Great location near the main square which was why we chose it, but also clean and fairly priced as others have said. We opted for the ground floor two bedroom apartment which overlooks the courtyard. As a result the apartment can appear gloomy, but who cares, switch a light on. If you are overlooking the courtyard, you may want to hear in mind smokers who use this area and people coming back late at night having loud conversations oblivious to people sleeping. Bathroom clean, stocked with towels and paper. The shower had large refreshing spray. The beds are firm and pillows sparsely filled. Would we be back? Most definitely yes.

Very nice and clean in the center of the city in historic building. But there's no elevator, so be ready go upstairs on the third floor. Take also into account that the floor high is about 4,5 m

The apartment is pretty good. We booked it on booking. The owner repeated us quickly and gave us all info) There were tea, coffee and sugar) Nice bonus I have to say😉

Following a warm welcome, my Mum & I just enjoyed 4 brilliant nights here in Kraków. The location is fantastic, just 5 minutes from the main square and within walking distance of all main attractions. The accommodation is basic, but you have what you need. The natural light level is quite low as the windows (with nets & blinds) open on to the corridor which in turn has large windows to the court yard. The apartment is at the back of the building, and we were on the second floor which was fine for us. It was quiet for the most part, although they really could do with fitting a dampener on the main door downstairs as every time someone lets it go it slams shut and sounds almost like a thunder clap! The weather was very humid and 30c plus during our stay and we were very grateful for the large fan supplied! The local shop a few doors up was reasonably priced for groceries if you need anything (I can highly recommend the warm cooked sausages from the deli counter!) and you are only a few minutes walk away (going through the lovely gardens) from the train station and Galleria shopping centre (which has a large Carrefour supermarket). (If going to the airport; the train goes direct every hour-ish (or a bus on the half hour), takes 20 minutes and currently costs 9zł + 3zł for luggage. You can buy tickets on the train from a machine (cash or card) or from the conductor.

Lovely apartment. Nice and maintained. Very close to the town centre, and ideal if you need a couple of rooms as opposed to one twin room in a hotel. Staff are very friendly, and will book excursions for you if required. One drawback for me, is even though the apartment is nice and clean, there were cobwebs and dust in some areas. Also no tea or coffee provided.

We had a brilliant experience with Krakow City Apartments! The owner set up a taxi to pick us up at the airport - which was helpful seeing as we're not local. The apartments themselves aren't the most modern but ours had a built in kitchen which was invaluable to us because of my partner's dietary restrictions. The apartments are off the main street so it's nice and quiet. Excuse the mess in the photo - this was at the end of our 4 day trip before we had a quick tidy up before leaving.

Stayed here back in November, a great place, quiet, lounge with sofa, TV and small kitchen area with all the basics (ate out so didn't need it), comfortable beds, good shower room and a short walk to the main square. Found a great little place three doors down for breakfast/coffee/cakes/etc. close to the train station if making your own way. Would definitely use this place again, reasonably priced, English-speaking receptionist arranged taxi transfers and to Auschwitz.
