Great place, we first visited the restaurant bar to spend 3 hours waiting for a train but later we returned and booked rooms. Great service, prices could be a bit lower, but great quality in general and offcourse the location is super convenient.😎

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city at an affordable price. I’ve stayed here in May 2022 and August 2022 while travelling with work. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and modern and the decor is contemporary and welcoming. There is a great variety of food for breakfast, typical of a nice modern European hotel. Proximity to the “old town” and the train station adds flexibility.

The hotel is located just 5 minutes away from the main square, town centre, and railway, making it the perfect location if you prefer a quieter place to stay at night. Additionally, it offers a small gym and sauna, which were never too busy. Personally, I loved using the sauna after a day of plenty of walking. It provided a good rest before heading out to eat and explore the nightlife in Krakow. The room itself was spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel also gives you the opportunity to choose how often you want your bedding changed and your room cleaned, allowing you to create a safe environment according to your preference. However, there was one occasion where the housekeeper forgot to make the bed and tidy up the room and bathroom. Despite that, the overall experience was great. In terms of dining, the hotel offered a fantastic breakfast with a wide range of options. My favorite was the honeycomb, but there were plenty of other choices available. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. If you're in the mood for a little bit of shopping, you're in luck! The biggest shopping mall is located right across from the hotel, making it convenient for some retail therapy.

very conveniently placed, being next to the shopping mall was incredible since it had a large food court that was good food on the go. We were very close to Old town which has so many traditional polish restaurants! it was amazing. The hotel was so clean , as were our rooms! the front desk staff were amazing too! very accommodating! thank you for a brilliant stay:)

A fantastic hotel, very clean and welcoming. All staff were very polite and friendly, nothing was too much. The food was wonderful and the bar was a great space in the evening to unwind with a drink. Although slightly on the higher side of my budget, it was worth it. The rooms were well equipped with everything you could need, however we could have done with some firmer pillows. The location of the hotel is perfect, a shopping centre Nextdoor with a food court and plenty of well known brands. And a mainline train station on the doorstep. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be returning!

Hotel placed just next to the main train stadion , max 10 minutes by walk from the old town. Rooms are really ok. Really clean and sized well. Bed really comfortable. Bit disappointed that the basic room which cost quite a lot compared with similar in the area does not have a kettle or simple coffee machine. Breakfast are ok, big restaurant so no fighting for a table. Food really tasty what I can’t say about dinners but this is not the case (hotel has an restaurant which is open for all not justice hotel guests). Staff do great job. No problem with requesting for help.

Very nice hotel close to everything. Room was lovely, but super hot and the air con not much effective. Restaurant has variety of choices but a bit basic taste.

This is a superb choice due to the following: 1. Location: right next to train station and within short walking distance to Old Town. And yes, the big shopping centre as well. This alone wins hands down. 2. Rooms: modern rooms, clean and well presented. Nice bathroom. The free bottled water is a nice touch. 3. Breakfast: a good variety of hot and continental breakfast but what’s missing compared to the better hotels are porridge, pancakes, waffles or eggs Benedict etc. would be good to have some of these options, even on a rotation basis. 4. Staff: pleasant and friendly. No complaints here. The little one even got a complimentary ice cream from the hotel restaurant. Very nice touch. Overall, a great 5N stay in Krakow. Will definitely return.

Fantastic hotel! The rooms look great, staff is very friendly, breakfast is the best I’ve had in Poland and they have sauna and gym. Would recommend staying in this hotel.

We've stayed here on 3 occasions this year and have enjoyed our stay every time. The staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. The hotel is in an excellent position with a two minute walk to a huge shopping centre where there are restaurants and fast food. The hotel is only a five minute walk into the City Center and only a few minutes walk to the train station where you can catch a train direct to the Airport. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. The food in the restaurant was lovely and very reasonably priced. Bar Smok is a great bar to unwind and enjoy a drink or 2. There's a small Christmas market and ice rink outside the hotel during December. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Whoever is behind this brand of hotel is worth every penny they get! They have absolutely nailed it! From location to the quality of the hotel itself and then the staff who make it the amazing place that it is 👌 this was our 1st stay in Vienna house but our 8th trip to Poland with 6 of those trips being in krakow and this place is by far and away the best we have been in👌 there isn't any negatives about this hotel! We will be back next year 🙂

Stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting the city, The staff were so friendly and helpful thought-out our whole stay. Room was very clean. Perfect location as it's so close to shops and all the near by attractions

As an American the Vienna House is the best:)) The staff and management was exceptional. The front desk staff even assisted me with getting me to my next location via train 🚆. The location is the best and is close to many popular attractions. The large mall is literally 50 meters out the door. I want to thank all the hotel and restaurant staff.

Had an absolutely lovely time. Loved the fresh baked bread in the morning. The cupcakes were top notch. Really like the blacklight and plexiglass shower bathroom. Hope to return here someday.

Zimmer war sehr gut, Matratzen hätten etwas härter sein können, aber das Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und dem Licht war ein absolutes Highlight! Das Frühstücksbuffett war perfekt, tolle vegane Produkte, alles frisch und der Service ganz toll! Ich empfehle jedem hier eine Übernachtung zu buchen!

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, schöne große Zimmer. Direkte Anbindung zum Bus und Straßenbahn. Zu Fuß schnell in die Altstadt kommen. Einkaufszentrum ist 50m entfernt. Sehr gerne wieder.

This hotel is awesome! The staff was so kind and helpful when we arrived after a long red-eye flight and even offered us a late check-out. They arranged for a cab for us from the airport. The room was spotless! The bed was comfortable and the pull-out sofa was excellent as well. They had the pull-out bed all ready for us upon our arrival. The bathroom had both a shower and a huge tub. Excellent breakfast as well. It was 1-2 minute walk to a beautiful mall and about 5-10 minutes from the main square with more restaurants and shopping. A very, very safe and clean area. I would certainly stay here again without a doubt...it was a welcoming experience for our first visit to Krakow!

This is not our first at this hotel, so our return might be a good enough review. The rooms are beautiful, and there is such a relaxed atmosphere. The Location is 5 star, only a 5-10 minute walk to the centre. Airport access is second to none. We’ll be back.

Location is really good, close to railway station and center. Rooms are clean and breakfast is quite good. Also there is a sauna with all stuff you need - slippers, towels, bathrobes.

Great hotel, perfect location (just next to the main train station, central bus station and Galleria mall. The staff is very polite and professional, the room was clean and well equipped, the window is openable so there is a possibility to breathe fresh air.

Great hotel very conveniently located next to main train station. Also on the major city tram lines. Close to the giant shopping mall, Starbucks, and walking distance to Jewish district, and major sites. Not close to Shindler’s factory, but hop on tram 3 and it’s a short walk from a stop (utilize google maps). The hotel was super quiet. Staff super friendly, price was very affordable for me. Checks all the boxes.

Bed was comfy, bedding was very clean, water pressure and temperature were perfect. Only thing that caught me off guard was the fact that your room key engages lights. That was new to me.

Highly recommeded location in central Cracow just next to train station. Clean, well designed rooms, nice service, mount watering breakfast. And extremely friendly staff on the top of that.

Visit Krakow every year, sometimes twice and always stayed at Andel's Cracow. Except the location, the room it's always pleasant with the staff it's welcome! Can really recommend Andel's Cracow. Be aware, pay attention. If you travel by car and wish to park in the garage call/email reception in good time before arrival to make sure a parking lot 😀

Clean hotel with updated and interesting rooms, a decent breakfast, and good location nearby the Market Square, the shopping mall, public transit and a variety of restaurants. Overall a very comfortable stay and I would happily return the next time I pay a visit to Krakow.

The dishes could be more varied and, for example, better quality baked goods. The muesli was not very fresh in taste. In other hotels it was better. In room: almost everything was good but cups was dirty and bottle was dirty and some towels. In the end, your hotel is very good but these little things need to be fixed. I would like to come back . I would like to return to your hotel and I hope you will correct these shortcomings. About staff: Lukas in reception was very friendly and gave us coffee while we were waiting for a taxi

Excellent hotel at a very convenient location. Staff members were very friendly and polite. The receptionist proposed to prepare us breakfast boxes as we were leaving early in the morning (before breakfast time). The only downside I can think of is that there was only one massage lady , making it impossible to have two people (i.e. a couple) having massage at the same time

Firstly, we were met by a very polite, friendly and professional receptionist (I think his nametag said Arthur). He was super accommodating, loved that. Secondly, the room was much bigger than usual at hotels. But we loved the most was probably the fact that the breakfast (included in room rate) was (upon request) served in the room free of additional charges. It was big, tasty and beautifully presented. Also, we were not charged additionally for an extra bed for 4-year-old and got a big ice cream on the house for him. Loved the "take a plant to your room" idea. Overall, very very impressed. Will stay again.

Very good hotel. Old town is near. It's in a close vicinity of a large shopping mall. Not noisy at all. Great staff. Nice restaurant with great food and bar with excellent cocktails. I could only recommend it. Very stylish bathroom with shower and bathtub. Outstanding bed comfort.

Very friendly and supportive staff. Great view. I like that they left small lovely gift if we choose green choice (skip room service one day). Only minus is that the breakfast is quite the same everyday.

The hotel staff made our stay amazing, the went above and beyond. The went the extra mile to arrange with my wife a surprise for my birthday, they arranged for roses and chocolates to be in the room prior to arrival.

Comfortable new hotel located next to railway and bus station. You can easily explore the city as main square is just few minutes walk. Superb breakfast with wide choice of food. Rooms are spatious with super comfy pillows and blankets. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Convenient location, modern and bright room, very friendly and efficient staff. It is very close (few minutes) to the historical part but quiet at night. Trip to the airport was extremely easy as there's a direct train from near train station.
