Behavior of receptionist is not good , room is not worth, unhygienic, leaking washroom, very bad customer interaction and experience.

Asha Arcade is a lodge with very good parking space. Average room 10x12 feet, western toilet etc. Badly maintained, all very old and rusty furniture. Good pricing of 800 Rs for 2 persons.

Some times they charge different amount from different customers when I gone there they charge 1000/- for non AC room and when my frnd gone it was only 700/- some of the staffs are cheating the customers by seeing their looks and way of coming. Good rooms and it's very near to ksrtc bus stand. 24hrs security is available. Good car, bike parking available. Tv is old one but its working. Neat and clean rooms and wash rooms. Lot of restaurant available near by. Cash, card, gpay transaction available. Safe for family and couples.

The location is right opposite the ksrtc bus stand. Rooms are basic, but neat mostly. The road leading to the lodge isn't that great though. Budget rooms for bachelors but not fit for families. There's a veg restaurant right near to it.

I got a single room with just 550 per day. From there, it is easy to reach KSRTC bus stand, just 2 minutes walk. Was very much comfortable for me.

It is very good place for the money you give. Best for budget travelling. Very near to KSRTC bus stand. But very old building, especially toilet needs to be rebuilt
