    Don’t trust this agency. We booked a tour for 2:15 pm ; we got a message the day before that the tour was postponed to 2:45pm with no reason, no excuse . We finally got to Auschwitz where nobody was waiting for us. We called 4 times the agency and they were not able to tell us where the meeting point was, how to recognize the guide, . Finally someone showed up at 3:05 and told us to wait for the 3:30 pm tour.(45mn late !!). When the first part of the tour finished we had to guess that we should go by the shuttle bus to Birkenau. And when we arrived we had no indication or what so ever where to wait for the guide and the rest of the Group. I have barely seen such a confused organization, with no clear indications and on top with no care for the customer and no respect of time. So my advice : choose another tour !

    Very bad experience! Very late in the afternoon of the previous day they changed my pick up point and the time. Both extremely inconvenient for me! If I didn't accept it I would lose the money. 2 hours drive in a very tiny and crowded van with no space at all for the legs. Stay away!

    I got the tour to Auschwitz from them. The guide was so informative and verbal on the history and open to all questions. He was great. I think his name was something close to Jack in Polish.

    Hello. For those who read reviews, here is my feedback from my tour with this company. I did the tour on March 8, 2023. I am from the United States and decided to fill a bucket list of mine to visit Auschwitz. However, I was very disappointed with the tour guide and how they conduct the tour through Auschwitz. With that said, Auschwitz itself is amazing and is preserved extremely well. For the tour guide and the company, I felt rushed through the whole tour. We just moved right through Auschwitz. We did not even stop. I felt that my guide could have been more patient as well as positive during the tour. She probably does this tour a lot but that doesn’t mean you have to be dull. This history has so much meaning. It was disappointing that she pushed us through. Part of me felt like she didn't even take pride in it nor seemed like she enjoyed her job. The group had to be like 25 people. We could not even finish an exhibit before she was already on the next one. I missed so much valuable information. I will need to make another trip out to Krakow and this time I will probably look into doing a private tour. Best, Dilon

    Avoid this agency at all costs. Apparently the agency was not even informed properly about the closing hours of the museum. So this resulted in loosing half of the experience by not visiting Birkenau at all. The worst thing after that is that they were insisting that they did a perfect job and that it was not their fault. On top of that the driver was constantly using his phone to text or call during the drive. I was sitting in front and I was unfortunately seeing the whole thing. This is extremely dangerous. Thus, they don't know how to do business at all and they don't know how to be responsible. Of course they didn't refund a single Euro, when the price was already really high and not any other way of compensation. To be noted the trip was 3 hours from Krakow.

    We booked the trip with their office but they haven’t been informed about Museum closing hours and we reached Birkenau (the most important sight) 5 minutes before closing. So we couldn’t be toured in Birkenau. We asked for refund but office told us that it was not their responsibility!!!unbelievable!! Do not choose that office. I believe that there are better and more professional offices to chose for reaching the best attraction of Krakow. They ruined our trip.

    Our driver Karol took us to the airport from Kraków. He was super friendly and a great driver - such a pleasant end to our holiday. Would definitely recommend booking with this company for all your transport needs!

    I dont leave reviews usually but have to for this crowd, booked airport and return transfers from these a while back and all was going smoothly as the pick was ontime and friendly when landing on Krakow, they were due to collect us @7.15pm from our hotel and bring us back to the airport when we were going back to ireland. So as usual we went down to front door at 7pm to be safe , at 7.30pm we rang them to see what the hold up was and they wouldnt ans the phone, when they finally did they said our driver has been and gone was there at 7.15 and nobody was there even though we were outside the hotel 15 mins earlier , they said he tried to call us which he didnt. I said we need a car asap as we need to get to airport quick as we were already late , there response was nothing we can do , get a taxi. I got a taxi and im making sure this crowd are paying for it , if we hadnr of rang they would of just left it at that, we pre paid them already so they got there money already . There a robbing service , Anyone thinking of using there service think again Read the past reviews this is not unusual, they caused a lot of stress to a very good trip. STAY AWAY

    Booked Auschwitz tour via Viator. Was a bit anxious after reading the mixed reviews but can't fault them at all for the tour. They changed the start time slightly from 10AM to 9AM but gave ample notice, a day in advance. The transport arrived promptly at the pick up time and was comfortable. The English speaking guide was knowledgeable and stayed with us for the entire day. Only thing I'd highlight is that there are no facilities for grabbing lunch on the tour and would have been helpful to know that in advance to allow us to pack something to take along. Was a bit of a long day without lunch!

    The tour, which was booked weeks ago, got cancelled just 12 hours before the starting time. I was asking about the pick up details and it took them so long to reply. They just replied by informing me that it’s cancelled…

    Very poor customer service and inhospitable staff. We had a tour to Auschwitz organised and due to sudden illness physically could not travel. Tried to get in contact before the tour started but could not get through to anyone on the phone line which was meant to be open. Eventually we were told we could reorganise but with a 50% premium which we agreed to. We organised for the two following days which we were told we could go and were cancelled on very late in the day so we were unable to organise with another tour. We are still waiting on a refund and they have ignored our texts. Highly recommend to not use Gr8way tours

    My wife and myself booked a tour to Auschwitz on 03/09/23. Pick up was fine, got to Auschwitz where as a group of about 20 English people we were given a yellow sticker to display. Then as a group we headed to an airport style security check where you had to put all your possessions in a tray to be x-rayed. When we got through and put on our watches, belts and repacked on belongings we realised our group and gone on without us. After about 20 minutes security agreed to let us go into the camp where we rushed around looking for our group, we missed about half of our guided tour! Why do you not do head counts ? If 20 people arrive as a group then 20 people should be present at the start and end of guided tour, simple. Terrible service.

    Bart contacted us 20 minutes before our scheduled pickup to confirm the location then contacted us again 5 minutes before collection to say he was nearly there....very reassuring. Bart was really pleasant and chatty in the car ..... a very nice man.

    Booked luxury sedan to take us to the airport at 7am no one turned up for an hour late no message from driver until I had to chase them up and when he did arrive it was an ordinary town car very unhappy with this service given

    Booked tour for 1020hrs pick up, this was changed day prior at1520hrs to be 1350hrs meaning arriving at Auschwitz at just after 1500hrs... the bus was completely full leaving 3 very cramped seats at the back with no windows or views. As arrival was so late tour seemed rushed and not as had been planned, no time between Auschwitz and Birkeneu, literally a quick toilet stop no chance to look in shop then off again same after Birkenau toilet bus and back arriving in Krakow 2000hrs. Certainly would not be recommending G8W to anyone.

    Taxi Transfer for airport Prebooked a taxi to pick us up and return to Balice airport For arrival driver was friendly and polite, he messaged on WhatsApp to confirm we had arrive and to meet him ‘under the bridge’ by the front of the airport. This is simply a walk way for the airport and not some separate brick bridge which I imagined and sounded dodgy! Only waited 5 minutes. But had expected to meet in the arrivals lounge and have a driver waiting with name on card. Was able to reconfirm booking time via email prior rather than call up 24hrs prior as per instructions. Was cheaper having the electric car option and liked the greener choice too For return pick ip the driver was 5-10 minutes late to the hotel… which id allowed for some leeway for traffic so ok, but I had expected the driver to be waiting and there ready as with departures you start to worry. This is the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars overall we got there and back just fine. Based on other reviews I probably wouldn’t be so keen on booking trips through them which we were offered - but I booked those through the hotel for likes of Salt Mine to know hotel could help with any problems

    Auschwitz is one of the most important locations in the history of mankind and is essential experience for everybody who visits Krakow. Thus, we hurried to book a guided tour once we got to Krakow, choosing Gr8Way to arrange it. The pickup from Krakow was on time, at 12.00 pm, and we got to Auschwitz at around 2 pm. After the visit to the first camp we had a short break and were then driven to the second camp, Birkenau at 4.25 pm. The security guard promptly let us know that the camp was about to close in 5 minutes. The travel agency claimed to not be aware of the closing hour of the Museum, and that it was the museum's responsibility. As a result, we never got to visit Birkenau, effectively missing half the experience. We kindly requested that we at least be offered one third of our money back (60 of 180 PLN) as a refund, since our experience was severely compromised. The response was that the agency did not care, and they said (verbatim) that they "did a perfect job". We believe that making us miss one half of the experience of visiting Auschwitz is very far from a perfect job. The agency should have been aware of the Museum's closing hours and dealt with the situation accordingly. It is a great shame that we will (probably) never be able to be treated to the once in a lifetime experience that is a visit to Auschwitz. A great shame indeed. Please avoid at all costs! PS: The tour guide was absolutely exceptional. Her presentation was moving and passionate, and seemed greatly involved and knowledgeable. Whatever she gets paid, she deserves a raise!

    Driver was very dangerous. Driving so close to vehicle in front and while reading texts. Plus overtaking when not safe nor any advantage.

    Arrived at kraow John paul Airport Stood around waiting for an hour for taxi that I paid for through tripadvisor to turn up And it didn't so ended up out of pocket again to hire another cab outside airport No contact from firm to explain why they didn't show up So say no more Garbage service

    We used this company for a tour to Zakopane and the Tatra mountains and we were very happy with them. A small group of 8 of us travelled in a mini bus to Zakopane which took about 2 hours. We had loads of time to explore before we were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. I'd happily recommend them.

    We had a fantastic private transfer tour with Piotr our driver to, Auschwitz, Birkenau & the salt mines. Piotr ensured we arrived at all our tours on time, he was easy to chat to and he was patient when we stopped for drinks. We would highly recommend.

    I booked a trip for me and my 12-year old daughter . We were supposed to be picken up at our hotel at 12:10 pm. The night before the trip, I got a messade that the time was changed to 06:10 am. Furthermore, pickup at the hotel was no lo ger possible. However, we left 06:10 for a 1,5 hr bustrip to the destination. Once at the destination, so called Gr8tway, had not provided tickets for us. 2 hours late, we could enter the destination. No one was permanently injured here. I just to enlighten the fact that Gr8ways service is terrible.

    Awful company!! Do not use. Drivers cancelled on us as claimed he had been waiting for an hour for us, he was not as we had been there for an hour and a half and checked all the names on the cards and he was not there!! Driver then hurled abuse and insults at my partner! Can barely get through to the company on the phone and when you do they hang up when you ask to speak to a supervisor!! DO NOT USE

    The worst of all. Stay away. We booked our tour for seven people (4 adults and 3 kids) at 23 of December 2023 for 30 of December 2023. We went to Auswitch and tried to find our guide. Nobody was there. We asked...we searched...we called this unbelievable tour operator and nobody was answering at the english information. We chose Polish and gave the phone to a very helpful and kind guide (i really wish him the best cause he killed some time helping us) and he informed us that our tour was cancelled because there wasn't an available guide for us. 7 days after booking date. But they took the money although they didn't know if we could take the tour. And although they had my mail and phone number noboby thought to inform us about it. We had to call and talk in Polish for this...what a service! Next morning we had to wake up at 5, with the kids, to go again to Auswitch and wait in cold to buy new tickets. There are no free tickets. Don't believe it. We had to literally run in the camp to see as much as possible because we had booked the tour to Salt mines at 31 of December 2023. So they f.... up the whole trip. What is even more outrageous is that they didn't make the refund. I have to make a request via their app to take my money back. As if there was a possibility to let them keep the money. And let's see how fast they will act returning my money. So stay away from them. Amateurs who are only interested in taking money from people.

    We had booked pick-up from Hotel 11:45AM for Kraków Salt mine tour (GetYourGuide). Previous evening I got message from GR8WAY, that they would pick-up 13:35PM!!! That new time was not possible for us because other bookings. We were not able to cancel within 24h calcellation policy, because this late change for the tour schedule, so extra work with refund escalations. 🤯

    We booked an excursion to the Auschwitz camp, the day before 9:00 pm we received a message that the excursion would not take place, although it was booked a long time ago and by the way we had already arrived in Krakow, so we did not worry about anything. I advise you not to trust them alone.
