You treat the patient with contempt and engage in unnecessary discussions that (I guess in your opinion) are intended to put him in a higher position. Oh well... :) What kind of specialist is he? - I have mixed feelings about the answer, because how can you evaluate a doctor who you REFUSE to order further diagnostics when there is a visible disease entity? The answer suggests itself... The assessment concerns the doctor, but to be honest, I must also comment on other aspects. The gentlemen at the reception are the diamond in this whole "tabernacle". Very efficient service, visible willingness to help and, above all, CULTURE, which - as we already know - not all staff have.

Pan doktor Leń nie posiada nawet minimalnej kultury osobistej. Traktuje pacjentów z góry i przyjmuje z wielką łaską, jego odzywki pozostawiają wiele do życzenia. Nigdy już nie skorzystam z usług tej przychodni.

I attended this clinic last week whilst on a little weekend away in krakow. My first impression of this clinic was very positive. Ample parking out the front and the inside didn't disappoint either. Staff at reception welcomed me with a smile and the waiting room was clean and modern. (unfortunately no English reading material but hey can't win it all) I was attended to by a Dr.Len. Her English was perfect and was very kind and explained my problem very thoroughly . I was not used to this because usually back home going to the general practitioner is more like going through an assembly line . Overall very impressed with this clinic and Polish health care.

My husband and I made an appointment (through the IKP) for vaccination. We received confirmation of the appointment by e-mail and text message, but on the agreed date the clinic was silently closed. In the parking lot, we met another gentleman with an appointment for vaccination, who, like us, kissed the doorknob. A very disrespectful approach and total disregard for other people's time. Moreover, it is impossible to reach the clinic by phone - I tried several days at different hours.

In emergency situations, we have never been refused help in person during a visit or via teleconsultation. I very positively evaluate yesterday's visit with my child to Dr. Mikołaj Iwański. Great approach and contact with the little patient, the treatment plan was explained thoroughly and without haste. Dr. Teresa Leń is a wonderful person with great knowledge. Always helpful and remembers her patients.

A very professional clinic that sets an example for other facilities. Doctors and staff are very polite and have a friendly approach to patients. Who can feel cared for and safe about their health. Apart from that, very clean and tidy. I recommend it

Great pediatricians, both Dr. Iwański and Dr. Stojak. The visit is always competent, nice and very helpful. I ask a lot of questions as a mother and I always get comprehensive answers.

On impulse, I submitted a declaration to this clinic. I was there by accident, I was surprised by the lack of a queue and the nice, fast and professional service of the gentleman at the registration desk. Today I had an appointment with Dr. Leń. Only mother! I haven't met such an arrogant doctor in a really long time! Or maybe never! It was the first visit and the last - I see no reason to add to the stress associated with the disease the stress associated with contact with a doctor whose personal culture leaves much to be desired. I looked at other people's opinions and I see that I'm not the only one. It makes me happy and sad at the same time. I managed to find out that Mr. and Mrs. Leń run this clinic and it amazes me even more that this gentleman is acting to the detriment of his own business. I refrain from describing the visit in detail, but I confirm - what I read about him in the opinions of other patients also applies to me. I'll just write "that's what happened to me too". Shocking. Edit: I just found information on the Internet that doctor Andrzej Leń is an orthopedist, not a general practitioner/family doctor. And I registered with a general practitioner! Now I understand why he didn't know, for example, the doses of the drugs I need.

Dr. Mikołaj Iwański has been treating my son for a long time and we are delighted! Each time, he carefully listens to what we come with and advises the best and safest treatment methods. The doctor has a good, warm approach to children who do not always sit calmly in a chair :) There is no problem with arranging an appointment, whether it is a teleconsultation or a visit to the facility. We highly recommend it!
