Byłem umówiony na wizytę u doktora Soleckiego. Wyszedłem po 40 minutach czekania. Nie będę czekał tak długo na badanie, które trwa 10 minut i będzie kosztowało 300 zł. W prywatnej opiece medycznej płacę za to, by nie czekać aż pan doktor łaskawie mnie przyjmie. Jeśli ktoś szanuje swój czas i siebie samego, niech omija szerokim łukiem tą placówkę.

When I showed up for a visit they said they called 15 mins earlier (when I was driving to the appointment) to let me know the visit was moved for 3 hours later. They simply assumed my whole day revolves around the visit and didn’t even consider the timing will not work. Very unprofessional

I came here completely by accident while looking for an orthopedist. Even though I hate going to doctors, I felt very comfortable at Ortotopia. Very nice ladies at the reception, short appointments with the doctor, the reception/waiting room and the offices are very friendly and modern, so you don't feel like you're in a typical clinic 😉 waiting time for a visit is usually longer, but this is due to the individual approach to the patient, the doctor devotes as much time as the patient needs and does not drive him out of the office and ask for another one because there is a queue. I found Dr. Kuliś, whom I wholeheartedly recommend. Very nice doctor and explains everything thoroughly. I highly recommend it :)

Professional service, my daughter was operated on by Dr. Mackos, the effect was excellent. The doctor is very good at what he does, and at the same time polite and friendly. If an athlete after an injury is wondering who to trust, I sincerely recommend this doctor.

One of the best places I’ve ever been.

Resort OK, slightly difficult access. Rehabilitation specialist Marcin M., unfortunately, is very unfriendly - he insults patients, both those currently staying with him and those from previous visits, about whom he likes to talk, for example laughing at "fat women" on principle. A center for professional athletes is probably OK, but not so much for people with spine or joint problems. At these prices, a little respect for the patient would be nice.

I came to ORTOTOP a few years ago for an orthopedic consultation with Dr. K.Miskowiec. The doctor performed a knee endoprosthesis and now I know that I can live without knee pain. A great specialist and a very nice person. THANK YOU Currently, I am working with a physical therapist, Mr. M. Mach, who takes care of my spine and back. From the very beginning, I was under great care. Mr. Marcin is an excellent professional and I don't know a better one in Lesser Poland. He is a soulful person, smiling and it is obvious that he loves his job. Thank you to the entire Center team

Poor reception work and time management of both therapists and doctors. My experience - the first time the therapist was 20 minutes late, the second time was 30 minutes late, the third time - the visit was canceled (but they forgot to inform the patient about this fact)... I do not recommend it to anyone who respects their time and money.
