So disappointed that NEONIA Medycyna Esteyczna have forgotten it is all about Customer Service. After reading several reviews about this place I decided to schedule an appointment. During the phone call I thought it was clear how the meeting will go: consultation, package selection and first treatment session. The place was clean and the receptionist was nice and polite however from the moment "the worker” (I don't even know the name of that worker as she didn't even introduce herself) which was supposed to perform the laser hair removal came, her attitude was very unfriendly. As a foreigner and to avoid any kind of misunderstandings I wanted to have some language support during the consultation (if I’m going to laser my skin, I need to have everybody on the same page), so I asked the worker to let my husband in for some questions to what she strongly refused my request telling me I was not a minor. I told her I would feel more comfortable to what she answered she will not feel comfortable, so I guess my comfort as a “Client” was just not important enough. In the end I went alone with her. As it was my first visit I had many questions to what she responded that all the information was on the website and I could read there. I also wanted to clarify the package selection (6, 8 or more sessions) and the worker just wanted to start the procedure. When I told her I have questions before I will decide if I will proceed, she told me the consultation cost was 100pln if I will not start the treatment the same day. With this kind of unfriendly attitude, unprofessional behavior, lack of empathy and zero Customer Service I decided to leave. In the end the whole visit was a waste of time. Is a pity this kind of places still exists. Good for me the offer in the market is vast, full of establishments waiting. Definitely choose somewhere more professional if you need a cosmetic clinic. - Answering to the owner's comment: From all the points mentioned in my review that should be improved in your clinic the only takeout is that I wanted a free service? That’s quite a pitiful argument as I’m looking for quality and not charity. I was treated in an unfriendly, uncomfortable and unprofessional way in your clinic and that is a FACT. I did not pay any money because I did not receive any service. 1. My questions were not answered. 2. I never even managed to hear about the best package for my needs. (6, 8 or more sessions) 3. No laser hair removal was never performed. I will not reward you because I entered your building and received a glass of water. Unfortunately, your answer is only reinforcing my review about your clinic and the unprofessional way you conduct your business. Writing the review, I thought someone will understand and at least apologies for wasting my time but I guess that’s too much to ask for.

After explaining my skin problem and discussing possible and available laser treatments via e-mail, I was told that the doctor was experienced and that I could come for a consultation, and that the clinic offered special laser treatments for my case. However, the only advice given at the end of the 5-minute examination during the consultation regarding my skin problem was "MAYBE it will go away with time." So I went to the doctor and paid PLN 250. only to hear "maybe it will go away with time." Great treatment advice!! Dermatoligac examination was not performed. I don't understand why I was told that the doctor was experienced and lasers were available. Even my friends could tell me for free: "wait, maybe it will pass with time" :) So the doctor seemed inexperienced and had no idea what to suggest.

The institute infrastructure and equipment used are of the highest quality and most high-end technology. Their lasers are simply amazing! The personel work there (both doctors and estheticians) are top professionals that offer the best quality of treatments and customer service. Overall I had an excellent experience with actual results on my skin! Highly recommended!!

So far good customer experience, I am being very well taken care of by the beautiful Joanna, you have specialists who speak English so the whole session goes in a very pleasant way and you almost forget the pain. The material is new technology, does not overheat, less painful and covers bigger spots. The center targets quality rather than the quantity, which is very important to me. I cannot comment on the long term effect until I finish my sessions, I'll come back and post an update after few months.

I highly recommend this place! I belong to brown girl family so it was very important for me to have the Titanium Soprano (ND-Yag) laser n after visiting many places in Kraków I came here ! They are extremely professional and polite people here , answered all my questions patiently.I started my treatment on 30th Dec 2021 and within 2 treatments I can see massive difference in hair growth. I have been taking Bikini, underarms and legs package and so far I am extremely happy with the results and the service. I came for cleaning my face and got great service. Stuff was very friendly and spoke English (that was quite important for me). Ewelina did necessary procedures, explained details and gave recommendations about taking care of my face. Will be back in a month with a pleasure.

I highly recommend! The treatments (laser hair removal) may not be the most pleasant, but they are bearable, you can definitely see the effects, and the ladies who perform the procedure are really competent and professional - no awkwardness, which is what I was afraid of. All necessary things available on site, clean and tidy.

I do not recommend removing hemangiomas with any results Reply to the comment below: During the second visit, the lady said that she didn't see any difference after the first treatment, so what you wrote is not true and please don't make me look like a liar. I'm not going to argue with you anymore, it's a waste of my time and nerves.

Excellent quality service during each visit, based on the effect after series of procedures I can also state the equipment (laser in my case) quality cannot be better.

After the set of the treatments, I am very unhappy. The hair grew back in a "funny" shape, similar to the shape of the hair removal laser head. Just the thin stripes where the laser missed. It is even worst to be left like this then to have a normal hair growth. I emailed and was told that I need another set of treatments. I do not recomend.

I booked at Neonia clinic three procedures (2 cellulite removal and 1 to freeze fat). The staff works professionally, they speak English very well. They explain if you have questions. Now I'm waiting for a few months to pass to see visible results. Of course, you need to exercise, drink at least 2.5 liters of water per day and eat healthy. I recommend Neonia and I will come back.

I have been considering laser hair removal for a long time and took advantage of Neonia's black week promotion where I received 8 treatments in 4 body parts at a very good price. I highly recommend using this option, because I bought 8 treatments for -50%. I wouldn't change my choice of clinic for anything, because every time I go there there is a very comfortable atmosphere and the treatments are performed very thoroughly. During the first visit, there was also a consultation during which we designated the area to be depilated. I was very pleased with the fact that they approached the procedure very individually. The lady thought that it would be useful to extend the epilated area on one part of the body a bit, which I did not have to pay extra for, among other things, because parts of other areas of my body were falling off because I have tattoos on which the treatment cannot be performed. The ladies are very nice and helpful, always willing to answer all questions and explain everything step by step. I always feel very comfortable there and feel free to ask questions if necessary. If someone wants to talk, I have never encountered any reluctance to talk. I sincerely recommend the clinic, there is nothing there that I don't like and all my treatments there have always been carried out perfectly.

I've been going to this place for 4 years so far, mostly for laser depilation and endormologia. All girls working there are professionals, friendly and they speak English perfectly. I strongly recommend this place (extremely clean) and you can also pay na raty. Parking and bus stop nearby.

The first treatment was preceded by an interview and discussion of the effects that could be achieved, and it is worth emphasizing that these promises were real. All visits took place on time and in a comfortable atmosphere.
