The photo is the surf and turf burger I ordered, the tiny shrimps on top were also underwhelming. My wife had the Messi burger, that was dry and bland, the kids had fish and chips (skin left on the fish) and large cheese burger. I think I may well be done with Hard Rock now.

It was very busy at the time but overall was a good experience if you like Hard Rock cafes.

Ok. Busy Sunday at 18.30, staff were attentive and friendly. Food, well I ordered fish and chips. So the oil was too hot when it was cooked so the chips were overcooked and you could taste it.. The fish batter was too oily so normally I would expect better. OK so it was a busy night after a big weekend, but this is Hard rock.. They should be better in the kitchen than this. I didn't complain because it wasn't the worst meal, but they could definitely do better. Staff were great. Also ordered the promotion cocktail and got it supplied without the promo glass, I'm guessing they had run out. If you advertise a promo.. Have the stock necessary. All up not the worst experience, they could definitely do better.
