Mega professional service. I had my Jura coffee machine repaired. I came to Marven after a few ordeals. Previously, the same equipment was examined by another service, indicated by the insurer, but the cost of repair was huge and the information that the entire grinder needed to be replaced... The insurer refused to repair it and I got the faulty coffee machine back. And this is where the nicer part begins, i.e. cooperation with the Marven service. The gentlemen informed me about the duration of the expert opinion and that in the case of a more expensive repair, they will contact me before taking further steps. After a few days, I received a call from the service technician that the repair cost was 1/3 of what they said in the first service. Replacing the temperature sensor, not the entire grinder. Pick up in an hour. Simply amazing, gentlemen :) The coffee machine was also cleaned and all parts were replaced. The coffee machine is like new (it's already 4 years old). And most importantly, the coffee tastes like never before :) I recommend it.

Usunęłam poprzednia negatywna opinię na prośbę właściciela tylko po to by po kilku dniach dodać kolejną. Kawa kupiona na PREZENT na prośbę mojej mamy z ważnością niecałego miesiąca. Kawę ja wypije bo mama wstydzi się dać komuś taki prezent który będzie przeterminowany zanim ktoś zdąży go wypić. Radzę sprawdzać takie rzeczy u tego sprzedawcy.

Today I experienced very professional service at the Marven store on ul. Dąbska. Mr. Paweł first answered many of my questions by phone, and then professionally presented the device I was interested in on site. No unnecessary marketing gimmicks, just specific and honest. I got a nice discount with my purchase. I will also add that I have previously used the services of this company at ul. Skośna and I was also satisfied. I will be happy to use this company again in the future.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this website. Diagnosis: replacement of the touch panel, but elsewhere it turned out that it was enough to repair it - four times cheaper than the option proposed by Marven. All our coffee machines were serviced by them, but as it turned out, the last one (despite several visits during the warranty period) was never cleaned or lubricated. Gentlemen apparently take everything as the path of least resistance. I do not recommend it if you want to enjoy your coffee machine for many years.
