I'm amused by the comments about the outrage over wearing masks and the subtraction of stars for it! Security and staff must pay attention to this - I think that, as in most stores, they have such an order. This is their safety, but that of other customers.

Rossmann is like Rossmann, this one is new, clean and quite large, so that's a plus, but it's an even bigger plus Ladies from the staff, today (June 18, 2020) in the evening, despite the end of the shift, I first witnessed one lady giving long and kind advice to a client, and then I experienced the kindness and very nice behavior of the staff :)

I come here often, the staff doesn't keep an eye on the end of the promotion, hair masks cost 2.95 woww and 6.80 euros at the checkout? there is no promotion, but the promotion cards are still there, hmm!?... other stores can handle it without any complaints.

I'm delighted that Rossmann is here, it's wonderful to have such a practical store close to home. You don't need to introduce it to anyone - everything you need - cosmetics and articles for home, children, elderly women, even delicious healthy snacks. The staff is helpful and gives advice as best they can, and there is always someone at the cash register when needed. A nice place in a convenient location, you can do quick shopping in a nice atmosphere, a great selection. I give it 5 stars - I'm such a good person ;)

Congratulations on the new protection in the form of 2 ladies, who instead of doing what they are supposed to do, i.e. putting out testers (which are never there), they follow customers like a shadow, not to say worse, and think that when customers walk around the store, they immediately want to steal xd ...
