We wasn't at tivoli, we was at the restaurant next door that done polish cuisine so my ratings are for the polish restaurant in the picture

Very nice, friendly, fast and efficient service, good food (good portions) and nice place overall.

Really good place to eat. Prices are low, portions are large (at least the pizza and carbonara that we had) and the staff seams friendly. They seem to be growing theyr own mint parsley and other spices for the food.

Absolutely charming restaurant, very nice atmosphere, food was very tasty, delicious and hot, staff were very welcoming and polite, would definitely return for some more delicious food next time were in krakow,

Prices are average, however food is very mediocre for an italian restaurant and doesn't taste "italian", especially when there is such competition around in Krakow

Very pleasant and cozy place. Freeze and tons of snow outside, warm inside. The service is very pleasant and fast, a sexy pizza maker included. The food was better than average. I recommend a glass of Primitivo di Puglia, a famous wine.

This was great Italian food. We had the tomato bruschetta to share as a starter and I had the chicken & spinach creamy pasta for a main, and both were full of flavour. The outdoor dining area was a really nice atmosphere for eating in and was what attracted us to the restaurant initially. I would definitely go back again.

Excellent food, the main square was far too busy and we ended up finding Tivoli, so glad we did. We’d eaten in the main square most of the week and Tivoli’s food quality was far better. No queues to sit down and the service was brilliant. The lovely lady serving us was very friendly too. If you’re looking for an italian then try here, you won’t be disappointed.

Don't understand why the reviews aren't higher. We had an evening meal midweek in October. Restaurant not terribly busy, but still a nice atmosphere. We had a calzone and a pasta dish with beer. Excellent service and food at remarkably good price.

Great food. Both me and my partner decided to go with the pasta for the main course and with garlic bread as an appetizer. Bread very tasty, a little salty and crispy. Both me and my partner are very satisfied with food. The staff was polite and nice, so it was a very pleasant experience. The food is cheap for this level of taste and flavour. I definitely recommend!

Wir wollten natürlich etwas polnische essen und es war sehr lecker. Pirogies.... Mixed und Bigos.... Beides reichlich, preiswert, in netter Atmosphäre. Der Service war freundlich und schnell und hat uns direkt erklärt wie der Wechselkurs zum Euro berechnet wird.... ohne Hintertürchen.... Super.

This place gets poor reviews I think largely due to the abrupt service. However if you overlook that, it's a cute little Italian, only small inside but with a front patio area. Food was cheap and actually tasted decent. The spinach and chicken pasta, the chefs special was lovely and was a good sized portion. Beer was cheap enough too. Not the fine dining Italians you can visit in Krakow but a decent cheap eat on a side street from the main square.

Waited 45 minutes to get food and be seated down. I don't recommend the pizza at all

Busy place , waited in queue a while. Food was fine i could go back and try something else. The spicy pizza was actually bot that spicy vut can add some chilli oil. Lack of decoration really , only one toilet so half of the room was taken by the queue ...

Great place and excellent price. Staff friendly. Peaceful place to eat and would highly recommend .

The staff were miserable and seemed to be annoyed that we were there, it took them over an hour and a half for our two (small) bowls of pasta to come out and when they did they were so hot we were unable to eat them for a while. I do not recommend at all

Just had my birthday meal, and the food was absolutely incredible! great price and incredible. highly reccomend the creamy garlic pasta🤤 lovely atmosphere outside with the candle lit table and the heater. the most perfect little italian restaurant🤍

One of the best culinary experiences I ever had!!! Im 72 years old and have been all around the globe, I just wish restaurants like this could be found more often! First class service and great location. In between the central square of Kraków and the famous Wawel Castle! Thanks to the cook and to Ms. Basia for the food recommendation and the fantastic dinner!!
