There is nice customer services. I was short of R1 the other day, forgot the shopping card . The cashier calmed me down and was patient for me. Made the situation better because she was not like"next customer please". She helped me to find other alternatives and went that day happy❤❤.

The bakery new management is a disaster at the Kraaifontein store. Been there more than 5 times, including contacting the store to place an order. The bakery supervisor named Nico , he is never available also not returning a client's calls when a number is left. Or he is on Tea, lunch or are off for the day. For the ladies who pick up the calls and met me in person thanks for your assistance. What a way to run a bakery when you would like to order stock in bulk from them. A few years back a lady ran that bakery just to say you are severely missed that good customers service was there then but not anymore.

I have downgraded the Family store franchise of PnP as their pricing is not on par with the industry and most items are more expensive than anywhere else. I specifically took some pictures of their meat pricing - through the roof! Does anyone think removing the skin which is easy to do warrants a price of R30 and more per kg? If these prices are indicative of supplier costs, then it is worthwhile shopping elsewhere. R115/kg for 'Boerewors' when you can get the top of the range Championship one at Checkers for R110/kg?

I just love this store. Everything inside draws your attention and makes you linger inside for longer than necessary. The Smart Shopper card always adds value to your shopping, giving you the extra surprise of a discount, adding even more value to your shopping basket. When you leave the store, you look back, and like reading through a love story, you smile with satisfaction. The kind of store where you dont need to buy anything to be satisfied. You just have to walk through the isles and appreciate what you see. The label reflects the name perfectly: Pick n Pay Family Store. Now thát ... is Pick n Pay on Darwin, Kraaifontein.

It is conveniently located, So I do not have to drive far for convenience food. The only issue is that it has a limited variety in options. They have the basics covered and that is important✅

I went in to look at battery prices, saw it was expensive. Placed it back and walked out. The security stopped me and made as if I took it, even to walking with me to the car to check. Very inappropriate service and I always go their. Service delivery when it comes to customers are bad.

If you need to do last minute shopping or you forgot to buy something then it OK. I wouldn't recommend doing your monthly grocery shopping at this pick n pay though. I bought meat, fresh cream and pudding which all were either old, smelled funny or expired. But if you buying canned food, sugar, box milk or anything that is not produced or prepared by pick n pay kraaifontein then that's okay.

We bought some wago Patties at the Pick and Pay, R120 for 4 patties. Do youself a favour and try this. On a braai you cook the patties to medium and let it lay next to the fire for 5min. This has been the best Patties I have had in 2022. It's pitty as I live in Strand and can't get my hands on these patties every weekend.

Great centre with all the necessities needed for that quick shop and a KFC drive thru and some other take away and pizza places is a neat attraction especially if you're in the Buh Rein area...

I am a regular client to the pick n pay Centre , usually love going grocery shopping there , for me and my family . However I must say , the great service that I receive from the shopping center , I don’t receive from the liquor store . There is constantly One lady in particular at the liquor store , who is forever bickering behind the till , never greets , pulls her face , and has serious attitude problems . And makes rude sarcastic remarks . Experienced that today with her the afternoon and I went in back again the evening to make a complaint to the manager . The rude cashier Says to me , she doesn’t know what is the big deal on her making her rude remark , that she was simply just making a statement . However it’s my second Time experiencing similar scenario with this one particular cashier . She never greets , and is constantly talking loud behind the till , and always impatient . I would just like to tell the Pick n pay Liquor management , to please caution their cashier, as the stinking attitude she displays is disgusting , unprofessional and unethical . I’ve never had any issues at the pick n pay Centre or their liquor store before . But disrespectful, rude behavior is unacceptable. Please train your staff , to be more polite and most of all respectful to customers .

Not my favorite store. They dont always have what you are looking for. But it is convenient with where it is situated.

A small store but the food is good. It just opens at 09h00 every morning. Next to it there's a pharmacy which is good to know.

Since it is a franchise I like and has most products you would shop for day to day it is convenient. There is however much room for improvement on the fresh food merchandising side, checking the freshness of stock everyday. We have bought off chicken past expiration date 2x to date. The specials rarely reflects on the system and is too often a case where you need to call a manager to override or check the shelf price. Be sure to check your receipt every time. The delli is almost permanently unoccupied so you have to wait for someone to notice you or call a staff member to actually go and get the person who is serving at the cold meats counter. Other than that, the staff is quite friendly. As I said, to shop close to home is convenient so for that reason it is fairly okay.

Brand new Pick n Pay. Lots of stock and prices are good. Hardware section is better than the average. Ample parking. Kenridge branch manager should get lessons from the current manager

Only buy the meat from this store at your own risk. It is a serious health hazard, they will sell it even if its going bad and if you do not pick up on it, you will be bed ridden and possibly hospitalized. Such a terrible experience i had

I would like to thank all staff members of Pick n Pay Kraaifontein. Yesterday I got sick whilst shopping and all the staff and a few customers as well, came to my rescue! The staff had taken such good care of me during recovery. I really appreciate all their efforts and concerns out of the depths of my heart!!!! Whoever employed the current staff should be proud of choosing good-hearted people. I am glad to know that people like those staff members still exist xoxo Thank you!

This is or was my family store where i use to do all my shopping, this is the second time that the till supervisor was called after myself and the tresurer went and checked out the prices on the shelf, saw that the items were marked what I insisted to pay, afterwards I was told the price was for a smaller package. I then told the supervisor if that is your attitude then keep all your stuff, and I walked out very, very unhappy, after changing from another supermarket to Pick a Pay.

Generally haven't had a bad experience but one employee always goes out of their way to help the customers, a big thank you to Anthea Philips for your excellent service. A prime example of how to achieve customer satisfaction!

I had just recently had a small discrepancy at Pick n Pay which I brought to their attention. I was later called by Waylin who attentively listened to my version of events. He said he would address the matter. He then called me back to tell you has resolved the matter and acquired what I needed. Waylin went over and above the call of duty. An ambassador for the brand. Well done

This store is quite small, but perfect for spur of the moment shopping. The veggies and fruit are always fresh. I had a bad experience with pork - when I opened the pack it was rotten. But there was no problem when returning it. 🙂
