I
usually
prefer
not
to
give
negative
feedbacks
to
harm
the
business,
but
it’s
purely
constructive
criticism
to
help
improve
standards..
To
start
with
positive,
nice
ambience,
cool
decor
and
concept.
After
sitting
on
our
table,
restaurant
was
totally
empty
but
no
one
come
to
take
order
for
long
time
and
after
a
while
i
have
to
standup
and
go
to
staff
and
inform
her
that
we
are
ready
for
order.
We
order
Fattoush,
Moutabbal,
Shish
tawouk,
Mutton
kebab
and
beverages.
Fattoush:
full
of
crumbs,
(i
am
aware
Fattoush
dervied
from
pita
crumbs
but
not
50%
of
quantity)
i
had
to
dig
in
to
find
salad.
Tomatoes
and
cucumbers
were
huge
size,
and
not
chopped
in
traditional
Fattoush
salad
way.
Lack
of
Pomegranate
syrup.
Moutabbal:
Lack
of
Tahina,
bitter
eggplant
with
full
of
seeds.
Not
sure
if
it
was
fresh.
Moutabbal
was
served
without
pita
bread
And
upon
enquiring
staff
informed
us
that
you
need
to
buy
bread
and
it
will
cost
6PLN….
Seriously????
Like
we
r
ordering
everything
from
menu
and
staff
had
to
mention
that
it
would
cost
6zl
for
bread
as
if
we
would
deny.
However
to
surprise,
the
bread
they
served
was
not
freshly
baked
but
instead
staff
just
removed
it
from
packet
and
gave
us
cold.
(Middle
easterns
will
understand
the
pain).
Mutton
Kebab:
overcooked,
and
chewy
without
taste.
Shish
tawouk:
without
proper
chicken
marination.
After
finishing
food,
staff
didnt
clear
table.
Even
after
paying
bill,
all
plates
remains
on
table.
Its
a
constructive
review
and
i
guess
its
worth
improving
it
for
sake
of
people
based
in
Middle
eastern
and
understanding
the
amazing
Lebanese
and
Syrian
cuisine.
