other institutions for the same condition. However, Capt. Dr. Somanathan Nair, the hospital's surgeon, discovered the issue and provided prompt attention and quality care. I had a very bad experience in this hospital recently, especially I want to mention dr geogy Koshy ,whome I cannot call him a doctor atleast . Atleast as a doctor they have to understand the situation of parents . Instead he started making fun of my situation. I please request the management, if at all u don't wanna handle peadiatric cases ,please do mention at the time of registration but kindly don't make fun of the worst situation which the parents go through while our kids are sick Hope the management understand my situation . On the spot I thought of spea to management but due to lunch time I cudnt find one .

This Hospital has physicians, ophthalmologist, orthopedicians, ENT surgeons, general surgeons, Gynaecologist in their panel of doctors. Pharmacy services and laboratory services are also available at the hospital along with Imaging Services. Treatment at the hospital is good.

It was really a wonderful experience for me personally for the last four days, I underwent through rhinoplasty surgery and the team really done a great job including Doctors, assistants, nurses and all other staffs.Doctor Mathews PC is an experienced maxillofacial surgeon whom anyone can trust with.He has done the surgery very well .Whenever i need help they came to help me as soon as possible and did everything with much responsibility and especially the behavior of everyone is really good. Excellent service provided by the staff.First time we went to st.thomas hospital with a completely blank and gloomy heart due to the cleft lip issue of my new born baby girl.We had carried out so many researches about hospitals for cleft lip and palette correction before going to Newface section of St.thomas hospital.But after speaking to Dr.Mathew of Newface we got immense releif and he cleared all our doubts,he listened our worries very patiently and explained in detail corrective procedures of cleft lip and palette.He considered everyone as his family members and we also felt the same.Best part is that we can contact him directly at anytime for any doubts.We went to the hospital with a gloomy mind,after speaking to Dr.Mathew we came out with a very positive and strong mind.After that we contacted him on phone for small as well as large worries and doubts,he cleared it very patiently.
