Terrible organization, the registrars call several times per hour, but do not answer at all after answering the phone, then send an SMS to confirm the already CHANGED appointment for a different time. I do NOT recommend this clinic.

Complete lack of respect for the patient. I have been using the services of this facility for over two years and each time I promised myself that it would be the last time. Today, things got worse. A waste of time, nerves and money.

Except one lady at the information desk, everything was great. We tried to convince the lady that I have a middle name(even it is written on my Karta Pobytu) but she consistently told us that a person cannot have a middle name. First time I encountered something like this in Poland.

I am very positively surprised, from the registration, telephone conversation to the service. I put on a Holter monitor and met some very nice people. A modern Holter, different from the one for the fund. I was informed about everything. Result by e-mail. The place is also very friendly and nicely decorated. I witnessed a situation when a child was afraid of having blood drawn. The ladies took great care of the boy, gave him a diploma and after talking with a smile on his face, he went to the office for a blood test. Great approach even to children. I recommend :)

This place is horrible!! The customer service is probably the worst I've seen in the world!! The doctor here provide an opinion and not a diagnosis!! Will never be back!!

Professional reception with english speaking staff. Also i go to this clinic due to the presence of prof. Dr. Gackowski who was the cardiologist i followed up with and also he recommended a heart surgery to fix a congenital heart problem i had.After the surgery success which changed my life and health i also followed up with him as he explains everything in a clear, concise and simple manner Thanks Dr Gackowski & Unicardia

I highly recommend the Clinic and the specialists who work there. My family and I use the services of many doctors: an endocrinologist, a pediatrician, a dermatologist and a cardiologist. I have never been disappointed. Also the reception staff is always nice and helpful. I recommend this place with good energy and a wonderful background of outstanding doctors.

Holter service, cost over PLN 400, no results, blame placed on the patient, because he received spare electrodes and should have guessed that they were not attached properly. Of course, no one returned the money and business is still going strong.

Pełna diagnostyka kardio, ogólnie trudno sie do czegoś przyczepić. Wizyty zwykle nie były idealnie punktualnie, ale lecze sie wyłącznie prywatnie i wiem, że często prywatnie też sie czeka, wiec norma. Na recepcji czasem jest zamotka, tu ci zły numer pokoju podadza tam cos innego, ale ogólnie w miare udało sie wszystko ogarnąć. Cena usługi wzrosła od czasu jak sie rejestrowalam, ale zapłaciłam tyle, ile było uzgodnione telefonicznie, wiec OK Doktor wykonywał badania rzetelnie, jak stwierdził że holter cisnieniowy nie ma sensu, to zaproponował zamiane na inne badanie w ramach ceny pakietu - na co przystałam. Ogólnie znając realia ciężko mi czepiać się tak, żeby urwać gwiazdke.

To nie jest tylko poradnia medyczna o dużym spektrum specjalizacji. To miejsce, w którym ze szczególną dbałością opiekuje się pacjentem. Zespol profesjonalnych lekarzy. Właściciele - lekarze, w tym profesor światowej sławy. Ze swoim doświadczeniem i ilością przebytych zabiegów mógłby podchodzić do ludzi automatycznie a mimo to nadal jest wspaniałym, życzliwym człowiekiem, dla którego zdrowie i niesienie pomocy jest niewymuszone i autentyczne. Człowiek o wielkim sercu. Doktor Ewa Sadowska to nie tylko lekarz, to anioł, który zawsze pomoże i wesprze na duchu, skoordynuje całe leczenie. Bardzo Wam dziękuję za uratowanie życia. Szczególne podziękowania dla profesora Trybalskiego, bez którego możliwe, że moja historia mogłaby się zakończyć inaczej.

Umówiłem się na konsultację z dermatoskopią z kilkoma znamionami naskórnymi. Po 10min wizyty i stwierdzeniu dermatologa, że dermatoskopii nie trzeba wykonywać musiałem zapłacić 280zł co wg mnie jest mocno wygórowaną ceną. Nie mamy jeszcze inflacji jak w Turcji...

Wizyta u dr kardiolog w porządku. Natomiast obsługa klienta na recepcji fatalna. Dezorganizacja, czekanie na przyjęcie przez pielęgniarkę, która nie wie że czeka ktoś do niej. Dodatkowo recepcja nie jest w stanie nawet powiedzieć prostego "słucham w czym pomóc" tylko czeka się aż w kolejce kulturalnie a przyjmowani są ludzie bez kolejki którzy nagle przyjdą bo paniom recepcjonistkom trudno jest się pierwszej odezwać i czekają zdziwione ze się nie podejdzie. Nie wiem czemu zawsze na recepcji siedzą kobiety tak nienadające sie do pracy z klientem. Dwie wizyty w tym miejscu i za każdym razem tak samo. Fatalna organizacja.

Great clinic. Clean, quiet and great service at the reception, not to mention the doctors. Only doctors and professors work there. You can immediately feel the gap between the professionalism and level of patient service in this clinic and the treatment provided by the National Health Fund. Prices may not be the lowest, just like everywhere else. But quality and attention are paid to ensure that the advice is fully satisfactory and at the highest level. I recommend it to everyone who is undecided.
