We spent a restless night at this hotel, literally, until 00:50. We entered No after 21.00. Our room was on the 3rd floor. The entire third floor was inhabited by youth rooms on both wings, our room between their rooms. Of course, at 22:00 and until 00.00, the door, loud conversations, cries, and fun, like youth, knocked every 2 minutes! And other travelers are placed in the middle of the youth. We had to ask the administrators to change the room to a quieter place in the hotel, we had to wait for an offer for 1 hour the first time, but we didn't wait, we went to ask for the second time. In one hour we met at the room on the 2nd floor, but between the same youth company, which is also located on the second floor of the hotel, where our room was again among the 2 youth rooms with access to the courtyard on a metal platform, we did not have them, and young people often visited one after another after midnight and smoked at our window, which had to be completely closed at +22 degrees. At the moment this article at 01.50 and through the window cigarette smoke, smoking again. Very poor insulation in the hotel. The responsibility of the administration is very bad. When the silence around 4 o'clock, at five o'clock in the morning in the yard after the rubbish bins ran into the terrible volume of garbage trucks, 8 swallowed again. Terrible hotel, with old beds and very worn pillows. Zero sound insulation in the room, other customers' sounds are as loud as they really are. Brekfast standart.

Nice quiet neighbourhood, 15 min far to the town by bus, clean rooms with bathrooms included. Tasty, healthy, diverse and plentiful breakfasts with specially fresh salad bar. The only thing I could say could be better is thin walls, so be sure to have good neighbours in side rooms.

A very nice and clean place, with a great restaurant and food. The staff is professional and always at their guest's service.

Very uncomfortable bed, lot of noise in the hotel, no fridge or mini bar in room, but personnel were helpful and breakfast good

About 10 mins by car from city center.Rooms are older but ok. Breakfast is worth to pay for . Staff nice and helpful.

This hotel is really very simple. Rooms are not too big, but comfortable. There is nothing special for breakfast. Nevertheless all above is enough for 3 stars hotel. Well, neither the long distance to the center of the town - about 20min by tram.

Nice and comfy hotel, welcoming staff, Nice food(but the lunch package not so Nice, do not recommend)not that far From the center of Krakow, good connection with public transport, ticket 3,8pln one way, get it on the ticket machines in the vehicle or at the stop, need coins for that. Hotel Has a SPA center, good prices, Big parking lot even for buses. We have enjoyed Our stay very much. Thank you.

Quite comfortable bed, spacious room for 3. Tasty breakfast, kind staff.

Half of the electronics dont work, no AC remote, doorstep has exposed nails. Staff english is poor.

Further from the centre, really nice breakfast but the waitresses look at you as you should die.. The room is big enough, beds comfortable as well. No bigger problems but do not expect too much

Our room smelled of cigarettes, the heating wasn’t working, the lamp cables were broken, poor water flow all in all we were expecting better service.
