    Hello Coming to Poland for over 15 years doing business and now living here in Krakow, it still amazes me how some of the retail outlets still have a lousy customer service with complete disregard to the customers that supports them. I was shocked that this type of attitude was the result of me and my wife walking out of your store in complete frustration. This happened on Saturday 30, 2017 at around 14:00 at your store location CH Zakopianka, Zakopiańska 62, Park Handlowy Zakopianka. My wife and I were looking for some fine silver mid-range ear rings for a New Years party and we were impressed with your selection at your store window. So we went in to see your ring items. We walked in and there was three sales persons behind the counter, one was working with some box and the other two were with their backs to us laughing and have some funny conversation. Two looked up, looked at us with no “Hello” or anything, then they turned their back to us and went back to the conversation. (very strange). There was NO one else in the store, no other customers. My wife started to look around for about 10 minutes, with absolutely no help or any type of good attitude towards helping “us” the customer. Three person and not one bothered or attempted to see if we need something. In FACT the other two just looked at us and TURNED THEIR BACK to us again. That “did it”, I approached them at the counter and asked “what kind of service was this” , is this the way they take care of a customer, and “why” did they turn their back on us. No answer, they just looked up and stared at us. I spend a lot of money on jewelry and I usually go to YES and APART, and I NEVER had a problem with them. I have bought in your store before, but now “I will never set foot in another one of your store”. We did buy the ear rings and it was Apart, good service and total professionals. The rudeness of your staff and the complete disregard to the customer makes this absolutely unacceptable. I advise you to LOOKUP the video camera tapes and see the actions for yourself.

    Maybe a regional manager will train the staff to make them aware that not everyone who wants to shop has to be dressed formally and with a tie. Ostentatiously insulting a customer is not the best idea. The lady's eyes only opened when she realized that we didn't come to try on, but to buy. How different treatment suddenly.     It's a pity that you can't add a review without stars because this place doesn't deserve even one. Very rude service, I had the impression that the lady was doing me a favor by coming to work at all. I quickly evacuated and will certainly not return.

    The service is terrible, the lady looks at the customers rudely, it is obvious that she is angry that someone will enter the store and that she has to give something. She didn't even give me a mirror to try on the earrings... a tragedy

    I do not recommend, very unpleasant ladies, they serve with grace once they approach the customer. I've been there several times and each time the ladies there behaved the same way, so it's not a one-off incident.

    The lady, around 50, with black hair, who served me, to put it mildly, was not happy that I was brazen enough to want to buy something. It upset me so much that I gave up on the purchase and bought it in a competitor's showroom a dozen or so meters away, despite the higher price. I have been a customer for many years to this day. Congratulations on W.KRUK's "standards".

    The lady we met in Ręcz was outraged that we asked questions whether we wanted to see the product. Tragedy. I understand that there is more traffic before St. Nicholas Day, but I recommend more empathy for the customer. In the end, we left without buying anything, because of the lady who had a problem with everything.

    The lady with black hair who served me was very rude, I even had the impression that she was outraged that she had to serve me. I was standing in line when it was my turn, she asked the man standing behind me in the line who was first, when I said "me" she asked him twice more who was first, each time I answered "me". When she had to serve me, she showed me the earrings from under the counter, without having the opportunity to take a closer look... The competition was much nicer... Advice for the lady who works there: "have some respect for other people".

    I do not recommend. On December 23, 2023, a ring was purchased Then it turned out that we came to the salon with an incompetent assistant who did not know the procedures and the client's approach: There are no cash refunds There is no exchange in another Kruk salon I cannot purchase another product for an additional fee There is no information posted for the customer I do not recommend it, but I RECOMMEND THE APART THERE IS NO SUCH PROBLEM HERE Christmas gift after replacement, I received the largest ring today by grace. Panic, I don't know anything about it, disappointed that it has to be used and given away a larger ring. Well, others opened their gifts on Christmas Eve. I opened them today

    Bardzo polecam to miejsce, pomimo bardzo dużego ruchu przedświątecznego zostałam bardzo miło obsłużona. Panie doświadczone i uśmiechnięte. Ceny konkurencyjne 🙂

    I recommend putting down your glasses, Mrs. Ok, 50, her hair is not black, but light brown, Nice and friendly ladies can give really good advice, they work 12 hours a day, so sometimes they show a little understanding for others!
