I just can't get hold of the person doing finance. Been having double debit orders going off and I just wanna find out why? I left a message with my details, sent an email and phoning daily.

The gym started off on the wrong foot but they have redeemed themselves. The staff is much more helpful and friendly than the other one nearby.

They have like 10 treadmills, with only 1 being operational. Such a shame how they have a nice building with huge potential, but the gym and equipment is just meh. The only thing Zone Fitness offers in general is that they’re not expensive. But what is the use when the equipment doesn’t work.

very unhappy after 2 years of not hearing anything saying i owe them money 2 years later get told ive been handed over to someplace cause i owe them money after ive paid up front and cancellation fee anyway to make money i suppose due to this place being pathetic and accounts department not knowing what they are doing i hearby declare that i will never ever suggest this place for anyone to come join or anything, terrible service and terrible place

Easy to sign up, impossible to cancel the contract. I took up a 12 month membership in 2019, paid for over 12 months and January of 2021 i sent a written request to cancel and they still want to debit my account until end of April. I still have the signed contract that says i have give a written notice to cancel of 2 weeks. They keep debiting my account with different reference numbers and amounts to confuse the bank and i keep reversing the debit orders since they are unauthorized and fraudulent. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Extremely rude receptionist at 5am this morning, wouldn't let my son in even though I had been advised he could join me (14 years old). Told my son he cant wait in the gym nor join me, expected him to stand outside. I was happy with the facility until this morning. I do not ever want to go back now. Will be cancelling my membership. It is sad that it is acceptable to Zone Fitness that your staff can treat customers the way they do and chase them away.

Love this gym, equipment in good condition and locker rooms very clean

Equipment always broken Studio/ functional training area not a patch to what Brackenfell use to have. Eg. There's like 1 10kg sandbag and it's broken. They are the only gym I've ever gymed at that closes on 15:00 over weekends and when it's loadhsedding they are also closed. So you pay monthly but if loadhsedding falls in the time you want to go, you can't. I moved to them after Brackenfell branch closed - and it's most definitely not the same

Your basic gym equipments but the cardio machines are out of sync. I usually gym at Willowbridge but decided to gym at kraaifontein as its closer to home. Tried reporting the machines to someone at the gym and was referred to report the matter to the personal trainer, spoke to the personal trainer and was advised that they do not deal with the equipments. So who am I supposed to report these things to? The aircon is either off in the mornings or not on at all. The standard dropped and it's not the same as the other zone fitness.

Bad rob me made me sign a contract when i was asking for a monthly deal. I paid 24 months, now i in trouble for not stopping my contract. Thieves

Very happy with the equipment and what they have to offer as far as classes ect . Highly recommend considering Zone Fitness Kraaifontein .

Zone Fitness Kraaifontein is a gem of a place. If you're into cardio, you're sorted. If you're into weights, you're also sorted.

Had an account that i closed +- 4 years ago, before covit 19. In the mean time my account has reopened and the membership costs pilling up in secret. Till i got a phone call from Shabir Shaik and associates tell me I'm behind R3500. That means I've been at the Gym through lock down! Easy to sign up, very difficult to leave!

If your looking for a spa day this is not the place 😊 fitness is there game!

Decent gym. Could do better with some of the repairs to the machines but overall, decent gym.

Good gym, just don't go there in the peak hours.

Well maintained changing rooms, polite staff always ready to welcome and bid farewell to the members. Variety of equipment to chose from to work on all areas of the body. Offer group classes for the step class. Ample parking and is convenient to do your shopping from Spar, clicks and other which are also located in the same area.

Very very bad at they admin, empty promises the Wil say anything just so you can sign up with them then lie when it comes to debit order they deduct more then they sepose to no paper work admin don't have a clue wats going on when it comes to payments I made eft 3 times they stil say I own them and then debit twise a month
