Great place to stay! Everything was clean, I got a good breakfast in the morning and the staff was very friendly. It is also very close to main square, public transportation, shops and restaurants.

Amazing, friendly and helpful staff (ALL!) and excellent facilities in the hotel. We felt safe and healthy. Even the menu’s list isn’t the longest ;) was a very tasty and prepared with heart and positive energy! Mr Kamil :) please keep your way in the service. Strongly recommended this place to stay in :D

Walking distance to the old town (20mins ish). Beautiful rooms, air conditioned, friendly reception staff who welcomed us with a shot of delicious cherry vodka! My husband even got balloons and a cake for his birthday! Also close to trams and buses to other places. Breakfast is basic but good, and plenty of it. No complaints here!

Nice hotel in a good location. 20mins walk into town centre of plenty of transportation option if you don’t want to walk. Rooms are in good condition, with air conditioning, although air conditioning could be a bit better. Good breakfast with hot and cold options. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

All the receptionists are great except for the male night shift guy… I asked for soap he gave me shampoo , then when I asked again he said he will bring it up to me but didn’t. Disappointing service. Thanks to this guy, it’s a three stars instead of five from me . I really dislike this kind of service when you promise guests but lied. It reflects very badly on you.

I recommend Liv'Inn both for weekend escape or Kraków sightseeing. Great breakfast. Quiet rooms. Good beds. That is all I need.

5.07.2023, 18.30 It was very big rain and lightning outside. The main door was opened. We entered, but didn’t have a chance to ask about any services, which we are probably interested in. A man said that we are not allowed to stay inside, and didn’t even ask if we are potential guests or not.

Service: 5/5 Room: 5/5 Location: central with 5 min walk to tram and 15 min walk to city. Price: A little high for what it is you getting but given the travel prices globally, this seems to be the norm. I enjoyed my stay, the bed was comfortable, good curtains to keep light out, staff super helpful. Restaurants and supermarkets within 5 minutes.

The hotel was conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the tram or 15 minute walk to the main square. The rooms were bright, spacious, modern and extremely clean. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They helped with booking tours, booking taxis and restaurant recommendations. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The breakfast was great value for money and included a selection of breakfast cereals, pastries, meats, cheeses, juices, tea, coffee and a hot meal option. The hotel had a lovely seating area located in the reception and a stunning patio at the rear of the hotel. There are shops and a cafe located either side of the hotel which was very convenient for picking up drinks and snacks if needed. The staff also helped to store our luggage until our flight later on in the day. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is an excellent hotel. It's a 15 min walk to the main square from here. The staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Great prices on the drinks in the small bar area. Breakfast is usually included and has a mixture of all sorts for your tastes. Rooms are spacious and very nice.

Enjoyed our stay, had a lovely room, really big for a family room, with kettle and mini bar, very clean and fresh towels supplied daily. The staff were really friendly and helpful, It's a 15 minute walk to the square, and around 15-20 zloty in a taxi. Overall it's modern, clean, the breakfast is ok, good location and great value for money, I would definitely stay again on return.

Wow! This has to be one of the best hotels i‘ve ever been to. The service is so great all the people there are so friendly and welcoming. They offered us free welcome shots. The rooms are clean and very modern. Great location to stay! definitely recommend.
