A lot of BEDBUGS in beds, shelves are kaput, pentagrams on walls, satanic workers. I dont recomend. You are going to die. (beds are also kaput)

It's clean and the staff is polite. I locked myself out of my dorm room in the middle of the night, the receptionist was very friendly and let me back in. The decoration is really unique and the hostel has a very welcoming atmosphere and was very quiet at night. My only complaint is that there were too few forks in the kitchen. Also, the doors are rather hard to open but once you figured it out, it becomes really easy. Besides that, I really enjoyed my stay there! The location is great, you can walk to the city centre in only 15-20 minutes and I didn't need a bus ticket at all.

Great hotel with Art Deco style to it. Good beds, shower, and basically everything you need. Only door opening procedure is a bit confusing.

Awesome hostel!! Very cozy - really like at home. Stylish - deco in some old Polish style of the early 20th century. Convenient location. Lots of spaces where you can talk on the phone without disturbing your neighbors. Very friendly and helpful staff 👍💗🤗

It's alright. Both good and bad things I will point out. Good, location was good, common areas very cozy. Bad, no soap in 3 bathrooms, no privacy curtains, they could add privacy curtains even with such heigh ceiling, people would love that, and doors were hard to open, you had to push real hard, so in the middle of the night sounded horrible.

It was definitely my fault when I accidentally booked a room the night after my original planned date. Out of a three week cross continental trip this was my only mistake! However, when I asked for help on what to do, the staff was very short and would not offer any guidance or other hotels/hostels to recommend. She dismissed me by going back to texting. Being a honest mistake, I asked if I could have a partial refund since it was over 24 hours in advance, and they declined the request. As a first time traveler to Krakow, let alone Poland, this hostel was quite cold and wouldn’t offer a frazzled, solo traveler any guidance. The hotel across the street was much much warm and helped me find a place for the night!

A bit on the dirty side, or at least my room was, and furniture was very creaky. Staff weren't particularly helpful however it was in a great location. Wouldn't say you should avoid it, but do take a look at alternatives first.

I was so happy to return to this hostel after staying there in 2018. The pandemic was very hard on a lot of hostels, but this place really improved SO MUCH during this time. I found it to be even cleaner and brighter than before, with more improvements made in the bathrooms and rooms. I felt very safe here this time and there are many unintrusive security features. For me, it means a lot that there is 24-hour reception in case any issue comes. The garden is a real space of tranquility and peace. For someone who works online, the WiFI was generally quite strong also.

First off: the hostel looks great. The outside areas are very very inviting as the common room and the kitchen. Sadly, in the larger 6er rooms, some beds do not have personal wall sockets, SAD. Also, the kitchen could be labeled better so it Is clear what is common and what isn't etc. NO TOWELS - big minus. RFID CARD: BIG PLUS

I liked my stay at hostel deco and I would stay here again if I come back to Krakow. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the showers that I used were clean and the water pressure was great. There was always hot water when I showered. The location was fine for me even though it was not in the city center directly. The laundry service that they offer is reasonably . The kitchen was small but it was good enough for me. I stayed in a four person room and each bed was separate, not bunked. I liked that.

Fantastic quality for a cheap price. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was very good for a cheap price. The room we had was very nice and clean, with a bathroom and a balcony. The location was very convenient and it was easy to get to the city center.

Nice hostel at a good price. The reception is open 24/7 and very helpful. The hostel is located close to a busy street, but it is well enough insulated to remove the worst noise. The hostel have a breakfast buffet with some different things to choose from. The selection is good, but there is nothing extraordinary. There is a small closed garden where you can relax and enjoy a beer.

Fantastic little hostel with so much style and jazz. The rooms are so clean, the outside backyard is lovely for an afternoon laze and the staff are both friendly and helpful. Only downside is the size of the kitchen. It can get quite crowded and busy very quickly. Other than that the whole place is 100% great!

Very nice hostel! It was clean and we liked the room alot. Bus and tram station are close by, which made it very easy to travel :) the staff was very nice and helpful, 100% recommend to stay here. Greetings from Germany, Mia & Sophie!
