I usually prefer not to give negative feedbacks to harm the business, but it’s purely constructive criticism to help improve standards.. To start with positive, nice ambience, cool decor and concept. After sitting on our table, restaurant was totally empty but no one come to take order for long time and after a while i have to standup and go to staff and inform her that we are ready for order. We order Fattoush, Moutabbal, Shish tawouk, Mutton kebab and beverages. Fattoush: full of crumbs, (i am aware Fattoush dervied from pita crumbs but not 50% of quantity) i had to dig in to find salad. Tomatoes and cucumbers were huge size, and not chopped in traditional Fattoush salad way. Lack of Pomegranate syrup. Moutabbal: Lack of Tahina, bitter eggplant with full of seeds. Not sure if it was fresh. Moutabbal was served without pita bread And upon enquiring staff informed us that you need to buy bread and it will cost 6PLN…. Seriously???? Like we r ordering everything from menu and staff had to mention that it would cost 6zl for bread as if we would deny. However to surprise, the bread they served was not freshly baked but instead staff just removed it from packet and gave us cold. (Middle easterns will understand the pain). Mutton Kebab: overcooked, and chewy without taste. Shish tawouk: without proper chicken marination. After finishing food, staff didnt clear table. Even after paying bill, all plates remains on table. Its a constructive review and i guess its worth improving it for sake of people based in Middle eastern and understanding the amazing Lebanese and Syrian cuisine.

Nice Middle Eastern/Arabic restaurant, with an amazing variety of tasty dishes, well seasoned and nicely presented. The service is also on pair with the nice food and the atmosphere is quite and cozy. Moreover they change menu every few months to keep it seasonal. It's better to make a reservation because it's always full. We will be back for sure, totally recommend!

What a place what an excellent cousin...everything we tried was absolutely delicious! Definitely one of the best restaurants in the city. -Quality&quantity: everything was fresh and foul of flavours. Quantity not huge portions but decent for the price...more like meze/tapas. - price: we had option of 7 different dishes plus one tea and we paid 90 for food and 10 for tea. For two people was good. - service: polite and fast. I totally recommend this place. Everything but everything was great!

Absolutely amazing! I’m not an expert of Middle Eastern food, but I’ve been in a couple of restaurants in Berlin and this one is an absolutely top one in comparison. Fresh, original tastes, amazing tastes. I will come back for sure!

We booked the table in advance and it was a good move- it was full. Delicious food, definitely I'll come back.

One of the best food experiences I had in the last years! The food was amazing and the staff was super friendly and attentive! We had the cutest waiter (younger man with tattoos) and he was great! From what I observed other staff was also very nice with great people skills. The food was superb! We cleaned our plates completely and I will definitely visit again.

Very taste food. The portions are huge but you can get a doggy bag to take it home.

I tried hummus, falafel and homemade lemonade. They all were really good. Probably best of their kind. They have really big portions. I sat at the bar table right next to the kitchen, so I saw plates full of good looking dishes coming and going while waiting for my own plate. And I got a feeling that probably everything else in the menu is as good. I highly recommend this place for those who love Middle East and Arab food. I paid 48 Zloty for everything in the photo.

It was truly an exceptional experience! I loved the food, such an excellent mix of various spices, mostly vegetarian but also with meat. The interior design, including interesting art and plants on the ceiling, music, and helpful staff made my impression even better. We ordered lots of plates, enjoyed it fully! Price-wise, it was also very good.

The worst middle eastern food you could possibly have in Krakow, the chicken dish was just purely salted and sour, the lamb was so dry and also the pita, there was literally no flavour just you could feel only salt and for the price you don’t get rice neither salad for it, total disaster absolutely not recommended

Mezze from the seasonal menu was sensational: asparagus with fermented lemons and almonds, and labneh with roasted rhubarb, cardamom and chopped almonds. We also enjoyed hummus with chicken shoarma and chicken kebab. A sage tea is a must try! Service nice and fast. I will be back!

Really great middle eastern food with a lot of different mezze options and and ambitious specials. Service is really attentive and kind. It’s a great place to take family, friends or a date.

I don’t remember when last time I ate such a tasty food! The chicken is so tender , the quality and size of mezze incredible, the writer was so helpful and really nice . For sure top places in krakow !

I had "Shish tawook (something like 'chicken kabab' in a 'Rumali roti' from India)" and "Ayran (quite similar to salty lassi from India)" but some different ingredients and cooking styles. Delicious and good price.

This is the best Lebanese food in Kraków. I don't know if they are Lebanese, but the food is pretty much the same and made in a wonderful way. Portions are generous and prices low for the quality. Love this place.

Best hummus, that I know in Kraków! Always the same taste, high quality and very fresh ingredients, I love this place, people, who cook every day all this incredible stuff, thanks, guys! 💜 for today I tried all vegetarian positions in menu, and they all are fantastic.

Stopped for a short break and had a wonderful Arabic coffee (with cadomon) and a mint tea. The food looked good but we didn't eat.

Very tasty food, with plenty of options to choose from. The set with the mezze is a great option to share. The dishes were well served, the service was a bit slow, but overall, it was a very nice place to eat.

Great little restaurant, best falafel and hummus I've had. Ordered the mezze mix, good service and nice atmosphere. Only downside was not being able to try more dishes.

I've been here already twice and loved their Arabic tea, falafel and Baklava. Very good also their different types of hummus.

Great place with some excellent middle eastern food. The vibe of the place is very nice, warm & welcoming. Highly recommend the mezze platter. Prices are reasonable I think. Most importantly, make a reservation (much) before you go, or it is extremely unlikely that you'll get a table.

My favorite restaurant in Krakow. Super friendly staff. Food is fresh and amazing. My first introduction to Syrian/Lebanese style food. Can't vouch for authenticity but definitely great for the taste buds.

Worth the journey from the centre of Krakow!! Excellent service and even better food. Every dish was delicious. Would go back in a heart beat. 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely delicious food! Their hummus is SUPERB! Nice offer od different dishes, vegetarian and vegan options included. Kind and nice staff. The only small remark I have is that during the busy hours, many people wait for their orders or tables inside, while the space is small and considering covid it is not the best solution. It would be good to have a limit on how many people can be waiting inside.

A great spot in Kraków, Poland. The staff and the service are excellent. Good choices on the menu and I can recommend the Falafel. If you're looking for a Syrian/Lebanese meal, this is the place to go to in Kraków.

I love the menu, I love bits and pieces of Meze style appetizers which can easily make for full dinner. Main issue is always ordering too much :)
