I have been stayed there at this hotel along with my friend. And i had a very bad experience from one of the staff working there. The person behaved in a mocking attitude. And also we have asked for, any extra payment to be done for staying in the room for extra time. But the person at the reception told us, it will be informed to u, but we haven't got any informations. While at the time of checkout we were asked to pay an extra Rs 500 too... So, personally i won't suggest anyone "especially ladies" to stay at this hotel. The receptionist lady there does not know how to deal with a customer.. Very bad experience Also very small rooms in First floor. I felt uncomfortable when i was stay there. Overall they are charging more rent and it's not at all worth.

Most staff in this hotel do not understand English or Hindi. How do you expect a tourist to learn “Malayalam” just for few days? The staff(only Kerala local staff not north east staff) are not welcoming and very weird. The north east staff in the hotel are efficient and helpful! Oh but the Kerala local staff are the complete opposite. The local Kerala staff at the reception is utterly rude and arrogant. They make you feel like outsiders every minute. Terrible. The housekeeping head (who is a local Kerala person) was weird too. They do not provide extra blankets on request or ask unreasonable questions to the guests. Why run a hotel when you don’t want to serve your guests ? Horrible horrible! Calicut has to be the worst city I visited so far. You want tourists to make money but don’t want to treat them well. So disappointed by the so called “gods own country” (it is definitely not though)

Located very close to Calicut railway station, a business class hotel with basic amenities. The first I was shown was stinking of Cigarette smoke. They don't have a dedicated room for smokers which in a way puts off non smokers. Asked for cleaning which was not done as it was check in day and the next day they didn't because it wasn't asked. Only breakfast is served and the rest of the meals are not provided.

Nice hotel very clean place and professional staff . Really enjoyed the pool .Breakfast was good, different items available. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Worth the price I paid. The stay was really hassle free would recommend the place if you are looking for a stay in kozhikode .

Room and bathroom was clean. Parking and location is good. Corridors were having smoke smell completely which was so irritating. There was no hair dryer. We opted breakfast also but the taste was so horrible. In a place like Kozhikode we dint expect this much tasteless food. It was just below average stay.

Good hotel. Nearer to Railway station and market. Nice hygienic rooms. But food is not available. We have to go out for food.

Good clean rooms with fresh linen and towels. Comfortable bed and pillows. Mineral water complimentary was just 2 nos of 500 ml bottles. Inadequate! No Toilet roll in bathroom.

Nice and neat boutique hotel. Good and reliable service. Restaurant was open only for breakfast during the first week of March 2022. Food was nice. Rooms, Bathrooms are neat and spacious. Front office staff was courteous and supportive. Recommending.

This hotel is almost in Central business district of Kozhikode. Rooms are well laid out . Nice rooms. High proximity to Kozhikode railway station. Autos and taxi services are available nearby. Because of its proximity to places it can be choosen as a business hotel to stay

I booked a premium room at this hotel for the first time and was a bit apprehensive. But after checking in all my doubts vanished as we got value for money The rooms are very nice neat and clean The washroom too is very spacious and very nice We would again stay here during our next visit and Surely recommend this lovely property to others Haroon Sait Bangalore

I booked at Metro for my family while they were in Calicut for a purpose. Hotel is very clean and family friendly. Good choice for comfortable stay. Very cooperative reception team. They always go extra mile to give comfort of hospitality. Complimentary buffet Breakfast option is with good varieties. Thanks to team Metro Empires for a comfortable experience given to my family.

A excellent place to stay. Hotel and rooms are Neat and clean like new. Good hospitality. It would be a perfect choice for families. Only one issue is that there is no restaurant available throughout day, only breakfast is available, but the room boys will deliver foods and coffee from outside good hotels and can use online food delivery.

If u are looking for a good and comfortable stay in pocket friendly budget, then this deal is best. Go for suite rooms, they are spacious and good. Breakfast served was good. Lunch and dinner u need to order from outside or if u are there as a tourist u can defentely have it outside at any restaurant while roaming the city. We even got lots of discount on booking, it was overall good stay. And ya we travelled with family, including senior citizens and 2 kids, a newborn and a toddler.

The hotel is centrally located, easy for access to various areas. The hotel doesnot have its own restaurant but they bring food from some other place. They do not mention that anywhere before booking and have limited options. They donot accomodate any request. Inspite of my booking being including breakfast I had to starve and catch my flight. The woman at the reception was very rude and arrogant. Other staff was okay and helped us with luggage. We had booked 3 rooms and all were stinking of smoke inspite of being non-smoking rooms. The hotel staff did not do anything about it even after requesting. Other amenities in rooms were okay.

Great rooms and washroom with great ambience. Best for the money we pay. Situated inside the city but away from city noises and rush. Meets all the needs of any guest who visits for sure. More than that the staffs are so good.

Last tym v stayed at malabar keys and v loved the experience bk in 2018. This tym v opted for metro seeing the reviews and it was a pleasant stay. V tuk premium room that had more space as v had 2 kids. Ambience n staff was good. But 4 breakfast v reached late n most of the things got over soon. Just had idli n toast. N tea. I might stay here next tym.

The hotel room was superb, neat and clean. Silent location. Very near to railway station. Breakfast was not up to the mark. No service staff in restaurant.

Very neat and clean rooms and excellent service. We booked premium rooms which can accommodate 3 adults, one more cot was added on request, by paying an additional amount but not too much. The rent is affordable. Value for money. They have a rooftop covered swimming pool, well maintained 👍

All the staff and especially the management are dignified people. Although I have only visited them for job interview I can vouch that this is a pleasant hotel to stay at.

I stayed 2 nights in metro empire. My stay was good. Unfortunately in most of the TV channels not available. In this hotel only breakfast is available. I am requesting to owner who is replying all google map reviews. Dont reply to customer or reviewers with rude answers. If anyone seen ur comments before booking, they wil jump to other hotels.

Very close to the railway station. Very good rooms with a touch of luxury. The room service was quick and the complimentary breakfast was delicious with good options. The beach is 2.5kms away from the place too.

For the online booking even 20 minutes before they are not allowing check in...worst experience with front office and reception staffs, saying room is not ready. If room is not ready; they must have to talk with house keeping staffs to ensure whether ready or not while we were waiting in front of the office. Before 20 minutes check in they says additional tariff will be added... Must have to find another hotel for next time
