Very good location if you want to stay close to the main square. Nice and clean, rooms a bit small but let's face it... your reason to be here is to be close to downtown.

Exceptional reception and service. This hotel was perfect for a city break holiday. I experience sensational customer service from all staff but Max and Anna stood out. They could not have provided any better services and were only too happy to help. They have made this trip one to remember. 10/10 recommend.

Great location 5 minutes walk from the old town and 20 minutes from the train station. In my opinion should be a 4 star not a 3 star hotel. In beautiful condition, lovely modern rooms that are fairly small but are fine. Breakfast room and breakfast was also really nice. Would definitely go back.

The Logos Krakow was a great hotel for my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, with a soft mattress and some tea and coffee making facilities. The minibar was a great touch, and the flat screen TV was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The breakfast was lovely, with both sweet and savoury options available, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Krakow.

Great hotel, 5 minute walk to the main square. Lovely staff who are all very friendly, breakfast nice, half hour walk to the Jewish quarter’s, very quiet and excellent location to everything, well done all 👍

The hotel is close to main square ( it is about seven minutes on foot). Breakfast was very good. The food was fresh and delicious. Cleaning of the room was not good enough.

From arrival to departure the staff were friendly, helpfull and always on hand with a smile on their faces. The room was good size and with air con. Perfect location for our stay in Kraków. Everything was within easy 7 to 10 minute walk. We discovered new parts of Kraków and some great restaurants on side streets leading to hotel.

For a short break this hotel ticked all our boxes.Very clean & tidy, lovely rooms and a good size. Would def. come back here again!!

From the moment we arrived, till the moment we, unfortunately, left, everthing was excellent. Anna and monica on the reception were well informed, polite and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style, and had an amazing choice, breakfast team staff were lovely and the restaurant area was spotless. Definitely come to stay again.

Perfect place to stay! Within walking distance of everything but far enough away to be able to enjoy quiet time and sleep too. Lots of nice coffee shops, too!

We spent a long weekend and really liked it. It's super close to the city (Krakow is very walkable), the interior is elegant and modern, the beds were comfortable with good pillows, you can completely darken the room, and it was exceptionally quiet. One (significant) downside is that the (also modern) bathroom is separated only by glass. No walls, no door, and it's directly next to the beds. You hear and smell everything and have to be careful not to watch your partner pee. Destroys any romantic atmosphere in seconds.

I had an amazing stay here. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were always happy to help. Max in the restaurant provided exceptional service and looked after myself and my partner extremely well. Anna on the front desk was well informed and made sure that we had all information needed and helped us in any way possible and did did this all with a smile. One of the best experiences at a hotel and thank you for making this a memorable trip.

Very helpfull service,good staff. So many choice at breakfast,everybody finds what they want. Public transports really close to the hotel 3-5 min. Even the airport only 40min by public transport.(it costs 6złoty~1£) Highly recommended

Lovely hotel...we had a double room with en suite shower...couldn't fault it...lovely modern room...all you expect in a room, tv, kettle etc, shower gels, fresh towels every day, bed was comfortable, what was mad, you have a double bed, with 2 single duvets, it's brilliant, no fighting over the duvet, gave me ideas for back home...the breakfast was more continental than I'd like, pastries, fruit and yoghurt, did have sausage, egg and baked beans, one day, the hot breakfast was different day to day, but they do cater for every nationality...the location is pretty central, about 5 minute walk to the square. The staff are friendly...I would definitely stay there again...

Beautiful hotel in a great location, literally 5mins walk from the Old Town. Very modern and looked newly renovated. Room was spotlessly clean and shower was great, hot and powerful. If we're ever in Krakow again I would definitely stay here.

Very nice and quite small hotel, almost in the city ceneter. Very shirt wolking distance to all major downtown landmarks. The service was superb and hotel staff was extremely nice.

Good clean rooms with limited space. Everything is comfortable and all you need is here. There is a great breakfast at extra cost, and the hotel is within easy walking distance to the city center. By advised there is no nearby parking. But then at nights the area is quiet.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean & modern rooms, our bathroom was a bit outdated but sufficient and as far as I could see there were some nice business accommodations as well.

Just stayed there for few days in the month of August. Hotel is very clean. Staff was always professional and helpful. Breakfast which is buffet style is full of different choices of food. Me and my wife had a wedding reception there and were extremely happy about how everything was handled. Also being in the center of the city, with walking distances to Market Square and Wawel Castle you simply can't go wrong with Hotel Logos.

Clean, tidy, continental breakfast, not serving evening meals at moment, but plenty of eateries in area, staff friendly & polite, very helpful.

We were a family of 10. Two nights. Checking out today 31st Oct. We are at the airport and they call us to say that in the room of the grandpas there is one small vodka missing. They didn’t believe us that it wasn’t the 80-90 year old people. The people from the hotel said it was impossible that they were wrong! If you stay here don’t make the mistake to check the fridge, otherwise you will lose money to them.

Had a wonderful four night stay here, we were very impressed with the hotel overall. Staff were great and very helpful, rooms were all we could ask for, clean and comfortable. Walking distance from the main square. Would stay here again anytime.

Great location. Just minutes walk away from old town. Good breakfast buffet. Nice rooms. Beds are not very big but comfortable. Bathrooms not big as well but big enough. Friendly staff. I would definitely come back next time

Really nice hotel, we paid the extra for a superior room which was fantastic. Sensible amenities available and the location is absolutely fantastic for city based sightseeing! Breakfast buffet available until 11am too, which allows you a little longer in their incredibly comfortable beds.

Clean, warm, quiet. Very comfortable. Single/double rooms are not always large, but offer everything one would need to feel comfortable.

All ok, only 1 elevator is a pity tho. Didn’t try the breakfast. But rooms and reception personal is great It’s what to expect from a 3 star room hotel
