We stayed in the anex, which only had rooms there. The room was small on the 3rd floor with no lift. Breakfast was next door in a very nice area and lovely food. Here they had toilets and a lift. Very clean. Nice people. Another downfall was the seating area if you didn't want to go back to the room, one settee, and one chair at the reception desk. We didn't feel comfortable there, so I booked a room at the hotel m29

Booked a reservation a month ago to this hotel. During our stay the hotel had arranged a banquet but informed us after our reservation was completed and we couldn't ask for a return/ cancellation and a refund. On Saturday when the event took place, we couldn't sleep at all. Loud noise, drunk people in all corridors,it was actually a full party. We complained 2 times in the reception but nothing was done. We also tried to call from our room but there was no answer. The " party" was going to last until 4 am. When we said that we will call the police due to the fact that these are quite hours and we as guests in the hotel have rights the receptionist said that the police can do nothing because the rules are not strict. This hotel does not care about its costumers. We are not staying in this place again. Very big disappointment.

Thank you very much to everyone, all the staff! You made it all possible for our wedding to go as smoothly as it did. Nothing to complain about, decidedly a great place for events. Guests enjoyed the rooms and service. 5 Stars!

We organised our wedding in Hotel Kazimierz and I highly recommend it! The staff was super professional and helped us with everything that was needed :) We had around 20 guests staying with us and some of them from abroad. Hotel has great breakfasts (very good quality of products) and is super friendly to kids. I highly recommend staying in Hotel Kazimierz :)

Very good location, price not to bad, breakfast very good and service very good, rooms are clean but there are few minuses, no fridge and safe in the room, bottle water in the room wasn't filled up back. Overall good for the price.

The rooms are clean and decent, it has a big variety of breakfast options. The staff was polite and helpful and the location is great because it's located in the Kaizemerz neighborhood with lots of stores, bars and restaurants. Also it is 20 min away by foot from Krakow old town. The hotel is worth the money.

A very friendly, nice place. They announced us in advance there would be a wedding on Saturday, but we were lucky, it wasn't any noise by night, no trouble at all!

Excellent cleaning, helpful and friendly staff. Great location. The only tip to the staff is to not pick up icecubes with your hands.

A lovely , very well run small hotel. Just beware they have a function room that hosts party's that last until the early hours. You can check with them before you stay to find out if anything like this is happening though. Great shout out to Pawet Gerlach for his great customer service

Everything is good but the shower cabine size and the rat odour on the second floor that is really strong... Everything else is perfect, receptionists are helpful and friendly, breakfasts are good, a/c works, hot water is hot) Peace!

Stayed for few days. My window was facing main street and cause of bar downstairs it was hard to sleep. That area is busy with bars and restaurants so be aware of people having fun outside all night long and it might get loud. Great breakfasts! A lot of variety, tasty and coffee machine witb cappuccino! LOVED IT! Minus - poor internet connection, very low speed and dropped down a lot. Another thing of taste is the design. I would fire that designer without paying him. Rooms looks very odd - badly mixed style of old building with cheap hipster influence. A lot of times hotel's restaurant is booked for a party or a wedding. So depending your windows side and floor you might or might not hear the party. Big surprise - great sound isolation between rooms. I heard each word from neighbors standing in the hall but in my room it was quite.

☺️ The building of the hotel seemed to be a old while looking outside, but inside the hotel the rooms were neat and looked newly furnished. There were very less hotels in Krakow which were having single room option for 4 or more people and this was one of it. We wanted accommodation for 8 people and this hotel was the cheap and best. The hotel was almost near the center to the city with Tram stops nearby and was easy to roam around. Breakfast(European) was good and standard. ☹ The knob in the bathroom door was not working properly and we had to use it very carefully to avoid from being locked out from inside.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the renowned Jewish Quarter. We have stayed here many times. Well maintained,Comfortable beds,Excellent breakfast. Very reasonably priced. This is the hotel on Miodowa Street. Our last stay was in March... We're back there in June 😉 You can email the hotel or call for reservations, you'll also find them on booking.Com.

Amazing breakfast and nice staff, but the room (014) located on 1st floor with windows towards the street was terribly noisy even with closed windows and fully transparent, so curtains should always be closed as well.

I stayed here way back in 2001. It was a really nice hotel in a lovely area of Kazimierz. The breakfast was particularly good and I enjoyed walking back and forth from here to the main square in Krakow.

Small but very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful, confirming booking ordering taxis room was comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was continental but plenty. From 7 until 10. If going on an early trip and will miss breakfast tell them and they will provide a packed lunch instead, would stay there again.

Shocking experience, chef in open kitchen wiping nose and mouth with hand and then handling food. Paid bill and left.

The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. I was satisfied with the price. Hurt my heart in the worst 70s hotel. However, I received healing of my heart here. I want to go there again.
