He said he could do it for me for PLN 130, which was more expensive than when I ordered the wedding rings, and he would give me a one-year warranty. So every 3 years I will run to him and do the same thing all over again?? he was not nice, rude and even rude, how could I dare come here at all? It's great when you buy it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT FALL FOR SUCH A SCAM

Chain repairs are quick and efficient. The price is ok too. The gentleman is nice and businesslike. Gold prices are fine too. It's definitely cheaper than in chain stores and you can find something nice for yourself. I recommend.

He immediately said PLN 10 for checking it because no one pays him for sitting there (I just asked for it to be checked with a magnifying glass). I heard these words when he checked it and said there was nothing there. and in the earlier photo I miscarried and I said that there was a test, then he said that it was scrap metal upstairs, and immediately a nice gentleman, always polite, said that there was a test.

He not only met my expectations, but also exceeded them, finding a stone of even greater value and splendor than we had originally planned. His care and attention to every detail were visible in the final result. I was really surprised to receive such a high quality ring at such an affordable price. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality jewelry and an individual approach.

Unfortunately, despite his good intentions to help, the gentleman was unable to properly perform the emergency wedding ring removal service. While cutting it, he destroyed my engagement ring, claiming that there was no other way. During the service itself, it turned out that he cut the wedding ring and the ring separately, which he did not mention at the beginning, and I asked that I wanted to keep the engagement ring together due to its larger size and the possibility of removing it after removing the wedding ring. Additionally, when removing the already cut engagement ring, he did not secure his work area in any way and when expanding the ring with pliers, a stone jumped out, bounced off the counter's glass and disappeared inside the store. Unfortunately, the missing ruby ​​could not be found and the Lord did not offer compensation for the loss. Also, out of free willingness to help, I will pay approximately PLN 250-300 for all damages. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
