It was horrible. Here are some things you can expect if you choose to sleep here: - The rooms are dirty for example on the wall was a big booger and the curtain stunk like urine. - There are two toilets for the whole hostel and there are no separate bathrooms. They are also really dirty. - The so called "lockers" are nothing more than Ikea cabinets with locks. If someone wanted to open these without a key they could do so by hand. - If you book over Hostelworld he will cancel your booking before you have the chance to give a review. - Wifi is unusable bc it's extremely slow. - The Beds are extremely hard and made out of metal so you hear every movement. - Outside is a big street so you cannot open the window bc it's too loud. - The smell in the whole hostel and in the rooms is horrible. - There are no thrash cans in the rooms. - There are always weird people hanging around on the corridors it seems like they are living there but I can't really tell. - Just read the answers of the owner of the hostel to Google reviews and you will see how much he "cares" for his customers. So just do yourself the favor and pay 2€ more a night. Trust me this hostel is not worth a cent. Answer to owner: Your answer is absolutely ridiculous. You don't even know who I am. So don't make things up you liar. Really not a single sentence in your answer is true... We also will try to get in contact with Hostelworld so you cannot continue with your scam. I really hope many people will read this and decide against your Hostel.

I booked for 2 nights & wanted to leave right away but Ieft after one night. The mattress was comfortable but the bedframe was not firm. The men who slept on my top bunk bed was playing music & the others were talking on phone or to each other past 2am. Every guy 's movement on my top bunk bed made the bed shake. Looked like these group of men were taking over the kitchen & the whole place. I can't blame on the guests since the review should be on the hostel. At 11pm the staff /owners came to exchange the mattress at my bunk bed with no pre warning. But they didn't speak English. The wifi is slow.

The hostel was very dark and dirty. There was dust on the sink and other surfaces. The hanging part of the shower heads were both broken. The floor in the room was dirty and we think there might be flees because our feet were covered in little red spots after our visit. The room was very very small and cramped. The kitchen had bright lights and uncomfortable chairs so we didnt even want to sit there.. Not cosy at all. The room got very hot at night because one of the other guests (who arrived at 4 in the night and kept walking up and down the room for wine reason..) kept closing the window. Our one star is for the man behind the desk who was friendly though we didn't see any other personnel during our stay.. We left early in the morning because we couldn't take the heat and smell in the room any more. I would not recommend staying here!

ITCHY,SKETCHY PEOPLE DID NOT FEEL SAFE. Can you see the response that the establishmrnt gave? instead of trying to understand the feedback from their customer, they get defensive and blame the customer. Did they ever think that the reason why many people stayed one night was that the hostel is that their accomodation is rrally bad? Their response is the proof of how tgeir run their estabkishment. Super unprofessional. very disappointing!

Honestly this hostel would be pretty ok if they had staff or security that did anything. I would not encourage any woman to walk through the hallway to the bathroom at any time of the day from the mix of weird characters in there. From weirdos sitting in the kitchen trying to touch up every girl who walks into the shared eating place to every night having some random person passed out on the couch in the hallway music blasting from their phone all night. The rooms were cleaned well and the bathrooms were not always in a state of disaster but those might be the only two good things about the hostel. From me and my friend's room you couldn't crack a window during the night from the amount of people screaming and partying outside. I understand that the hostel is very central so it is what it is if you want that location but I'd recommend anywhere else a bit further away the sleepless nights you get being in the centre of the town are not worth it. Just move a bit more outside and you'll be able to sleep during the night and possibly not get harassed while doing so.

This place is not suitable for female travellers. There were a bunch of men who tried to get physical with me in a mixed bed dorm. There is no hostel staff to reach out to at all times. A staff comes only during check in and then is nowhere to be found. I paid in full at check-in for 4 nights. Once I started feeling uncomfortable, I looked for the ‘receptionist’ who wasn’t there. I found her after sometime when she was checking in some guests. I asked if I could cancel for the 3 nights and they can deduct first night’s price+ deposit as per cancellation policy. The receptionist refused and since she was checking in guests, I couldn’t talk for long. When i returned after a while she was gone from there. I had to sit in the hostel and email asking if there was an all-female dorm. The owner instead of being supportive, asked why I didn’t call the police. Like seriously? The men were drinking in the dorm room and one of them blocked my way, looking creepily the whole time and trying to touch me. The owner refused to refund 3 nights of my paid money. I was completely within my rights to ask for a refund according to cancellation policy. Extremely dingy hostel, suffocating mixed dorm (something that you can’t make out from online photos). I left within an hour of checking in. Terrible experience. Replying to the owner since there’s no option to reply to his/her comment: Please get your facts right. I checked in at 6pm and left at 8pm. You are either mistaking me for some other guest or simply lying like the way you put allegations on every customer who writes a poor but true review about your hostel. Every comment by other travellers has pointed out to the lack of security at your hostel. I’m not the only one. I’m just a traveller and won’t get anything out of lying. You should try to address the issue at your hostel instead of trying to get defensive and lying and attacking customers.

Stayed for 3 nights. Our apartment was clean but the shower temperature would go cold very quick. Couldn't sleep as the noise from outside was loud with the windows closed. Good location though close to the centre.

WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU'RE A FEMALE SOLO TRAVELER. From my observation there seems to be a group of older men that actively live here. I luckily was traveling with my boyfriend but still felt unease showering and walking to the bathroom by myself... on top of that the bathrooms were also not cleaned often enough. I give this place 2 stars because of the price and close location to the city center but I didn't feel comfortable staying here. Edit: In response to your reply. It says “Youth Hostel” on google, this is false advertising and therefore wouldn’t expect to sleep with a bunch of older men. On top of that you cancelled our reservation the day of check out so that we couldn’t leave a review on HostelWorld, as seen in pervious reviews this has happened to numerous other folks.

Good place to short stay clean the owner very kind location is the best you open the door and you're in the city centre a lot of service around are available.

The location is perfect. In the city center, you can go everywhere where you want. I want to mention the receptionist, she is a kind girl and if I needed something she helped me. So I definitely recommend this place.

Booked a studio flat and it was just AMAZING ! But about mixed rooms can't say any good things. Even in this period it may be dangerous. If they checked temperature and required negative covid tests, I'd rate this place 5 star.

For a price of 7 Euro you get a sleeping bed 3 minutes footwalk from Market Square but it isn't that clean.

Good for the price but the smell in there is HORRIBLE.

It is located near to the centre of Krakow so it was very easy for us to go to the Centre(about 3 minutes). The main problem that we had to deal with was the temperature of Water, to take a shower, the Water was lukewarm. So we were taking our bath with not hot water. Antother problem was the lack of staff, sometimes we were alone and there wasn't someone to communicate if we had a problem. The cleanliness of the hostel was so and so. The location was the main advantage but the lukewarm and cold water of the shower was the MAIN disadvantage.

Unpleasant Hallway Encounters: I encountered some questionable individuals in the hallway, which felt unsafe. 10. Bad Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was unreliable and frustrating to use. 11. Rude Responses to Reviews: The owner responded rudely to Google reviews, showing a lack of professionalism. 12. Lack of Trash Bins: There were no trash bins in the room, which made it inconvenient. Regarding my colleague's review, it's essential to address the false claims made by the owner. We booked for 14 euros, not 9, and they couldn't possibly know who we were since we didn't use our real names for the rewiew. This response appears to be based on false information. Overall, my experience at this hostel was far from satisfactory, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider staying here.

It’s cheap. And good location but the safety is questionable as there is a key pad to the building but otherwise everything is unlocked. There is a locker that would fit a small bag but not a large one. When I came back my bag had been moved and opened nothing gone but still. The atmosphere is sketchy. There is a sign that says they only clean the sheets every 8 days. The showers were being refurbished (they needed it) so there was only one for the whole floor. It was also VERY noisy all night. I hardly slept at all. When I woke up I found a man in his boxers staring at me and I felt it would go unchanged if I reported it to the receptionist who is never there. As a solo female traveller it was very uncomfortable and my standards are not high. I left before my time was up. They cancelled my booking so I couldn’t write a review. That is why they have 10 stars on hostel world. If you only want somewhere to crash for a night in semi clean sheets it’s okay. But I wouldn’t recommend at all.
