I don't entirely agree with the negative opinions. Yesterday I had the pleasure of calling the clinic to register my daughter for a surgeon, I was 4th in line, I waited a while and connected with the registrar without any problems. A very nice woman advised me what to do before the visit so as not to waste my time and the doctor's time.

An hour of waiting for someone to pick up the phone to register with an internist and arrange the results of tests already performed (I've been calling for the second day) and the information that there are no more blocks for Dr. The problem is - it's time to change the clinic, since the doctor sees only ~10 patients a day... Yesterday, a similar situation, no way to call - I don't expect pears on willow, just informing me about the results of the tests I performed a few days ago... Going to the doctor and asking about the results = very offended that I have the nerve to ask about it. You mock patients, the opinions of others are completely adequate as to the quality of services provided 🤬

I don't know where this negative opinion of the clinic comes from. I am very satisfied. I undergo neurological and orthopedic treatment and the doctors deserve gold medals. The same goes for the rest of the staff, very helpful and beautiful nurses :). The registration department is also a big plus, especially one gentleman who is very, very helpful. Thank you all !

There's little chance of getting a call even though the machine says that you're the first one in the queue, once the call is answered, there's a chick to give you any information. At the counter, you're just afraid.

He exalts himself over the patient, raises his voice and is rude, he didn't even bother to say hello. . Apart from the fact that he talks to the patient directly as "You" (not everyone has to like it). And the text why I came here, if I don't know exactly where it hurts, was a shock for me! Information that the left lower back is not enough for him! The doctor is behaving more like a terrorist than a doctor! The examination was performed casually, without any explanations, and the visits lasted a few minutes at most. A "doctor" who should have been removed from his position a long time ago. I haven't lost so much time and nerves in a long time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Thanks to the young gentleman at the registration desk, I had an appointment because the urologist did not want to see me, fortunately, the nice gentleman took care of everything efficiently.
