So
disappointed
that
NEONIA
Medycyna
Esteyczna
have
forgotten
it
is
all
about
Customer
Service.
After
reading
several
reviews
about
this
place
I
decided
to
schedule
an
appointment.
During
the
phone
call
I
thought
it
was
clear
how
the
meeting
will
go:
consultation,
package
selection
and
first
treatment
session.
The
place
was
clean
and
the
receptionist
was
nice
and
polite
however
from
the
moment
"the
worker”
(I
don't
even
know
the
name
of
that
worker
as
she
didn't
even
introduce
herself)
which
was
supposed
to
perform
the
laser
hair
removal
came,
her
attitude
was
very
unfriendly.
As
a
foreigner
and
to
avoid
any
kind
of
misunderstandings
I
wanted
to
have
some
language
support
during
the
consultation
(if
I’m
going
to
laser
my
skin,
I
need
to
have
everybody
on
the
same
page),
so
I
asked
the
worker
to
let
my
husband
in
for
some
questions
to
what
she
strongly
refused
my
request
telling
me
I
was
not
a
minor.
I
told
her
I
would
feel
more
comfortable
to
what
she
answered
she
will
not
feel
comfortable,
so
I
guess
my
comfort
as
a
“Client”
was
just
not
important
enough.
In
the
end
I
went
alone
with
her.
As
it
was
my
first
visit
I
had
many
questions
to
what
she
responded
that
all
the
information
was
on
the
website
and
I
could
read
there.
I
also
wanted
to
clarify
the
package
selection
(6,
8
or
more
sessions)
and
the
worker
just
wanted
to
start
the
procedure.
When
I
told
her
I
have
questions
before
I
will
decide
if
I
will
proceed,
she
told
me
the
consultation
cost
was
100pln
if
I
will
not
start
the
treatment
the
same
day.
With
this
kind
of
unfriendly
attitude,
unprofessional
behavior,
lack
of
empathy
and
zero
Customer
Service
I
decided
to
leave.
In
the
end
the
whole
visit
was
a
waste
of
time.
Is
a
pity
this
kind
of
places
still
exists.
Good
for
me
the
offer
in
the
market
is
vast,
full
of
establishments
waiting.
Definitely
choose
somewhere
more
professional
if
you
need
a
cosmetic
clinic.

From
all
the
points
mentioned
in
my
review
that
should
be
improved
in
your
clinic
the
only
takeout
is
that
I
wanted
a
free
service?
That’s
quite
a
pitiful
argument
as
I’m
looking
for
quality
and
not
charity.
I
was
treated
in
an
unfriendly,
uncomfortable
and
unprofessional
way
in
your
clinic
and
that
is
a
FACT.
I
did
not
pay
any
money
because
I
did
not
receive
any
service.
1.
My
questions
were
not
answered.
2.
I
never
even
managed
to
hear
about
the
best
package
for
my
needs.

more
sessions)
3.
No
laser
hair
removal
was
never
performed.
I
will
not
reward
you
because
I
entered
your
building
and
received
a
glass
of
water.
Unfortunately,
your
answer
is
only
reinforcing
my
review
about
your
clinic
and
the
unprofessional
way
you
conduct
your
business.
Writing
the
review,
I
thought
someone
will
understand
and
at
least
apologies
for
wasting
my
time
but
I
guess
that’s
too
much
to
ask
for.
