Hotel
Eden
was
centrally
located
in
Krakow's
Jewish
Quarter,
within
walking
distance
of
restaurants,
nightlife,
public
transport
and
Krakow's
Old
Town.
The
area
around
the
hotel
was
safe
and
quiet
with
a
nice
and
relaxed
atmosphere.
The
guest
rooms
were
large
and
comfortably
furnished
with
a
desk,
work
chair,
minibar
and
a
large
and
comfortable
bed.
The
interior
seemed
somewhat
old,
but
was
well
maintained
and
in
good
condition.
The
bathroom
was
simple
but
conveniently
decorated
and
there
was
a
good
selection
of
towels
and
toiletries.
The
cleanliness
was
very
good,
but
due
to
Covid-19
restrictions,
the
rooms
were
not
cleaned
during
our
stay.
This
is
to
avoid
the
spread
of
infection.
The
hotel's
common
areas
were
clean
and
well
maintained.
Breakfast
was
served
as
a
buffet
and
had
a
rich
selection
of
both
hot
and
cold
dishes.
The
dishes
seemed
to
be
homemade
and
there
were
some
variations
from
day
to
day,
which
helped
to
lift
the
impression.
The
staff
in
the
breakfast
room
appeared
friendly
and
attentive.
The
reception
staff
were
very
friendly
and
attentive.
It
should
be
mentioned
that
the
hotel
is
not
a
new
and
trendy
hotel,
but
that
it
has
an
old
charm
and
a
high
level
of
service.
I
would
visit
the
hotel
again
and
can
safely
recommend
it
to
other
travelers.
