The
store
is
a
disaster,
just
like
the
lady
on
the
hotline.
I
placed
an
order
via
the
app
(December
16)
and
picked
it
up
in
the
store.
I
received
information
that
it
will
be
available
for
collection
on
December
19/20.
I
waited
until
December
23
for
the
status
to
finally
change
to
sent.
I
understand
that
there
were
holidays
along
the
way,
but
when
I
still
had
no
information
about
my
order
by
December
29,
I
called
the
hotline.
The
lady
told
me
that
this
shouldn't
be
the
case
and
that
she
would
send
me
an
e-mail
regarding
my
order.
I
haven't
received
any
information
until
today.
At
8/9
I
received
an
e-mail
that
the
order
was
ready
for
collection,
then
at
10
I
received
another
e-mail
that
the
refund
had
been
made.
I
call
the
hotline
to
find
out
what's
going
on.
It
turns
out
that
the
employee
forgot
to
change
the
status
of
the
order,
so
I
did
not
receive
any
information
that
it
was
ready
for
collection
and
it
was
returned
after
a
long
waiting
time.
The
lady
on
the
hotline
says
that
the
items
from
my
order
have
been
delivered
to
the
store,
but
she
cannot
call
and
report
that
they
should
put
the
goods
aside
so
that
I
can
come
and
pay
again
for
the
goods
that
I
was
supposed
to
receive
almost
two
weeks
ago.
The
lady
says
that
I
have
to
call
myself
and
after
repeated
attempts
to
contact
the
store,
no
one
answers.
It's
pitiful
that
such
a
huge
company
should
have
such
a
communication
problem.
