I've
had
an
unfortunate
situation
where
i
had
to
make
cancellation
on
the
day
of
arrival.
Haven't
stayed
a
single
night,
even
though
my
reservation
was
for
3
weeks
(business
trip,
which
very
unfortunately
got
cancelled
and
i
had
to
go
to
different
town,
150km
away
from
Krakow).
When
i
got
in
touch
with
them
on
the
day
of
arrival,
i
explained
the
situation
and
they
told
me
they
would
consider
my
situation,
but
later
on
the
same
day
i
was
told
because
my
cancellation
was
on
the
same
day
they
can't
make
a
refund
for
my
reservation.
Although
I
was
told
to
get
in
touch
with
the
apartment
prestige
after
my
initial
booking
has
finished
so
they
can
get
me
a
partial
refund
(they
told
if
the
room
will
be
booked
during
my
booking,
they
would
refund
me
that)
if
that's
possible.
Unfortunately
I've
been
ignored
since
then,
they
do
not
respond
to
my
emails,
do
not
pick
up
the
phone.
I
can't
even
get
an
invoice
for
the
booking
in
which
i
haven't
stayed
a
single
night,
and
i'm
not
even
talking
about
the
refund.
Very
very
bad
customer
service!
Would
not
even
consider
booking
them
again,
and
would
definitely
not
recommend
for
anyone.
