(...) Odwiedziłam ten gabinet, z nadzieją wykonania niewielkiego zabiegu usunięcia odcisków, które sprawiały mi znaczny ból podczas chodzenia (co można wykonać za pierwszym razem). Nie wmówiłam sobie bólu i nie przyszłam tutaj bez powodu...Problem był znany, jednak...w efekcie, pozostał wyłącznie moim problemem!... Otrzymałam jedynie gaziki ochronne na palce i...termin kolejnej wizyty!!... Dotąd nie spotkałam się (w gab. prywatnym) z taką ignorancją, arogancją i brakiem empatii (2 osoby personelu, w tym pewna wyłącznie swoich racji, p.właścicielka)... ( ...to tylko skrót...) ...Złe wrażenia, pozostały do dzisiaj. Nic nie zmieni mojego zdania i pewności, że był to stracony czas i pieniądze ("wizyta" była dość kosztowna)... (...Z moim problem, poradziłam sobie z powodzeniem "bez pomocy" tego gabinetu. (...Jak widać, nie wszyscy muszą być aż tak zadowoleni!👎☹️

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the office. Both in terms of professional treatment and customer service. As a result of incorrect treatment of the ingrown toenail, it began to wavy and cracked. I talked to the manager about accepting me "out of line", because a cracked nail (as a result of too strong pressure on the straightening brace) seemed to me to be an urgent matter. In response, I heard that employees work 8 hours a day and will not stay at work longer. The manager suggested that I wait for a free date. Fortunately, I found help in another office that repairs the damaged nail here.

I highly recommend it! Professionals, and Mrs. Tetiana from the reception has an infectious smile :)

5 gwiazdek, to zdecydowanie za mało dla tego miejsca! Co prawda nie miałam jeszcze okazji gościć u Pań na Wielopolu, ale to nie lokalizacja sprawia, że się chętnie wraca, a obsługa! Miejsce stworzone z pasją i odpowiednim podejściem do każdego klienta. No i przede wszystkim pełen profesjonalizm, polecam z całego serca Panią Adę, której zaufałam i cały czas wracam :))

It's been a while since my last visit, but as soon as I'm in Krakow I will visit Propodis again. I had a problem with calluses and my runner's feet, and Mrs. Iza took great care of everything and after a week I no longer felt any pain or discomfort. Mrs. Iza's approach to the patient is unique and is able to create a nice, comfortable atmosphere. I recommend!

Their regulations prohibit being more than 15 minutes late. Otherwise, the service will not be provided.

I would like to warmly recommend the services at Propodis, especially Podiatrist Adriana, who dealt with my case. I came with a problem where my toenail stopped growing, and after diagnosis it turned out to be retronychia. In my case, the nail had to be surgically removed. However, thanks to Ms. Adrianna's excellent knowledge and skills, this troublesome problem was successfully treated. The treatment period lasted about a year and included cleaning and rebuilding the nail bed, as well as shaping the nail with clasps. Additionally, I used taping, which kept the toe in the correct position in the foot. Ms. Adrianna not only showed an excellent professional approach, but was also very kind and caring during the entire treatment process. I am extremely grateful for her help and I definitely recommend her services to anyone in need of professional podiatry care. Thanks to Mrs. Adrianna, now I can enjoy healthy and beautiful feet again!

Very professional staff, all ladies providing podiatry services are competent and excellent in their profession, and at the same time nice and smiling. The lady at the reception was equally nice and helpful. I highly recommend it!!!

I highly recommend it to everyone who struggles with "nail" problems, but not only! Ms. Adrianna explains with understanding and calm what is happening and why. He does not judge, and we know that people often come to our offices with problems such as nail biting or picking, or any other problem that makes us feel ashamed. My experience with the Propodis center was positive from start to finish. I was an Erasmus student who needed urgent care after arriving in Poland and I was lucky that the team took care of me. I was always welcomed by all the staff, and I was particularly well taken care of by Justyna Miękina Ochałek, who is a podiatrist who listens very well, is passionate about her work and was able to find effective solutions and treatments to get my nails back in shape. I honestly think that Mrs. Miękina Ochałek is one of the best podiatrists you can find. Mr. Jakub Koszyk, a physiotherapist, who is patient, a good listener and with whom I could work on all my mobility and really make progress, also took very good care of me. Finally, I would like to thank Mrs. Tetiana Rohan, who always greeted me with a smile, assured me that I always had an appointment when I needed it, and always responded very quickly to my emails and questions. I would also like to say that the team speaks very good English and always tried to explain everything to me in English so that I could understand my treatment. Finally, the center is always clean and pleasant! Thank you again!
