The worst Indian company in the world. Disorganization, inefficient managers. These companies should be confined to their countries of origin because their vision of life is damaging the world of work, especially towards those professionals who do not receive a worthy and adequate treatment.

PROS:- 1. Good employer 2. Lots of clients and projects 3. Better job security 4. Great location 5. Support for WFH Facilities available depending on certain factors like availability of existing stock. 6. Employee friendly policies 7. Great business culture. CONS:- 1. The onsite IT team size is less. 2. Some desks and sitting areas not always clean which can be improved. OVERALL:- It's great employer wih great opportunities. GO FOR IT ! Good luck! PS:- HCL campus in # 112 and by video is 110/111 which is adjacent to this.

I doesn't recommend this organisation for the newcomers. The contract is pretty fullish, the salary is below the market. Requirement process is looking like gurbish.

I am still currently employee of this company. Far away from city center however moving soon to Opolska.

Unfortunately this company is going completely downhill. They exploit employees, break the law and all to increase the board members' profits. Don't count on a raise here and if you perform well, you will be given more work to do.

The employees arent enough international, its a shame they speak Polish non stop even if foreign coworkers are speaking with them. The company should give lessons about respect to all their arrogant employees. The most boring work atmosphere ever. You should run away from there like I did.

Not bad place to start working in the IT area, but still a very high presence of Indian mentality under many aspects.

Very dubious employer, and the companies that have a business relationship with HCL as a service provider also realise this. High dismissal and cancellation rate, terrible working conditions. Just a week ago, a project was cancelled by the project sponsor and 70 people were laid off. Project management mostly incapable of doing a proper job themselves and lacking understanding. Avoid this "employer".

Very cool technology company, lively people of various nationalities and nice environment.
