From
the
9th
to
the
15th
of
October
2022
we
have
had
the
pleasure
to
organise
our
conference
on
Ethics
and
Communication
for
the
Judicial
Sector
in
Ukraine
at
the
Grand
Ascot
Hotel
in
Kraków.
Already
in
the
preparation
the
communication
and
cooperation
with
the
team
of
the
hotel
went
smoothly
and
was
very
pleasant.
The
team
of
the
hotel
was
quick
in
its
reply
to
our
requests
and
was
able
to
accommodate
many
of
our
requirements.
For
our
conference
it
was
important
to
have
not
only
rooms
available
for
the
participants
to
stay
but
also
a
large
conference
room
with
translation
and
presentation
equipment.
The
team
was
very
professional
in
meeting
all
our
requirements
and
in
doing
so
was
able
to
keep
the
balance
between
the
quality
and
price,
which
is
important
for
public
organisations.
Overall
our
event
became
a
great
success
with
the
support
of
the
staff
at
the
hotel
and
the
team
of
the
sales
and
events
department.
During
our
stay
there
were
no
issues,
questions
were
answered
quickly,
staff
members
were
always
on
stand-by
to
help,
and
the
rooms,
conference
room
and
restaurant
were
very
modern,
professional
and
pleasant.
The
big
advantage
for
our
group,
given
the
sensitivity
of
the
topics
discussed
but
also
that
the
participants
were
from
Ukraine
at
a
time
of
war,
was
the
location
of
the
hotel,
rooms
and
conference
room.
Especially
the
fact
that
the
conference
room
was
in
a
separate
building,
but
connected
to
the
hotel
via
the
first
floor,
was
a
big
advantage.
Our
conference
also
included
both
lunch
and
dinner
buffets.
The
staff
of
both
the
kitchen
and
the
restaurant
were
very
professional
and
catered
to
our
every
need
and
request.
The
food
was
of
high
quality
and
diversity
throughout
the
days.
Overall,
we
are
very
satisfied
with
our
stay
and
the
way
our
conference
unfolded.
We
would
certainly
recommend
this
to
any
organisation
or
company
and
would
organise
any
future
conferences
again
here.
