The rooms look nice at first glance but lack the most basic amenities. The bed sheets are terrible quality and feel sticky and starchy. CHECK THE INVENTORY, when you first check in make sure it's all there(which they usually are not) and they will try and hold you responsible for past guests. Terrible staff, and the manager is a joke, no people skills and plain rude, a lot of misinformation, and a lot of hidden fine print that they aren't willing to explain The prices shown are not the prices you WILL PAY. Needs a good change of staff and good housekeeping. STAY CLEAR of this place untill then.

So amazing! Big, beautiful, comfortable, central, not expensive! Like the perfect place! We were 5 girls and we took one of the apartments. We were shocked of it. It has every single thing you need, more then some of us have at home. Kitchen fully equipped, pans and pots, washing machine, fridge, tv.. like everything!!! The service at the reception in not so welcoming but you don't really need them so....

Just a few minutes walk from the old town. Clean, nice and well-equipped apartment, friendly staff. Despite the warm weather, the apartment was a bit too cold in the evenings for mid-May. I can recommend the accommodation to every visitor to Krakow.

I have had nothing but a horrible experience here. Not only did they find a way to steal 2500pld from me, they were incredibly rude while they did it. Skip the headache and book somewhere else!!!

The team was friendly and professional. Our flat was perfect, clean and well equipped. Good service level. But pay attention, you don't know which apartment you rented before being in !

Wonderful apartment near the city center, in a quiet location, there is everything you need, nicely furnished, clean, just great! Big recommendation from me!!

Staff at main office very helpful. Well placed for the visit. Very clean and good quality showers and other essential items used. Stayed in the Jewish quarters which met our groups needs in terms of local bars and food venues. Easy access to main square and other places to visit. If you like apartments then these cannot be beaten

Highly recommended. You are literary in the city. It is a few minutes walk to the Market Square and plenty of restaurants and cultural loactions. You do not need a car as the public transport will take you everywhere you need to go. The place is located in a quite area so you can barely hear the noise of the city, still you are in the centre. If you have a car you can rent the parking lot below. And forget about the car. We had two bedroom apartmet, very spacious with three smal balconies. All was great and the service was outstanding. We even get the chocolates because some neighbours were drilling the holes and disturbing us. This is something. We will certainly return because you can not dream of the better place to spend the time in Cracow. On the downside, it is a pity that investor did not put extra money for haveing more quite fridge. But you can barely hear it in the bedrooms. Also there were no hooks in the bathroom. But this is typical in Poland. Still if you are looking for the place in Cracow, stay at Lobzowska which is additionally full of small coffee shops so you do not have to even do your your breakfast.

Great location; less than a 10 minute walk to the main square & 1 minute away from the park so nice and quiet. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The apartments are well furnished, spacious and warm. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely stay here again!

A nice, big, 2 separated bedroom aparrman just a short walk away from downtown of Krakow. Very well equipped, clean kitchen, comfortable double beds in a quiet building with parkgarage. Everything is nearby you need as weel as small shops, restaurants, bars, museums, city tram lines. Most of "must to see* things in downtown are less than 15 min walk. Ideal for 4 persons (2 couples) for a long weekend or more. Absolutely recommended.

We ordered apartments at the address Łobzowska 22, that is, the city center. They settled us on another street, which is much further from what was indicated in the ad and what we needed. The apartments are not bad, but if you live there in the summer, since there is a kitchen, but you will have to eat on the balcony, because the table and chairs are there. There is no service, during the 12 days of our stay here, we were never offered to do the cleaning (we didn't have the guts to do it ourselves), although in other apartments in Krakow, the maid does it every four days. As for household items, it's also poor... I didn't have a good impression of these apartments, so I don't want to recommend them.

Comfortable apartment

The agent canceled the pre rental agreement for a longer period after a few hours "because the owner has changed his mind" Then he has offered an another apartment (rent for a year) which cannot be viewed for a week because it is already rented to the other person. Totally unprofessional behavior, not recommended at all - especially if they offer accommodation for a long term.
