Hotel was good and very clean for three stars. The breakfast was also okay and had a lot of vegan and veggie options! However, some of the option were tofu, and nobody knew how to eat that for breakfast since you have to cook it first. The elevator looked like someone had an angry fight in there. Also, we had a room which lost electricity at around midnight. We let the lobby know and they did nothing. They just said they don’t know why it happened. It’s understandable that an electrician cannot be called at night but there must be some alternative that they can provide the guests with. We were also told that apparently, there was no room free for us to change since it was very urgent for us to have electricity. The service just seems very emotionless and not caring about their guests.

This place is excellent in every respect. It is in a great location near city center market square, the breakfast is more than enough, and the rooms are clean and neat, and Daniel was very accommodating. The price was inexpensive - really a jewel. Highly recommend and will stay again on my next visit!

We loved our stay at this hotel, position is excellent to visit the town, even airport it's very easy to reach. Rooms were big and very clean, receptionist kind. Breakfast was big and tasty.

We've stayed here both times we've been in Kraków and would happily come back. The location is ideal, close to the train station and closer to the Barbican at the north end of the old city, it's clean and comfortable if a bit on the plain side, and the rooms are spacious and airy. (Few are air conditioned, if that's important to you.) And we've never been in a hotel with better handicapped accessible bathrooms.

Stayed here and I would recommend it the location is perfect and the staff are friendly. It's warm and clean and value for money no kettle in the room but that's ok I would stay here again no problem

Nice hotel, great location, clean rooms but unfortunately the noice level in the hallways is terrible and it’s very hard to relax when you constantly hear people chatting in the hallway slamming doors and kids running around the hallway and screaming. Also wish they had a small cattle and two cups in the rooms to make tea or coffee and also no fridge in the room but they had one of the best continental breakfasts ever so I had to change from 3 stars to 4 just for that breakfast menu.

Old hotel rooms definitely need a full refurbishment. Room was clean however the shower was a complete disappointment. Staff at desk and at the breakfast was really friendly. Good location from center of Krakow as well as train station. Expect church bells ringing from 6am. Breakfast is European style buffet, there is no British style fry up (in case if you want your full English for a breakfast lol).

Rooms dirty and dog smell. Cold in a night and not enough heat. After we complained they double the price per night. We checked out and found Warskovsky Hotel around the corner half the price and 5 star hotel. Bad experience in such of beautiful city.

The hotel’s location is very convenient. The rooms are comfortable. The lady at the reception however was very unhelpful and rude what doesn’t make me recommend this place.

Great value and location close to the historic center, the train station and a giant shopping mall. It also serves beer for breakfast. I never had beer for breakfast before.

Pluses : 1.close to train and bus main station (10 min walk) 2. close to Old City of Cracow (10 min walk) 3. breakfast for extra 50 polish zloty can be included. Typical polish breakfast some scramble eggs, ham , cheese , bread , tea, coffee and fruits and cookies 4.rooms are big with tv and take and 2 chairs Minuses: 1. No small fridge or coffee pot in rooms 2.tv has very often weak cable signal so many channels are not possible to watch 3. In my room the shower was leaking so there was always a little water on the floor around the shower 4.old mattress with some brown stains (I hope cola stains)

The place doesn't look like they sell it. The shower is extremely old and was barely fix like you could see in the pictures. They even gave us a toilet paper that was half empty. The room in general is okay, and breakfast also okay. It is so complicated to connect to the WiFi, that you loose the willingness at the end. I wouldn't stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel in 2018. There are pros and cons. Pros - located in a very strategic spot which is near Galeria Krakowska shopping mall, convenient stores, parks, old square and etc. - reception staff are friendly and gave informative advices for our travel plans and commuting to places - it is clean enough (as far as I noticed) Cons - internet definitely sucked - building is a bit old

Hotel was OK for 3 star. Rooms were basic but very clean. Bathroom needs an upgrade, a very high and somewhat dangerous step up into the shower. Old fashioned shower head but was good enough and water was lovely and hot. Hats off to the cleaners who do a fantastic job under the circumstances. Breakfast was really good and didn't disappoint, lots of choice and the best coffee we've had anywhere! Hotel is situated perfectly for the train/bus station and is very close to the old town, bars, restaurants and places of interest (a 5 minute walk) Down sides, hotel could be better sign posted. We walked past it twice. Issues with the internet connection, couldn't get internet in our room and had to go out into the corridor (room 102) managed to get internet in the breakfast room on the first morning but none after that. Went to reception 3 times as did others and was told that 'it should be working' on 3rd time of complaining they finally connected me to the reception internet and it was fine. Bit confused as to why they have 2 separate connections? Overall not a bad stay. Breakfast made up for any shortcomings.

Big and clean room, good COVID 19 cautions. Excellent location close to old town and train station. The vegan-friendliness of the breakfast Buffet could be easily improved for example with plant-based milch, vegan margarine and sun flower/bumkin seeds.

In my room, 312, no refrigerator and no mini bar. Not the best beds and to few electric plugs in the walls. Very poor tv channels. Take your own Apple TV or something like that if you’re going to watch some entertainment. But in general, you shouldn’t want/need to watch TV because Krakow is such a beautiful city and a lot of things to discover. Great bathroom though.

We stayed 3 nights, perfect location for exploring the area on foot or for taking tours, trams and trains. Very clean room and hotel, excellent breakfast with a vast choice of different food. Staff were very helpful in arranging tours and taxi, and let us leave suitcases till late on departure day. Will definitely return and recommend to friends. I loved the sounds of the church bells even though early.
