Me
and
my
friend
stayed
at
this
hostel
for
couple
of
nights
(one
night
with
booked
online
and
the
other
as
an
extension
at
the
check
in)
At
the
beginning
everything
was
good
and
the
staff
was
friendly
offering
us
breakfast
since
we
arrived
early
and
the
place
was
quite
clean
to
be
a
party
hostel
but
unfortunately
later
the
same
day
we
checked
in
everything
turned
into
a
nightmare.
We
joined
their
pub
crawl
and
they
took
us
to
a
club
where
we
were
pushed
to
the
floor
and
hit
by
the
security
staff
causing
us
multiples
injuries
and
none
of
the
hostel
/
pub
crawl
staff
helped
us
when
that
happened
and
we
had
to
face
the
situation
alone.
Even
when
we
went
back
to
the
hostel
that
night
they
didn’t
do
anything
apart
of
tell
us
they
will
talk
with
the
manager
about
that…
and
when
I
asked
for
help
with
my
injures
in
the
morning
they
didn’t
even
had
a
first
aid
kit
with
alcohol
or
something
to
clean
the
injures
and
blood.
We
wanted
to
leave
the
next
day
and
cancel
the
second
night
but
we
had
to
stay
to
make
the
report
to
the
police
station
since
the
police
didn’t
have
any
translator
available
that
day
in
any
of
the
stations
we
went
that
day….
we
were
just
in
shock
about
what
happened
and
in
pain
with
injures
and
bruises
around
our
bodies
and
since
one
of
the
receptionist
told
us
she
informed
the
manager
about
what
happened
and
he
wanted
to
talk
with
us
and
he
supposed
to
be
at
the
hostel
that
night
we
waited
to
talk
with
him
to
get
information
that
could
help
us
to
report
the
people
responsible
of
this
club
(FOUR
MUSIC
CLUB)
where
the
hostel
took
us
as
part
of
their
pub
crawl
partnership.
We
waited
for
him
that
night
but
we
never
could
meet
him
so
we
understood
that
there
were
not
a
real
intention
to
help
us
as
we
felt
from
other
people
of
their
staff.
Some
of
the
receptionists
were
supporting
us
and
we
really
appreciated
their
words
of
support
but,
for
me,
as
I
worked
in
hospitality
and
tourism
in
party
hostels
before,
it
was
the
main
responsibility
of
the
manager
to
look
for
us
and
help
us
at
least
with
information
and
not
covering
this
act
of
violence
against
two
women
taking
this
situation
as
something
usual
or
normal.
Unfortunately
part
of
their
pub
crawl
staff
only
told
us
“it
happens
all
the
time,
it
could
have
been
worse”
“that’s
how
they
are”
or
“you
were
so
annoy
about
your
jacket”
to
my
friend
as
excuses…
we
just
couldn’t
believe
people
in
the
staff
excused
a
“man”
attacked
us
in
that
way
because
we
were
looking
for
our
jackets!
That
night
we
were
already
outside
of
the
club
when
this
person
attacked
us!!
when
I
realized
I
didn’t
have
my
jacket
and
walked
on
the
direction
to
the
door
the
security
guy
opened
the
door
and
pushed
me
strongly!
(my
friend
was
looking
previously
for
her
jacket
inside
the
club
with
the
manager
of
the
club
but
it
seems
after
they
got
mad
at
her
for
asking
“to
much”
for
help)
Police
and
ambulance
came
minutes
later
because
my
friend
called
them
and
none
of
the
hostel
who
took
us
to
this
place
showed
up
to
help
us…
the
next
day
they
told
us
they
found
our
jackets
in
that
place
and
one
of
the
receptionist
went
for
us
to
get
them
back.
this
was
the
worst
hostel
experience
in
7
years
traveling
around
the
world.
Even
if
these
events
didn’t
happen
in
the
hostel
building
it
was
part
of
their
hostel
services
and
for
what
we
payed
and
we
had
not
support
as
they
said
they
didn’t
have
information
about
the
workers
of
the
club
but
we
found
photos
of
their
staff
and
the
club
staff
who
were
trying
to
cover
the
action
of
the
security
guy
that
night
when
the
police
arrived
at
the
place!
we
just
felt
alone,
unsafe
and
vulnerable
with
all
this
situation,
that
was
our
sour
experience
there.
How
come
the
hostel
management
don’t
filter
the
places
were
they
take
their
guests?
