This place is awesome, a totally unexpected surprise. Nice clean rooms, working AC (!), beautiful lobby, friendly staff, and yummy breakfast. Can't complain...

We were invited for baptism celebration and the food was very tasty. They had perfect place to have music, dancing, separate space for kids. We enjoyed the party very much.

Mostly comfortable hotel but on the edge of Kraków and not much to do or see here. There is a mall close by plus a very large grocery store. Breakfast display is above average. Hotel is beginning to show its age. Swing does have a wounderful beach and very large play area for children.

Mixed feelings! The hotel is pretty good looking, with spaceous clean rooms and the breakfast was nice. Good connection with the city center (bus 152 or 502). Unfortunately the compliments stop here: the windows aren't properly sealed so you get a nice cold breeze over your head :) and I also had the feeling that the heating wasn't working properly Water pressure in the sink and shower were weak, especially the shower :D as the hose was leaking. All in all, with just a small attentions to few details the hotel would be really great!

located near a mall n supermarket..At the mall..one can find a Oriental stall that serve yum food.

The hotel looks nice and all was clean, unfortunately we stayed at Saturday and as there are hotel weddings and we were given a room on the side above the wedding hall, we couldn't sleep without earplugs Also, we stayed with a dog, as hotel is pet-friendly 🙂

I forgot my expensive perfume on the counter in my room. The next day they refused to return them. I call every day and get an answer - call back tomorrow.

I stayed here with my wife and two girls aged 5 and 7 and we had a nice time, we booked into a family room so we were given adjoining rooms with good and clean facilities. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful with anything we needed like check in and getting wrist bands for free access to the park play area next to the hotel. The location is a bit out of the city centre and about a 15 min taxi ride from the Krakow main square for instance so bear that in mind.

Hi, we stayed 2 people in the room , however reception didn't give the second key card ! She did not want to help ! We insisted, no solution ! Additionally there were less towels in the room . Complimentary coffee , tea were missing also !

Loud party on a weekday until 2 am, noise in the room

They have low preasurre of water in the showers. And Wi-Fi sux.

Mini bath room with big room space. Beds are old, so old that you can feel the spring.

This is our first stay in Krakow, great hotel. Very good breakfast, possibility to use the nearby swimming pool.

Well... Its hard to say. Either stuff was really helpful or make impression that they don't want to be bother. Waitress with short blond hair (sorry forgot the name) was great. Attentive and responding. Hotel is well located, next to water park and in good distance to center. Rooms were lovely. I had difficulty with not responding AC tho but not that wasn't major issue. I had one breakfast which was not more than alright. We decided to actually eat in center for half of the price and more products available. (recommend Garden House restaurant). Dinner... Well I ate twice. And again I could split the scores. I would recommend it tho to try as it looked and taste good and like they really care. I would only suggest for chefs maybe to travel bit more to try how foreign cuisine taste... And than show off. Over all hotel deserved their 4 star as on 3 nights which I stayed staff seems to ignore literally all guest. I would suggest that someone with respect and menagers skills would pull on rest of crue left over weekend.

Clean rooms and decent bathrooms but customer service is awful; you only get one key card per room and if you happen to lose your room key or are separate from the person who has the key, be prepared to wait until they come home before you can get into your room because the reception apparently only has one single extra key card! They were not helpful at all when I was locked out, and make the customer do the work when there's an issue. Not to mention the fact that this hotel is quite a ways out from the city center and everything anyone would want to visit...sure you get a decent hotel rate, but be prepared to learn Polish transit or pay for a 20 minute cab/uber into town!

There are good and bad thing about this hotel. I booked two rooms, each room for 4 people, but then they gave me wrong rooms, 2 rooms each for 3 people. The service was good, they are very friendly. The rooms are not that good as they're quite old and the air conditioner is positioned above your bed so its uncomfortable. The location of the hotel is good if you rent a car.

Very clean with comfortable rooms. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was varied if fairly standard. Also, the hotel has excellent connections to the old town very close by which are easy to understand.

In time of arrival I didn't have any reservations. Asked on reception about price. Manager said price with parking for car. On my question, why so high price, guy said, cz here is price. You take or not. I did reservation from booking. Price was less for 70zl. Guy was surprised. Hotel located well. Many shops around. They have big parking, if you have a car. In general reception are friendly and positive. Rooms big enough.

Nice hotel. Bit far from city centre but as a party venue it was great. Fantastic food, warm atmosphere and very well organised waiting staff.

Friendly employees who are very helpful. The breakfast is good. Location and appearance are nice as well. Visited two times so far and have nothing to complain.

Good hotel but on the Tv in the room, the reception wrote one massage free but it's nit free at all ! We asked at the reception when we arrived if the massage at the spa was free, they said yes and the spa confirmed that the massage was free. and when we left, we were asked to pay ! The massage was very good but it's a shame to do that. otherwise, the restaurant was not so good.

I called the reception to complain because the room hasn't been cleaned. No one replied at the phone. I went downstairs at the reception to complain. They replied "we are sorry but we are late with rooms cleaning" at 2 pm. Came back at 9 pm and still the room hasn't been cleaned. This claim to be 4* hotel!

The food was really good but there were some issues with the room. Nice place. I would recommend it.

Helpful and friendly staff, nice breakfast and very clean room. Only bad thing for me is that I found the bed much to hard.

Brilliant hotel. Made very welcome. Very good service and staff always ready to assist you. Only one drawback, no usb ports for phone charging. Overall, excellent.
