The hotel is excellent. The location is wonderful. Beautiful and renovated building. In the center of the heart of the beautiful old town, within walking distance to all the famous places. Surrounded by restaurants, shops, pubs and clubs. 5 minutes walk to the Grand Mall and the main train station. The hotel is beautiful, the lobby is tiny and minimalist. The room (premium corner) is very large and beautiful, very clean, spacious, very comfortable, relatively quiet in relation to the bustling environment, huge windows and a view of the main pedestrian street, the cathedral and the big square. The staff is very nice and kind. The hotel has additional services, some at a nearby hotel probably, we did not need or use. There is public parking nearby. A week's stay at the hotel was pleasant and very comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful, comfortable, clean and with underfloor heating. Mineral and carbonated water bottles are available in the guest room. The minibar is empty, which is very convenient for personal use. There is a tea kettle and coffee without milk .. (except with milk powder). At the same time - there are small and important things that you should pay attention to. The TV is tiny, outdated, with 25 channels, most of them in Polish except for the BBC and Euro New. No cnn and sports channels. And even so, the transmission quality is poor ... It is not possible to connect from the phone or computer. The WiFi network is poor and limited, and with poor quality and many disconnections in the room. The wired connection is correct. No clock, named place. The bathroom has no cosmetics like conditioner, moisturizer or magnifying mirror. There is a multi-purpose soap bottle. In the room there is no brochure explaining the hotel services, or regarding the operation of the TV, etc., no tourist information, no writing tools - nothing. At the same time, and despite this - the hotel is great, worth it, and in an excellent and excellent location and highly recommended.

Friendly staff. I like that the front desk isn't obtrusive in that it's away from the entrance so you can come and go with ease. Room had nice high ceiling and good furnishings. Note the booking website showed picture of pool, common misadvertising that is done in Poland, without caption to say is in a sister hotel. You receive a voucher for affiliated restaurant also. Luggage can be stored. Wasn't much noise transference and walking distance to main square without the noise, closed view from window but good place for short stay.

A very comfortable weekend stay, in a single room (207), overlooking the street. Bathroom facilities are too notch, a comfortable single bed, with 3 pillows provided. A kettle, tea, coffee and bottled water provided, too. Breakfast consisted an excellent buffet style breakfast, with a menu for cooked food. You get a discount if you book breakfast the day before. The hotel has a great location, a few minutes walk from the main square. There are plenty of excellent value restaurants, for any meal time, great bars and pubs, all a few minutes walk away, too. Wawel Royal Castle was a 15-20 minute walk away, Oskar Schindler's Factory was about 35 minute walk, however, there was plenty of transport options close by, if you don't want to walk. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Right in the old town area. Small yet comfortable rooms. Loved the heated bathroom floors. One of the best breakfasts ive had in Poland.

Great location to get to uber pickup/tour pickup spots (3 min walk). Great service- they were very helpful in helping ship an item to me that I couldnt take on my luggage. All the staff were nice and accommodating. Rooms were simple but clean and elegant.

What a find. Perfect location and the hotel staff was professional and super nice. Very clean hotel and a super short walk to the old town square where all the shops and restaurants are. I can't say enough about this hotel. I would highly recommend if you are staying in the old town part of Krakow.

Really nice place to stay. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. The staff are extremely friendly and ever helpful. It's conveniently located close by all the local groceries, bars, restaurants, Galleria and everything else needed. I never made full use of the facilities, but am sure they are as good as expected.

We loved our stay at Hotel Unicus. Great customer service and cozy rooms. The bathrooms have heated floors and that was a huge plus! It’s centrally located in the Old Town, close to everything.

The staff, unfortunately, were not very accommodating. My requests for assistance were met with indifference, and they seemed disinterested in making our stay pleasant.

The staff was beyond helpful. We needed to get a large package delivered to the hotel in advance of business meetings in Ukraine. They were not only kind enough to store it they helped bring it upstairs to my room as well. I travel over 100 days a year and this a great hotel.

Good location- in the old city but not too noisy. Large room (on the top floor). Good air conditioning (important!). Good bfst. Note they lock the front door at midnight, somewhat surprising on the weekend.

It's a clean and well kept Hotel period the not so expensive the sister hotel of the other Unicus around the corner. the location is amazing. The rooms are not very big, but very adequate. The bathrooms are surprisingly spacious, given the room size. The staff has been nothing but smiles. Very recommend!

Nice hotel, very comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Had a leaky shower that they fixed very quickly. Bar a little quiet and not much selection of beer. Only carlsberg. Didn’t eat so can’t comment there. Recommend as a pleasant stay as long as not too expensive.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, sauna is really nice. Didn't have breakfast so can't review that. Location in Old Town really good, close to everything. I can recommend the hotel for a visit/citytrip to Krakow.

I had a great time in this hotel. The staff was very attentive and the building is in a great location so I didn't have to go very far from the train station. I strongly recommend it.
