Apartment complex was ultra clean, very safe. And most importantly a 15 min walk from the city centre. We air bnb for the weekend and i would happily rebook.

Spacious room, quiet, certainly value for money. However this property has its drawbacks:- - Infuriatingly unreliable wifi. My connection dropped continually, and only a most kindly employee's loan of his USB dongle enabled me to access the Internet consistently. - Inadequate front desk. Of an evening and sometimes at weekends this was staffed only by security guards who had no language other than Polish - noot their fault of course but exceedingly frustrating. Moreover there was sometimes rather surly reluctance to phone for a cab. - In no sense the apartments' fault, but roadworks on the way to central Krakow mean that for the past few days and it appears for months to come the no 2 tramway, which offered a convenient and direct route to the city centre, has been suspended. The choice now is between a cumbersome journey involving two buses (and taking more than twice as long), and constant use of taxis. Heaven help Krakovians who live round here and need to get to work in the centre of a morning. -

Reception (more like sequrity guy) does not speak english. We ordered 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms was in one room made one above another and third one was above the kitchen. The height to the ceilings in second floor bedrooms was just about one meter. You can't stand there. The stairs to bedroom in kitchen was made so that you must step on kithcen table to reach the bedroom. Apartmenst was very dusty in some places.

I've had an unfortunate situation where i had to make cancellation on the day of arrival. Haven't stayed a single night, even though my reservation was for 3 weeks (business trip, which very unfortunately got cancelled and i had to go to different town, 150km away from Krakow). When i got in touch with them on the day of arrival, i explained the situation and they told me they would consider my situation, but later on the same day i was told because my cancellation was on the same day they can't make a refund for my reservation. Although I was told to get in touch with the apartment prestige after my initial booking has finished so they can get me a partial refund (they told if the room will be booked during my booking, they would refund me that) if that's possible. Unfortunately I've been ignored since then, they do not respond to my emails, do not pick up the phone. I can't even get an invoice for the booking in which i haven't stayed a single night, and i'm not even talking about the refund. Very very bad customer service! Would not even consider booking them again, and would definitely not recommend for anyone.
