We rented an apartment for ~2 weeks, in general it was OK, I liked it, BUT THERE IS A BUT! 1 - the absence of a washing machine, that is, there is simply no place to wash clothes 2 - Internet speed 10mb/second, Internet from SIM, so you understand 3 - in 11 days, the bed was never changed, they were not cleaned, but thank you for leaving a vacuum cleaner (not all rooms have it) 4 - there is a dishwasher, but there are no capsules for it 5 - a large garbage can, this is a big plus, but 1 changeable garbage bag for 11 days is a minus Plus, the bathroom has heated floors, good lighting, a cozy apartment, a lot of dishes, there is everything for cooking from the dishes, only there are no kitchen cloths, but you can buy it for a couple of zlotys. And also a good location of the apartments, there is a small shop nearby But the minuses greatly affect the overall impression, especially when you pay ~800€ for an apartment for 11 days))) this is an apartment for 3 people (with green curtains near the bed)

We was there a month, cleaningup our apartament only at once, we was without internet for 3 days, not refill nothing, the parking become a mess because not control about the places assignments... whatever... about localization it is so great... Thanks for all, whatever they was recive us there...

Our evenings were ruined by broken projector. We rent apartments with projector specially for watching movies in evenings, but was not able to do it because of broken projector. Wi-Fi is slow and mobile phone has no good network signal in building (you have to go on the balcony to have stable mobile network internet). The manager kindly offered different apartments with TV but none of them fully meets our needs. There is also no hairdryer in apartments. Beside of broken projector everything was perfect. Manager was trying to help and was very kind

The apartment is clean and the location is just good There are open electrical sockets for those who have children. Pay attention. A parking lot was requested and the request was not fulfilled under the pretext of the employee’s end of work and that he will contact me who comes after that. An apartment with air conditioning was booked and an extra amount was paid for that, but unfortunately the air conditioning was just hot air dealing with the woman who came For the apartment when we went out for cleaning it was bad treatment and never live up to professionalism I will not repeat the experience again

Almost no service there. No cleaning at all. No change towels unless you go outside and visit their office to request new towels. Location is good, if you do not mind the room is not cleaned for days , and no clean towels, this is a good option.

Very nice apartments: modern, clean, and with easy check-in and checkout. Internet was working good. The apartment has all the comforts inside and the building is very modern

Stayed here for more then 2 months with my dog, and left very happy. The apartment was very modern, has all the needed equipment in it - dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, parking. Cleaning happened every week - I needed to request it via the chat with the company. Every single problem I’ve reported - I was offered fast help. Cleaning ladies are very trendily too! Would consider staying here again!! Thank you!

Location wise it was great as it was close to the city. It was beautiful inside and clean, the room was equipped with anything we'd need to stay such as cooking equipment and cutlery and towels. The staff were amazing and very accommodating, they were so helpful during our stay. The view was nice outside on our balcony. I'm so glad we booked here and would do so again if we ever came back to krakow. Thank you for the lovely stay

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. The place offered everything from washing machine, coffee machine incl. coffee, tea, TV, etc. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location is great, just a 10 min walk into downtown. Great place!

The apartment itself is impressive. It is very very well equipped with attention to detail, very modern, luxurious and clean. Drainage could be better. Unfortunately one staff member at reception let it down: patronising guy, with attitude, when i asked about reservation he started taking about penthouse with jacuzzi in contempt. Other such responses in the very few moments of conversation during check in. Offensive. Good breakfast at Soho cafe. They were happy to accommodate us and helped us get our money's worth for breakfast even if we left at 2am on the last night. Thank you!

The best place I've stayed in Krakow. Apartments are immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you could need during your stay. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Great location close to city highlights. Highly recommend

We arrived a lot earlier than anticipated and headed to the apartment to see if we could drop our bags off until later, to our surprise we were greeted by a lovely young lady who informed us the apartment was ready! The apartment was absolutely perfect, spotlessly clean and very modern, 15/20 min walk from old town

Staff – The staffs are very nice. They answered our email with excellent English and gave us the best attention as they could when we arrived. There is a an incident of misunderstanding of our arrival time so when we arrived our apartment hasn’t actually been prepared. But the staff’s attitude makes us feel it was all not a problem at all. Later, they sent us 3 chilled beer, which has actually became the highlight of our memory in Krakow. Cleanliness – Spotless ! The towels smells amazing ! I chose InPoint Apartment because its high score of 9.5 on Booking, and I want to say it does deserves this high score as it has got many strong sides compared with lots of other old fashioned accommodations we stayed in Europe. However, I am still giving it a harsh score because I want to give a kind warning for many of its problems. Facilities – Delicately designed apartment, but there is this problem of noise. The location is in the city, by the main road. And there is no sound proof glass at all. In the midnight around 1 am, when I squeeze my ear plug into the deepest level of my earholes, I could still hear the noise from the street. It could only be solved when all traffic were stopped. Air conditioner wasn’t blowing any cool wind at all. Parking garage a bit small. Comfort – There is a problem, the pillows are so small, so thin, so soft that there is no comfort in sleeping at all. An apartment with this level should purchase a few decent pillows like those ones in Kempinski which could make anyone sleeps like a baby. Pillows could be one of the most essential and basic goods a property should consider when it opens to tourists. Tourists choose a property to sleep, to rest, after a long exhausting day after travelling. What they need most are a good shower and a comfortable bad with nice covers and pillows. If a property cannot satisfy a guest’s need for pillows, then no matter how nice the property is, it will still make the guest say, this property is no good. Value for Money – The attentiveness, the details really moves me. The breakfast is nice as well. But the noise and the pillow annoyed and confused me. Location – Location is good, it is just they didn’t do anything about soundproofing.

Schönes Zimmer mit Terrasse.großes Bad.Aber der Junge Mann an der Rezeption nicht gerade freundlich.parkplatz kostet extra und viel.das Zimmer wurde in 6 Tagen nicht einmal sauber gemacht.nach frischen Handtüchern und Klopapier mußte man extra fragen.service könnte besser sein!
